We had a sumptuous lunch and our server was Mr. Kevin. He was very accommodating and helpful. Amazing service!

The quality of the food changed as compared before especially the mashed potatoes, steak and broccoli as sides… but the way the crew serve and do their job remains the same… shout out to Sir Kevin 👍💪 thanks for a commendable service.

We were very impressed with the quality and taste. Lunch options were adequate. I personally chose the salmon with wings as starter. Our server Kevin was absolutely excellent. Very friendly and informative.

It's been a long relationship with TGI Fridays, at the beginning had some issues with them but now I became a loyal customer. Now they have a new lunch menu that I tried (August 2023) . The only thing that haven't changed is that the staff is very attentive. Today the manager even recognize me from my previous posts and came to talk about the issue, and he understood why I haven't deleted my old posts. In any case these are the posts from the most recent until the first one 4 years ago. ************** Coming back now more regularly. Service here is always a plus despite all issues in the past. Now they are very clear in what you could have or couldn't. And since they have the TGIF rewards I come more often. Today I had my second 9th visit and food was great, having paid just my drinks. ****************** Came back again and still the push you into the regular menu, until you tell them that you would order from the lunch menu. Still don't understand the way they push customers away. Sometimes they say that there is refill of beverages some other times there isn't. This time I was lucky because I told them that in the past they offered me that. I know there are many struggles with them but the lunch deals worth coming back. (Post COVID-19 review) ****************** Average food. Don't get fooled by the regular menu if you are there for lunch on weekdays. They do have budget friendly menus but you need to ask for them, they won't offer them at the beginning. (Back in 2019)

One of the best American 🇺🇸 restaurants in Qatar specializes in steaks and burgers 🍔. Away from the steaks, in this visit we ordered 2 Friday’s burgers with their signature French fries 🍟. The ambient is amazing and give American reflection. They are providing one of the best salad 🥗 dishes. Ask for Yucatán Salad dish. I gave 4 stars 🌟 to make a room for improvement.

Good food and service. Erlyn is well mannered server. She served food and entertained us in from arrival and departure. Also Ton is friendly and help us tở choose our order. He explain the menu and help us understand the best seller they offer.

Amazing food. Huge serving sizes. Very courteous, helpful and attentive staff. Tried their 1- Fajita in chicken and beef 2- Fried chicken with mushrooms 3- Iced tea (you get a refill x3) The only complaint is regarding their lady's restroom...dirty and smelly.

Looks like a nice diner for family. It was pretty empty for a Friday but we decided to try it anyway. Waste of time and money. They didn't have alot of popular dishes available from the menu which was annoying as each time we wanted to order the waitress would giggle and say this isn't available. Didn't think it was funny either. Ordered Korean fried chicken sliders as appetiser, which was absolutely awful. That was not Korean fried chicken at all. More like a piece of bland chicken nugget in a dry cold bun with nothing but a bit of coleslaw which was nasty. No flavour, no butter or cheese or sauce. Presentation was rubbish. Had better sliders before that use soft hot brioche buns and cheese atleast. Silly to call it Korean fried chicken in an American diner. To go with that I ordered potato twisters with beef and cheese toppings. That again was a mess in a plate. Very disappointed. They weren't even potato twisters. More like sliced potato crisps which looked like a bag of regular crisps thrown in a massive plate with toppings thrown on. The crisps turned soggy. I can't understand why it was called potato twisters. Steaks were OK and standard sides. Overpriced for my liking however, that's expected in steak and American diners. The Mohitos and Mocktails are very good, came in large shakers and was huge enough to share with everyone. Their bathroom was disgusting and had no toilet roll, luckily I had pocket tissue on hand.

As usual good food. Good ambience. Only 4 star as the drinks were not as good as It used to be and also oy one option of desert was available on tha day.

I fancied Skeak and pepper sauce that is why I went there. My friends had said it was good, my first time. First no pepper sauce, then no ribs, followed by no sweet potato fries. Is this a restaurant. I was so dissapointed, I left. Will not go back.

My Yucatan salad was drenched in dressing. An unusual amount of dressing.. Like a salad soup. The dressing had tons of sugar in it too. Got a sugar rush before I could eat half of my salad. Usually ppl who order salads are trying to eat healthy.. Drenching it in sickly sweet dressing defeats the whole point of eating healthy.

Average-tasting burgers, sandwiches and mocktail drinks. Nothing special. But the desserts and ice cream are of good quality. Servers are attentive, however orders take a long time to be served. Portion sizes are big and prices are alright, discount vouchers are readily accepted.

Awesome food

Had fun here last friday. It was my daughter's bday (sept 24th) and they asked us if we would like them to sing her a bday song and we said yes. It was the grandest bday song for a 5yr old kid. She was very happy and delighted. Staffs here are all friendly and accomodating. The menu is superb and delish. And all was in sharing size platter. Total rate is 5/5 🌟. Definitely going back. **entertainer is accepted**

Was dissatisfied with the experience. Firstly, toilets very dirty and unclean with no tissues. Was told no ribs, no sweet potatoes, no tenderloin, very disappointing as this is supposed to be a restaurant is it not? New York steak was nice which is why I’ve given at least 2 stars. Service was very good by the waitress who served us.

It has been a while since I last visited this branch, however the food tastes very good and the staff were very friendly, but the squeeze sound coming from the AC I guess was very annoying. Rest all was fine

The usual thing.. if you know TGI Friday (in Qatar).. this is just another branch. The location is convenient, being in the Villageo Mall. The restaurant was not busy, the service and the meals were good.

Meat is hard to chew, far different from what i am experiencing from other shops
