I stayed in the hotel for two nights and it was great. The receptionists are friendly. The house keepers are amazing. They provided us with everything we need and the service was prompt. My kids enjoyed the kids club and the swimming pool. I gave the hotel four stars because of the gym worker who is not professional at all. I went to the gym but unfortunately I forgot my hair rubber band and I kept looking for one in the gym but I didnt know where they keep the hair bands in the gym. I saw the beautiful lady who was working for the gym and I asked politely if she can provide me with a hair band as I want to run. But it seems that she was so busy with one of the client socializing and she didn’t like the I interrupted her. So her answer was ( No we don’t have) I said how come ? Can you please check with the Spa or I will go check? She said No don’t waste your time they only have shower caps in the Spa. I ended my workout and I asked the gentleman at the Spa reception and he gave two rubber bands not only one.

One of the most beautiful Hotel in Qatar. Their Rooms are delight to stay in. Balconies are small but you can still stand and look at the beautiful view. Beaches are a memory to live in. All Staff are so helpful. Restaurants and services in the hotel are great. I will rate them five star because I have no complaints other then a nice memory to go back home with.

I’m writing this review while I’m currently staying at four seasons Doha this fantastic hotel, i can say The best Hotel in Qatar. The Rooms are spacious super clean and really delight to stay in. Beaches & swimming pools are amazing and really beautiful Restaurants and services in the hotel are great. The staff are wonderful every single one from valet parking to reception to room service they are so helpful and really nice.

Amazing experience, great food, friendly staff, beautiful view a superb bartender at Curiosa. We celebrated Christmas Eve there, and we were amazed by their services and food. Shoutout to Rafaella, Talented Bartender at Curiosa. And special thanks to Momo; singer, looper, and a great great artist. To Arina, excellent DJ created such a lovely and lively atmosphere. We liked it so much that we had to visit again for New Years Eve, and it was FANTASTIC!!!!!!! I would absolutely recommend it!! Thank you for the amazing experience, 2024 couldn't start any better way.

No doubt! One of the best places to relax while in Qatar! Service is great, the beach is awesome, the pool is nice too! But, there is a restaurant, a third party place located besides hotel beach, with very disappointing costumer service. Buffet for breakfast had many options, delicious options and very well trained staff and unique service, coffee wasn't good and US $100 for it is too priecy.

The hotel is nice. I was in a guest suite and it was awesome, generally. The furniture was perfect. But iron plug was broken which I can't expect from a 5 star hotel. I was quarantined there and quarantine service was below part. Late food delivery, not good variety in food, not enough either especially without any drink and any dessert. When RAT was done, the result was not informed. I had to ask them. There was also some misinformation from the concierge and reception.

You wanna kick of a brunch experience? Go for elements Friday brunch ! There aren’t wide options but I loved the all provided ones with no exception. Lovely guests and staff. They could have better indoor design tho. P.S. QAR 350 for the regular package, QAR 540 for the sparkling package.

Elegante interior. Material and color is perfect align with hotel and concept. The view is fantastic front of sea . Just the furniture which is choose in room is not exactly elegant but the accessories is nice. The food and bar i expected with more quality however i just try 3 restaurants inside. This is one of my favorite hotels in Doha. After its renovations, the rooms are easily one of the nicest hotel rooms in Doha. The hotel facilities and pool area are one of the best ever. It is a great choice for family holidays. The lobby lounge is a hot spot in the city and it is deserving to be so.

They have multiple outletsand i love them all! My favorite is Tea Lounge. The fluffiest pancakes in Doha. I usually order banana pancake. This place is also great for business meetings. I also like the Cigar Lounge for after work unwinding. The staff is great and attentive throughout the hotel

I've stayed for 2 nights (special occasion). The suite was really nice and cozy. Staff generally were friendly. However, the second day I've went to elements restaurant for breakfast. There was no one to serve, and we had to look for someone to assist us. One waitress ignored us completely and didn't say a word while we were asking for a table. After we found one lady, she told us they're full and directed us to the bar tables ( we were a family ), good thing a family left their table and we took it. She asked us to wait on the table as they will clean it. We waited for 15 minutes and nobody came, all staff were busy with other tables. I've called someone while he was passing by and asked him to clean it, after he did, there were no new forks or spoons, so I had to call someone else to get them. Later on, I had to tell the waiter what we wanted to drink (unlike the first day, all staff at elements restaurant were attentive and friendly). I have complained to the receptionist while checking out and she told me that she will escalade the problem to the management and they will contact me, which they didn't yet (It has been a week).

