I’ve recently subscribed with Dieture, and overall, it's been a positive experience. The food quality is top-notch, and it's evident that they put thought into the ingredients. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. Firstly, the portion sizes for lunch are a bit small considering the calorie count. It would be great to see more veggies or sides incorporated to make the meal more satisfying. In terms of snacks, I'd appreciate lower-calorie options. Having snacks that range between 300-500 calories can be a lot, especially for those of us who are watching our intake. In terms of delivery time, I’d appreciate it if I could receive the meals earlier however, they do have the option to have food delivered in the evening, with the option to refrigerate for the next day. I must say, I'm impressed with the clean packaging and the user-friendly application for ordering. It's a breeze to use. In summary, Dieture offers high-quality food with some room for improvement in portion sizes and snack options. The user-friendly app make it a convenient choice for those looking for a healthier dining experience.

Service was nice a few months ago when the food was still made in the JW, then they change to produce in their own kitchen which is not a problem for me but from this date they multiply the mistakes and didn't provide a good service at all. From the Quality of the food to the amount of it and most of all on the calories count, which is actually the main point when you subscribe to a service called Dieture, if the price was not that expensive i would preserve myself to write a review but on top of this they promise me to change and to solve the issues hundred times with apologies etc etc..... Won't recommend at all.

Meal wise very small potions and not tasty at all - some of the meals are oily. First time I tried one week was more less fine in terms of food quality - the second time I subscribed for one month and they refused to refund me back cause I wanted to stop my subscription- the portion is so small - they are not generous in their service compared to other diet centre. Not to mention the bad customer service at the centre. I highly do not recommend their services. And they have skipped the delivery for one day without notice. Unprofessional !

This was the second meal plan company I tried in Qatar. I had high expectations due to the fancy branding and marketing on instagram, but I was disappointed. Firstly, the customer care representative is not helpful, well informed or willing to cooperate. I had to pull the information out of her every time I needed something. (eg delivery times not flexible and they are charge extra, allergies/food restrictions/menu selection were poorly explained and I did not get taken seriously even after explaining multiple times) Secondly, I was told to choose my daily meals from a PDF file but then they kept sending wrong items because I was not informed I had to choose the same in the app. Thirdly, during the world cup they were not helpful at all with the delivery timings and my food had to be kept in improper conditions after delivery, for 8 hrs as I was at work (in the end, I had to again be the one asking them for ice packs and a thermal bag as they had no proactiveness despite my complaints) Fourth, at the worst was the food. I disliked all the sauce as it was nauseating, heavy and unappealing and almost everything was drenched in it. I did not find the meal options to be healthy at all, lots of burgers, white sauces, rice. Overall, I do not recommend and therefore I did not extend my meal plan after 1 month. But, truth be told, they do not try to retain their customers at all as nobody contacted me before the end of meal plan to ask if I wanted to renew or how was my experience. Good points: nice packaging, nice marketing, nice app, punctual delivery, 20% of the meals were decent.

ill start with saying thank you to the staff, chefs, and the driver for the work you put into this experience, to make it a wonderful experience for the customer. I have subscribed for the first time back in feb 2023, my subscription was the classic 7 meals and that was for a week to test things out, and I loved it based on the convince that the app has to offer, picking your meals two days before deliver, and you can choose it for the whole period of subscription in advance. then I went for a whole month for with the same plan which was 7 meals. I will talk about that period of time which I can call it the golden time because the food was very nice, the portions were perfect, the results that you get from both the diet plan PLUS your workout routine , you will 100% see a result, again both your diet and workout will give you the results. my subscription expired few days before ramadan, so I renewed with the ramadan package, 4 meals it was nice, no issues. my third time was in July for a month but I was surprised that they have cancelled my favorite package which was the 7 meals. so I went with the 4 meals , and around that time which they rebranded the app, and made some changes, which are nice. but here I started noticing the quality of food to decline, the smell of the food is not pleasant. but I gave it another chance in aug 2023, and renewed my subscription , to see that still same issues, portion of the food is not as it used to be, made it harder for me to understand the reasoning behind it. then I said this would be last chance, so I renewed in sep 2023, to see in a bigger decline in quality of the food. that's when I decided this will be my last time subscribing. please note, that I did give them a call today, todays date is 19/October/2023, yesterday was my last day of the plan I had signed for, I had a nice conversation with a lady in Dieture, expressed my thoughts and feedback to them, regarding the decline of food quality, and quality in general. she did express that my feedback is important, and that customers feedback are always welcomed, to pass it by to the management, to make the experience better. and I appreciate that she took the time to listen to me, and never interrupted me at all. and plus I did note that I wanted to call them, before writing this review. I wish them all the best, but for me it is time to move on.

