Went to the rooftop restaurant. It has a nice ambience with a nice crowd. The views of the corniche and night-lit buildings is amazing. Since it was ending of winter the breeze was amazing. The starters were nice ranging between QAR 20-45 per dish. The signature mixed grill was QAR 185 for 2 people or up to 3 people. Veg options are limited and mostly available in starters (but tasty). For main course veg options are not explicitly mentioned there (on the menu at least). Quesadillas, finger food was great. Fresh juices/drinks also range from QAR 20 onwards but wasn’t as good as expected. Shisha is also good costing QAR 55 or 65 depending on flavors. Overall it’s a very nice and decent place to be with nice service too.

My husband and I came here for lunch, as we'd read the reviews (all very good) and the view looked spectacular. The view absolutely lived up to expectations. It was a beautiful setting, and I'm sure if you were just there for the shisha or maybe an appetizer, it would be fine. However, we arrived at 12:30 (one of the only 2 tables) and ordered the business lunch about 10 minutes later. We then didn't receive the appetizers or drinks (a tea and diet coke) until 40 minutes after we'd arrived, and it took about 20 more for the mains to arrive (chicken dishes). The appetizers were nice (hummus and tabbouleh) but the chicken was dry and tasted burnt, and the garlic sauce that went with it was bitter. We then had to ask (after another half hour) for our plates to be cleared, and to get dessert and the bill. Now, I've had Umm Ali before and was so looking forward to it, but there were cold pistachios inside and the texture was definitely off. We took one mouthful and left. Overall, although the view and starters were nice, I wouldn't recommend going here for business lunch as the service was very slow and the food just wasn't great.

Soo many good reviews, I had to stay and make a visit to this place. Absolutely beautiful with astonishing views. Thomas/Tom was very professional with his customer service, polite, and food was on time. Shisha was really amazing, very smooth and enjoyed every smoke of it.

Perfect spot and amazing food. The view from the restaurant is stunning. We had a platter of hummus and meat. The meat was really juicy. For basil lovers basil lemonade is a must, super fresh and sour at the same time. I definitely recommend this place if you want to have a nice food and peaceful time with a view.

We went to the hunters room for lunch me and my friend. I ordered a 6oz patty medium and she ordered a 10oz patty. Mine came perfect mediuem here came burnt so I gave her my half. It's an issue if it's a steak place and they don't know how to get a burger medium. She didn't eat hers so I had to ask them to remove it from the bill when they were going to charge me. However the restaurant was empty, it took them 10 minutes to take our order after I left my table searching for someone to take our order. The food was having the potential to be great but it totally lacks any salt that we couldn't continue eating without asking for salt. Our order was Arabic chicken with rice which was not practical to just sprinkle the salt to fix it and the result was the end of that lousy experience. The reason I came here was the magnificent view at the rooftop of Aljomrouk hotel but with that service I doubt that I would make it again.

Very nice rooftop during the day vibes. The hookah flavors were unique and good I had the special mix however there a few others that piqued my interest. Food wise I had a Fattoush salad and a humus plate as well as Moroccan tea. The price was reasonable spent 50 QR on shisha and the setting was beautiful with a view of the water. Definitely worth it it's on the 2nd floor not to be confused with restaurant outside on the 1st floor. Service was also attentive and accommodating. Highly recommend

On the edge of the souk, this bar or restaurant is somewhat hidden on the top floor of a hotel. You have a wonderful view of the skyline and get something delicious to eat and or a good shisha. Prices are great, food is delicious and the service is just as top. In the evening it can be a bit chilly up there, so be sure to bring a sweater if it gets colder in the evening ;)

This place was excellent and the service by Walid outstanding. Stunning views from the restaurant to the Dhow Marina and the Islamic Museum. Perfect spot for lunch. We had the avocado tabouleh which was outstanding and a combination of the kabobs. All were great.
