I highly recommend this place. It's definitely a budget Motel but the owner MISS Donna is the most delightful person EVER!! Totally made my group of 8 rooms that stayed there for 3 weeks feel as welcome and comfortable as completely possible.!!! We miss you Miss Donna already you sweet, sweet lady!!!

The hear didn't work we let them know they said it takes awhile. We said we wanted a refund they said they don't do it. Won't stay here again. It was my friend Brian that rented it.

Room was clean, people in the office were very friendly We passed through Dodge City on our way to Colorado and unknowingly stumbled in to Dosge City days. Room availability was extremely low and we had tried several other places unsuccessfully. The lady in the office was very nice and explained that they had both renovated and unrenovated rooms available. We chose a renovated room and we were pleasantly surprised by the room. The prices were very decent as well.

Ownership is great and committed to making your stay worthwhile and pleasurable. Outside of the noisiest parts of the city & on the west side of Dodge, this is easily the best option for a stay on your way in, or out, of town.

The young lady owner was extremely professional and accommodating. The motel is under a room by room renovation to make it more modern. Nothing disturbing as far as noise. But they are improving the rooms. Very clean and very close to all the attractions in the area. The price is right and the staff are worth a visit.

Best place to stay in Dodge City Kansas. Stayed two nights. Wish all motels were like this one. Front desk guy was amazing and so was Oliver his dog. Room was clean and my husband, my dog and I slept well. Thanks so much.

Stayed 6/26/20. Trying to think if I have stayed in a worse hotel before. It was $50 with tax. It smelled the sheets were stained. Furniture looked like it was bought at good will. Would have a fair rate at $15-$20 for the stay. If I had saw the room beforehand I wouldn’t have stayed.

Cheap rooms, had a nice stay so far, very quiet. Free cable and Internet is appreciated. The rooms are a little old fashioned but it works for our needs. Only real complain is that the beds are a little uncomfortable. The owners are very nice and pleasant to deal with.

King size bed huge room. Owner is super sweet n definitely has a green thumb, beautiful plants in the lobby. Very helpful with locations for stores n attractions. Room was spotless. Fridge, micro, comfy couch, chair n table. I will stay here any time i am in the area. Thank you for the great bed

Quiet area and comfortable beds. The owners and staff are super friendly and take pride in their business. I would highly recommend if you need a cheap but clean place to stay. Primo hot water also😊

Wow. What a dump. Not sure which hotel they took pics of but it doesn’t match what we actually got. The AC blew out a moldy smell, carpet stained, tub dirty with hair in it, beds not comfy and to top it off the headboard was worn out from the obvious. The only think nice about the place was the front desk staff was friendly and the nostalgic old sign out front. Go somewhere else unless!!

Since I was forced to pick I gave this motel a 1 when in reality I would have given it a 0....Worst night ever due to a problem with our reservation at another Hotel we needed a room quick and without thinking we stopped here BAD DECISION what seemed to be a good one at the time being she had 1 room with 3 beds for $90 and it would be just for a few hours turned out to cost us more as we were attacked by BED BUGS! When we asked for a refund she said she didn’t know anything she had been there 22 yrs. and never had this problem then denied us a refund and threatened to sue us if we said anything I was like oh ok I’m going to post a review people have a right to know!! The place is very outdated, no TV (not that it made a difference) it smells super bad the sink was all rusted it was aweful do your self a favor take my advice DO NOT STAY HERE pay the extra money to stay in a decent room!!! It’s a real life horror story!!

We needed a place to sleep for the night.. it's not a fancy place but we had a good night's sleep. Clean room and very nice people run the place!

We were not expecting the motel to be fancy by any means. We arrived at the location at 12pm and I asked a housekeeper to show me a room before we decided to stay as the grounds were a bit questionable. She showed me a clean room that was spacious. It was outdated and dark but was acceptable. We decided to book and went to the front desk which was closed but has a phone number to call. We were told to come back at 2pm. When we returned we asked for the room that we had been shown and were told it was no longer available. We agreed to another room, and when we opened the door, it had not been cleaned since the last guest. The front desk gave us a different room which was horrifying. It was dirty (even though it was called clean) the walls had unknown substances all over them, the carpets were filthy as well as the beds, bedding, and curtains. Within being in the room for less than 10 minutes we saw 3 roaches and immediately requested a refund. The gentleman at the front desk was very understanding and took care of the refund immediately. The service was the ONLY thing good about this location. It was going to be a cheap stay, and a definite reminder that you get what you pay for.
