    Horrible customer service. When I went to pick up my pizza the guy working stood there for 10 minutes talking to a coworker when I finally had to interrupt and ask if someone was goi g to help me. When he finally went to the the front counter he didn’t say a word just looked at me. When I told him my name and I needed to pick up my order he rolled my eyes. Never once spoke a word to me. The worst customer service I’ve ever had!!

    Went to go pick up my pizzas only to be made to wait another 50 minutes after the original pick up time I was given online. Many people had the same issue. One lady was given a $5 discount. I was supposedly ahead of her and didn't receive a discount or a sorry for the inconvenience. I understand things happen from time to time but you need to let your customers know that you are far behind or that your sorry for the wait. Might have been the worst experience I ever had at a restaurant.

    I did an online order for a pizza and bread sticks to be delivered to our hotel room. It was supposed to take 30 to 40 minutes. After about 40 minutes, I received a text that my pizza was on the way. 40 minutes later, no pizza. I tried calling, but their phone tree kept hanging up on me. The pizza finally arrived cold. The pizza was poorly sliced and the toppings weren’t evenly distributed.

    Refund the entire cost of the item that was not delivered instead of haggling the price and forcing store credit. Don't have rude managers that hang up when you ask for corporates number when pointing out the inconsistencies.

    Placed an online order using the deal tab, after the order went through we found out the deal/coupon selected was kicked out. How I do not know, but instead of the store owning the mistake and canceling the receipt order and re-entering it themselves to provide the correct price the manager was rude and said they don’t control online orders and they can not do anything about it. I then asked him to provide me with a number of someone that could help (corporate or whomever) and was told no we don’t have that info. Then I asked for a manager and was told I had him. I let him know he was a horrible manager so he told the female worker to hang up on me.

    Just an fyi this place specifically has gone down the drain, rude customer service. Specially on the weekends, I get making small requests on orders can be tedious, but there no need to be rude or not go the “extra mile” the customers are your paychecks and without us you wouldnt have a job. I’ve asked for extra sauce on the side, and normally they do it but this young man on the phone claimed they don’t do it and I explained about how they would do it in a side container and then he say “fine we’ll do it” and before I can say thank you he hangs up! And it’s the same place with rude people. Fr tho I was gunna tip more money as soon the delivery person shows up for the staff but that was messed up and if my order is jacked up I’ll be posting pictures as well.

    Tried to call the store, they answered but left the phone down so could hear background noise and then put me back on hold. I tried to inform them that they forgot our wings with our order. The door dasher also tried to contact the store plus contacted door dash about the issue.

    Order $55.12 worth of food payed but they didn’t have change only option was to tip $20 which would have came out to 75.12 which we were supposed to get back 24 but only received $15 bad service was really confused when we received our order

    Asked for squares and got triangles.. apparently you have to pay for red peppers and Parmesan too.. Large meat lovers and bread sticks for $30. I’ll stick to dominos!

    The driver ran off before I could get to the door to get my order, he just left it outside and took off. The hamburger pizza had bits of either old hard meat or something hard on it and the sauce for the breadsticks was really runny like it had been watered down. Over all it was not worth the $40 I spent last night.

    Food was great and all but, Tell your employees to wear hairnets next time!!! I keep getting hair in my food, if this happens again I won’t come here again,

    Pizza Hut is my favorite however not all locations have the new Pizza Melts! Thankfully this location has never failed me

    That was the best pizza I have ever gotten from a pizza hut!!! Made exactly like I wanted it! 😁 . The only complaint I have is I paid extra for some crushed red peppers but the driver didn't give me any. He said it was in the box but it wasn't.

    Super expensive place. Order a pizza and still have to pay for pepper & cheese? Ridiculous $38 for 18 wings. Yeah wont be going back 0/10 dont recommend
