Edit: 5/19/23 My favorite sandwich artist is back! New manager! Yay subway! Edit! My favorite sandwich artist quit due to harassment from her manager! Wow! That's not okay! Venus gets five stars but subway has now downgraded to one star! I will tell all of my coworkers to no longer purchase anything from the subway in Dodge center! Venus at the Dodge Center subway is amazing! Super sweet gal even when some customers ahead of us were rude. My BLT was made perfectly and wrapped neatly.

Subway is my favorite place to go for a good meal. I have been avoiding the Dodge Center location because the management was so disrespectful and made me feel like I was an imposition. I went back today and had the most amazing experience. The staff all had smiles on their faces and made sure that I got exactly what I wanted. The manager Deanna was positive and welcoming. Definitely plan on making this a regular thing. Best experience ever!!! Thank you!!

Worst Subway sandwich shop ever! I will never be giving this Subway my business ever again. Seriously this Subway doesn't participate in any of the sales going on. Than they have the audacity to raise the prices on customers. Please boy cot this subway until the owner finally get their act together. I have rarely left low stars on a review but this is asinine.

Venus at the Dodge Center subway is awesome. She was just opening when we came and she apologized for not being completely ready and we said it was okay. She is very friendly and courteous. She really knows what she is doing and it’s obvious that she likes her job. She talked to us off/on the time that we spent here. Way to go VENUS you rock. I left her a tip because she definitely deserved it……😊😊

Delicious sub's and good staff

Last few times I’ve been in the staff seemed very uneducated, and unprepared. Subway isn’t that difficult. The last time I came in at 2pm all the bread was still on cooling racks, and they claimed to be out of the bread I wanted. The other night I called for one hour to place a pick up order and no answers. Often when coming in the front line and behind that is a gross disaster. Dirty dishes everywhere nothing is stocked. This team needs some Management.

Alright subs and pretty clean idk about these other reviews but when I go in it's clean and a good pace. Sometimes they are understaffed, and the price has gone up expect to pay about $10 for a sub with a soda

Nice staff, somewhat clean restaurant and an ok location. Food is alright but the bread felt like it sat out for 25 minutes. Otherwise good experience.

Never eating here again. Slow, unfriendly, and can't break more then a 20..... just sad.

Very unprofessional. The girl who started my sandwich was extremely rude. The guy who finished my sandwich was wearing pajama pants and I heard him tell another customer that they were just in the back trying to pierce his ear for 30 minutes 🤢 not to mention they were pretty much out of every topping, the lettuce was brown, and the soda machine was flat.

Stopped for lunch in dodge center on the way home . Very good food and the store manager was the one who took our order and made our lunch , very friendly and fast service. Awesome customer service and food from her .

Worst experience with General Manager Gina. Extremely rude, everyone else is nice.

The girl I believe named Gabby, was absolutely amazing. I came in on my lunch break so it was pretty busy and she was on the line by herself whipping up sandwiches quick and efficient! All while still making small talk with us customers. I’m not sure what they pay at a small town subway but she definitely deserves more! I was utterly impressed. Hoping the next time I go she’s making my BLT again

I'll order in person and they either put stuff on that I didnt ask for or they double charge me and get mad when I tell them I only got one 12 inch Sub and they have to change the order. That's happened multiple times for me. So I started just ordering online and I'll give them 45 mins to make it and I'll show up and it still isn't done. They tell me they're out of something I ordered and wait for me to show up instead of calling me. Last time I ordered online, all the staff was outside talking to their friend who just got a new car and he had to show them all, so I waited an extra 10 mins for them to make my order. Manager also has an attitude everytime I'm there too. If you're in desperate need of subway, just go to Kasson

I was paying while they were finishing up cooking, so didnt see that they burnt my sandwich. Would not recommend.

'Under New Management'- same old problems. Twice I have tried to go there, once at 5:30 on a weekend and once at 4:45 on Friday. They were closed both times.

Went there and got the 2for 12 which was good except they changed me 2dollars extra for there new cheese garlic bread which was good but not worth the 2dollars extra

This Subway is by far the best in a 100 mile radius! The lady working was the manager i believe but she was organized, fast, and friendly!! All the stuff we wanted was right there in front of us and FRESH! GREAT SUBWAY cant find many like this one anymore!

Standing in line waiting for my order to be taken and there is only 1 worker. 2 people are in front of me with more then 1 sandwich to their order and 1 worker. So then it's my turn to order and while my order is being tested. 3 more people come in. The 1 worker takes their order and half way through taking the new costumer order she calles back in the kitchen for help. It took me 25 min to get my footlong. When that 1 worker could have called back for help along time ago. And to nic pick. They are putting way way too much veggies on. Like come on people. It's not that hard..

6 months ago i woluld have put -4 the woman and man working both where rude. It took me almost 5months to go back. It was terrible. BUT... This time i was in, both employee's where absolutely amazing!!! New guy Jordan and young lady michelle!!! Where both extremely nice kept verry cool under pressure they had several people to tend to neither batted an eye getting everyone in and out. Both kept a smile and being friendly the 2 of them definitely changed my mind, i will be going back.

Gena and Bill did a wonderful job and Bill has great customer service!