The Four Seasons is a vibe here in Doha with lots of amazing restaurants and cafes. Here’s my visit to Curioso for an elegant Latin inspired lunch. The second set of pictures are from our casual Thursday night out overlooking the Arabian gulf at Mikoni Beach club. We had dinner and drinks and it was a lovely way to close out the week!

Fantastic staff but not enough of them. There were long periods during the meal where we were trying to get people's attention and it seemed like there just weren't enough staff. Individually, the staff members were fantastic, friendly and keen to please. The food was exquisite.

My experience with the hotel was wonderful, The place is amazing and I would like to thank Mr. Karim Haider, the assistant manager who made my stay more than perfect in the hotel.. He allowed me to check in early, and helped me a lot. Moreover, when there was a noise outside and I could not sleep, I talked to them and the dealt with my complaints in a good way, and as usual, Karim was there and he solved the issue perfectly.. If you plane to go there just ask for Karim.

Bad welcoming AC not working , check in at 4:30 not 3 and confused when lifts not working all staff like they are lost and not following the emergency procedures, swimming pool staff very rude specially with kids. I regretted to choose this hotel 😡👎👎👎

I visited the hotel during the World Cup and made use of the viewing garden. I paid for access to the buffet and enjoyed several evenings here. Great value for money with a friendly staff and good food.

The room was really nice, we felt super fancy! There are so many pools to choose from and the staff is very helpful. Our only downfall was the beach. Unfortunately the Friday Beach (public beach) is less the 500m from the hotel's beach. We didn't swim in the ocean on Saturday, as it was high tide, more so because the water was dirty (milky colour and had some rubbish). The staff were constantly cleaning, but unfortunately there's only so much they can do. For such an expensive stay, one would like to use all the facilities. The breakfast was also okay, there wasn't a lot of options (meat wise).

Do not stay in room 434. It is located right above the main ventilation room and you can hear the rumbling noise all through the night, otherwise it is a great hotel with great amenities and a fantastic lunch buffet.

0 stars. Place to go to ruin your vacation or trip. Not a Four Seasons or a 5-star experience. Beach club is not really a beach club. No music, dark sand, murky water, terrible wine list (not one proper French rosé). It's really just some unattended chairs on a dirty beach.

Elements restaurant has been my favourite dining destination for the past two years, last time I've tried their seafood night , it was spectacular, variety of food, live cooking stations, welcoming staff and excellent service, they offer you sparkling and still water with the food. I totally recommend it. They have non seafood options also, like steak and chicken. I only took pictures of the dessert.

Location is perfect, rooms are large and very well presented, bars and restaurants are lovely and it's a great entertaining memory to be there! Staff are kind and helpful and very polite, room service is quick and in general it is good choice for staying in one of the best hotels in Doha. Either for business or leisure, you will be happy of tour stay and I do recommend it with no hesitation!

It was indeed an amazing Christmas for our family! We stayed at Four Seasons and celebrated our Holy day & Holiday and it was indeed a MERRY and Blessed Christmas! It's nice to be back to one of our fave hotels in town! From the booking ( Abe & Niveen) , to the reception (Mahmoud & team) , to the pool attendants (Fil guy who aside from taking care of us offered to take our photos for our memories (don't retire yet!) , to the Spa area ( Filipina i forgot the name) , Elements Restaurant up to the SUITE we stayed in and the Housekeeping team ( before i forget) Thank you and Kudos to everyone ! I went to the Makani Beach Club with my friend last weekend, and I can not fault the service. The serving team were excellent and extremely helpful. The food was excellent also. My only concern was the volume level of the music. Admittedly, we sat under a speaker, but the DJ playing tunes with her earphones on, in her own world, singing to herself I am sure is very talented at her work, but for the audience, only a handful of tables, there needed to be some awareness we don't want to have to shout at our fellow friends to hear each other. A beach bar should be at a soothing level of music, with pleasant tunes for a relaxed evening. Just as we were leaving , the DJ had a break, It was pleasant when she turned the music down