It’s a dietary plan, so they provide us three meals per day, 7 days a week. The meals taste very good and keep us from venturing off plan. They are also constantly updating their menu of selections so you avoid a lot of repetition. Their food is “real food” - everything with fresh ingredients. We find the food quality very good and look forward to quite a few of the meal selections. Best part of their service is the responsiveness to issues. It’s not a wait and pray deal; you have an issue and they move to fix it. I had some issues where I plateaued early and their dietician met with me, made some changes to my plan, and some changes to my habits and we are on a roll again. I have lost 13 kg!! Can’t recommend these guys enough - they are a fantastic business and after we hit our targets we will use them for helping continue on our transformations with different meals and such.

Dieture offers healthy, well-packed and delicious meals, not to mentioned their very responsive team and early food delivery. Amazing service. Worth every single penny spent.

Firstly, the food is absolutely delicious for a diet centre. I’d look forward to my meals every day and the nutritionist is incredibly friendly and professional- we booked follow-up appointments every 2 weeks and adjusted the macros accordingly. I used Dieture’s services for almost 3 months and would definitely work with them again in the future. Highly recommend them!

not recommended at all. waste of time and money. All deliveries are sent to the wrong locations. You will struggle if you have any update on your schedule. Deliveries that are meant to be sent to your office will be sent to home and vice versa. Any wrong deliveries will be corrected by sending it to you by evening. Their mission is to make dite by note delivering you the food. So you fast until evening to get your 3 meals. Totally un professional service.

I would highly recommend Dieture. The app is easy and well organised, the food is delicious and the delivery driver is always on time in the given time frame. If you really want to get good results with good food- Dieture would be your place.

Their food tastes very wonderful, and what is most beautiful of this is that their service is very smooth in choosing your meals and looking at how many calories they contain. What is also special about them is that you can enter the application and change your previously chosen meals, and most importantly, I lost 3 kilos with them and I will continue with them.

One of our worst experiences. My husband and I wanted to eat better and healthy. After I had few shrimps not even properly cooked, I decided to give up. My husband continued and today after he did his blood tests his cholesterol went up instead of down. Even if they say to you oh.. we put low fat cream, and less salt and this and that... it end up with salty food and not so great flavour. Wasted our money. DO NOT EVEN TRY THEIR MEALS. As one of the reviewer here said, initally the food was cooked at a hotel restaurant, now is even worse then before.

An excellent pre-prepared meals company. Food is very good quality and service is top-notch. Saves a lot of time and very helpful all-round. I intend to stay with them for quite a long while, even after reaching my weight goal

The plans worked very well for me. I met my target weight-loss (10 kg) in 80 days. This is without any change in my exercise routine. Quality of food and packaging is excellent. I have recommended it to two of my friends (they are still making up their minds!). I also want to thank their service personnel - Ms. Yosra, who was extremely helpful with any queries or doubts I had, and the delivery staff - extremely courteous and prompt. I strongly recommend Dieture here are the reasons: 1) Excellent customer service. Yara is always very helpful and responsive, as is the gentleman who delivers my food. 2) High-quality ingredients. The vegetables used are very fresh and nutritious. 3) Good taste and variety. Most of the food I've tried tastes great, yet they have enough variety for me to pick out options I like. 4) Good cost. I initially thought Dieture was too pricey, but once I considered how much I was spending on Talabat and groceries, as well as time and effort spent cooking, Dieture quickly became an obvious choice. 5) Meal plans that keep up with your lifestyle. I exercise a lot, so even though I want to lose weight, I still need enough food to fuel my active lifestyle. Most meal plan services I research give plans that do not provide enough food. Dieture did not do this, and I get enough food while on the way to healthy weight loss. 6) No more dishes! I HATE doing dishes and since I don't have to cook as often, my time and effort cleaning dishes have gone down significantly. 7) Allergy care. Dieture takes a note of allergies and doesn't give you food with ingredients that are unsafe for you. In summary, I am very happy with Dieture and I recommend it to anyone who wants healthy, yummy food. It is especially good for working professionals and people who don't like cooking or ordering out.
