couple

to

restaurant
but

up.

to

restaurant
they
took
15
minute
to
give
a
non-smoking
table.

we
order

beer
drought

Coke
,

wine
Altozano
and

wine
glass.

The
restaurant
attendant
bring
Pinacolada
glass
,
I
politely
ask
for
the
wine
glass
,
they
refused
by
saying
we
don’t
have
a
wine
glass
in
a
hotel
.
5.
I
call
another
attendant
ask
for
wine
glass
again
she
was
saying
that
its
our
standard
and
showing
me
another
table
that
we
give
only
this
glass
,
i
request
again
to
check
for
me
,
they
take
the
glass
and
come
back
when
my
friends
almost
ready
to
repeat
their
order
,
again
15
to
20
minutes
for
a
wine
glass
.
6.
At
last
they
give
a
beer
goblet
no
wine
glass.

Then
we
order
food
nachos,
chicken
wings
and
one
sea
food
dish,
after
give
our
order
i
ask
my
friend
why
you
ask
for
see
food
,
then
i
ran
to
the
lady
i
ask
for
cancel
the
see
food
order
only
,
she
literally
shout
on
me
that
i
not
easy
to
cancel
a
order.

After
all
this
i
ask
one
of
the
attendant
for
the
ash
tray
he
refused
by
saying
this
is
non
smoking
area
,
i
ask
where
i
can
smoke
then,
he
show
the
smoking
area
which
is
next
a
corner
of
the
restaurant.

I
went
to
smoke
with
my
friends
,
i
was
smoking
and
a
security
person
come
and
saying
you
cant
smoke
here
and
ask
me
to
go
outside
of
the
hotel,
I
inform
your
security
person
that
your
restaurant
team
is
saying
smoke
here
.
10.
At
last
my
friends
ask
for
one
redbull
which
was
not
provided
and
top
of
it
your
bar
attendant
come
and
talk
rudely.

I
am
really
sorry
but
your
staff
really
need
a
training.
As
a
hotelier
with
a
experience
of
8
years
i
know
how
everything
works
in
a
hotel.
So
its
better
you
guys
take
it
as
a
opportunity
to
correct
all
the
faults.