Doha is a wonderful place to visit. Allow yourself time to not only enjoy the hotel but the city. There are 2 world famous museums- Museum of Qatar and Museum of Islamic Art that are not to be missed. ---The Souq Waqif is the local traditional market in the city, well renowned for selling traditional garments, spices, handicrafts and lovely cafes. We enjoyed going twice- during the day but loved at night when is all lit up. Sit down in a café and enjoy the great views of the Souq. Be sure go to the Falcon Hospital in the Souq- they will even let you hold a Falcon. We also enjoyed going to the beautiful shopping center- Galeries Lafayette. ---The hotel breakfast buffet at Elements is so exceptional with many stations and delicious food. They also have theme nights- like Seafood night where you can pick out your fish and seafood and they cook it for you Be sure to make reservations in advance as it was very busy. We also loved Curiosa, the Latin Inspired restaurant at the hotel. The food was so creative and atmosphere was divine. There is also the largest Nobu in the world at the hotel. We ate all our meals at the hotel as the food was so superb and we saw no need to go anywhere else. ---We stayed in a one bedroom suite that was stunning! Gorgeous marble bathroom , and fabulous beds with the finest linens. We were celebrating a special occasion and the pastry chef made us a cake that was beyond belief! We were going to Africa after Doha and the cake had all the countries with pictures that we were going to visit! Every day there were special treats in our room. My family and I had the pleasure of staying at the Four Seasons during Ramadan for a delightful 8-day vacation in the penthouse suite. Without a doubt, this hotel is the epitome of luxury in Qatar. The staff were incredibly efficient and professional, embodying the exceptional service one would expect from the Four Seasons. The hotel itself was impeccably clean and adorned with beautiful fresh flowers that were changed daily. We thoroughly enjoyed dining at the excellent restaurants, and breakfast was faultless. The penthouse suite was a sight to behold, boasting stunning views and offering utmost comfort with its plush beds and exquisite linen. It was truly an amazing experience. The porters were always on hand to assist us, and we felt safe and welcomed throughout our travels, relying on taxis to explore this friendly and secure country. We had the privilege of attending Iftar at the hotel on two occasions, despite our initial doubts as non-Muslims visiting the Middle East during Ramadan. Ive only ever stayed at ine better hotel in ny life. The level of attention to detail is unimpeachable. At the buffet breakfast, the staff were very polite, quick and helpful. Ramadan was very good at helping us to get taxis whenever we needed to go out.

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff found out we had just gotten married and upgraded us with cake and balloons in the room. Such a lovely welcome. The room was clean, modern and with a beautiful view. Good hotel location and we also enjoyed nobu brunch on Friday.

Excellent stay at Four Seasons hotel, the staff are very helpful and could not fault the service, went out of their way to assist with any questions. The rooms were clean, airy and had everything you would want, we had a fantastic sea view, and really loved the two rooms that we had. Special mention for the reception staff, and the restaurant staff where we had a really nice afternoon tea. My only tip would be to buy afternoon tea for three people if there are three of you, we didn't specify and got the afternoon tea for two, for three people, and probably would have been better amount if we had asked specifically for three. Otherwise hotel and staff were fantastic.

Day One I don’t know from where to begin. The moment I checked in the service upon check-in was beautiful. The service was amazing but unfortunately, the moment I arrived to the room few hours in the hotel I started hearing kids, jumping around banging doors, ringing the wrong bells. The first night was horrible I only slept for one hour. Day Two Started my morning after getting one hour of sleep went for breakfast the food was good a lot to choose from the service and hospitality was superb. Durning the afternoon I said to my self let me go back to the hotel and for few hours as I was tired and exhausted the moment I walked to my room I could hear the kids again the were so loud I couldn’t nap I didn’t Complain durning the evening and they changed my room to the suite and it’s the reception was well aware of what I was going through as they could see it in my eye. Day 3 Did get a 5 hour sleep now I’m heading to the airport.

First time in Doha, and we had a fabulous time, the four seasons was spot on, with great location, friendly staff and lots of little things that make it an exceptional hotel. Leaving my glasses in my room, and come back to find them cleaned, free cold drinks around the pool, ordering a complete custom breakfast, just everything was so easy.

I went to four seasons to celebrate my anniversary and our stay was excellent. It was a surprise for my husband and he sure was pleasantly surprised. Everything was perfect from the staff greeting, to the room setup and how super accommodating everyone was. Almost all the staff knew we were celebrating our anniversary, so we would get random congratulations from the staff which was so sweet. Top all of this with an amazing Spa facility - that was all complementary! Please note that I had an infant as well and that took nothing away from the experience- this is how amazing this hotel was. Would definitely recommend it! :)

Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Doha. The staff is absolutely wonderful and the hotel itself is gorgeous! The views of the Persian Gulf and city are breathtaking. My friend and I are stayed here for my birthday and we enjoyed every moment. There are several restaurants on site to choose from, a buffet/speciality line breakfast, roomservice, spa, pool resort with service, beach accommodations and a full service bar at both the pool and restaurants. We liked this location so much that we have held work events at the restaurant within the hotel. They are very foreigner friendly, and everyone is so kind. Recommend Elements Restaurant and the outdoor Hookah Lounge Arabica. Great hotel, you won't be disappointed!

Pools are heavenly. Beautiful hotel, comfy rooms. Good food. If there are any performances/special dinners going on, (like for EID), definitely partake in the festivities.

Hello... the hotel is excellent. I booked two hours before my stay in the hotel. Everything is OK. I told them I have an occasion to celebrate. Can you bring me flowers or a balloon, and if you want an increase in the amount, I don't mind. I was surprised that there was only a plate with an apple in it. Look at his picture and you judge😡😡😡🤔

It's a five start hotel that have high end hospitality. The chefs ,the rooms and reception are top notch. If you're looking for a place to stay while in Doha with affordable prices, Visit Four Seasons.

I went with my family on the 24th of December 2021, and paid 450 QAR for a set menu. The food was cold, tasteless and felt like the hotel used cheap supermarket ingredients. And to make it worse, the dessert was VERY disappointing. It was a horribly cold and stale fruit cake filled with overly sweet cream with just a small decorative caramel sauce on the plate. I was so embarrassed and ashamed that my mother and friend had to witness such poor quality food on such a special day. 1/5 rating.

What a great stay - much to short for this lovely Hotel. Specially with our 2y old daughter the staff / hotel was so nice and helped with everything. Rooms are beautiful and the pool - restaurants really great. Couldn’t be better…Real Five Stars…

Consistently great service and the product being offered. Food is at a high level and a great price point for what is being offered. The biggest positive is the staff that supports this service, they are always attentive and ready to serve even before being asked. Special thanks to my service team Kanchan and Snehal for taking this experience to the next level. The team leader Sandra was amazing and came over to personally thank me for being a loyal and returning client, see also ensured an amazing experience with some courteous chatting and service reassurance, Sandra went above and beyond the normal service as a manager. Truly they keep the Four Seasons Experience positively growing with every visit. As a foodie and a world traveler | have been to many countries and many restaurants etc so identifying niche quality and consistency is my OCD picky evaluation with every experience when I visit any establishment. Highly recommended to anyone visiting QATAR and DOHA. You will enjoy the experience and not just a stay at a 5-star hotel.

It was a pleasure to stay at Four Seasons Hotel Doha. We stayed as a family, my husband and our two boys (2 and 4). The service was an incredible experience. We honestly had a beautiful stay right from the moment we arrived. It was bittersweet leaving, but we made beautiful memories. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond our expectations. Four Seasons Hotel Doha is ideally located in the city. We managed to explore Angry Birds World, NMoQ and Katara Culture Village. We could have explored Doha a little more, but we were so impressed with the hotel and the service that we opted to stay and use the hotel’s facilities for longer. Breakfast and Dinner at Elements and Lunch at Arabicus were delicious. Plus there are great choices children will actually enjoy on the menu.

We went to the tea lounge with family, Nice experience for my first visit to this place. Good service. Quite and nice for meetings. Recommended to be visited.

Visited here one afternoon for tea. It's a lovely hotel with a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The concierge are very helpful. We had tea and lunch.

Four Seasons Terrace Shisha We went yesterday to four season shisha and it’s definitely the best in doha. Staff were so nice and helpful. If your looking shisha it’s the best spot in Doha trust me the guy is from Istanbul and knows his shisha flavours and how it’s made 👍💯 Me and my wife are on our honeymoon and we was surprised by all the staff with a dessert and message. Honestly we just wanna say a big thank you to Hasan, Rezaul & Lasabtha and finally the supervisor or manager.

Reserved one night for my mother who was there for a layover. When I asked hotel to pick them up from the airport, they said email request. The email replied back that the cost would be close to $200 one way. When I asked, why so expensive, they said you can always take an Uber. This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen.
