I Booked it through discovery qatar for quarantine as 2 separate double bedded room for 4 person family. Later upgraded to family suite for free and that was the best gesture i have seen as we get to spend the whole time with family members. On note of rooms its huge and very comfortable bed with sofa as well. Bathrooms are huge with well equipped tech. The rooms are well lit by sunlight and lights also can be adjusted to your mood with high end lighting system. Its international hotel with subtle middle eastern touch.

Hotel looks nice on the inside. Room is of good size and clean. Ate at the cafe, the Thai restaurant, breakfast lounge and had room service. They have a good choice, taste ok. Service needs improvement as 10 out of 10 times, you need to ring them again to get what you need Location is not within walkable distance of any attraction or shopping mall, there is only a very small supermarket nearby

Stayed at this very modern, beautifully-appointed, 5-star hotel for three nights on a business trip. It’s sprawling, rather than high-rise, so difficult to navigate at first, but you soon work it out. The rooms are very large, well-equipped, quiet and comfortable. The staff are all extremely friendly and efficient. Lovely breakfast options, plenty of evening dining options, and attractive decor throughout. I didn’t have time to try the pool or spa, but both looked lovely. Couldn’t fault this hotel.

From personal experience this is my first choice while in qatar. There is nothing you can't love about the place. From marbled floor to denim sheets. This place is a fancy. Only stayed one night but was totally worth what I paid it for. They have detailed this place to the latter. This won't be a review if I don't talk about their service; there service is top notch, staffs are skilled to the bone and friendly as ever. They all join together to make this place lively as ever. Though I had some trouble with the receptionist but it smoothed by their complementary breakfast.

Very nice hotel, definitely has the best service of any hotel that I've stayed at. Excellent value. Rooms are very nice, bed very comfortable, rooms are spacious. All of the staff are very helpful and you can't beat the valet parking. Breakfast is amazing and healthy. Outdoor pool is gorgeous, though it would be nice if it were open longer at night, or at least the area, as long as you keep noise down. The club lounge is a nice bonus, especially in a city where alcohol is so expensive/prohibited. Indoor pool is nice and they have squatch courses and a decent fitness center. SPA is too pricey but I guess thats 5 star hotel pricing.

It's below our expectation. We had a bad experience dealing with Navid from the Reception. Bad customer service. We booked for a City View, but the view from the initial room that was given to us are all roof. We were transfer to 2 different rooms both looked the same. Had we've known, we could have booked for the lowest rate. This hotel is good for business travellers but not for family who wants to relax and celebrate.

It was one of the best experiences we (a family of 4) had. We requested for a family suit for our quarantine and they provided us. Cleanliness, food, service, location, view and everything was superb! We will definitely recommed this hotel to our friends and family.

Its a nice hotel no doubt , clean and luxury and the stuff are extra polite and supportive , I had a couple of issues and all was immediately taken care of by the hotel and the staff. The location is accessible but crowded in the rush hours. The facilities are brand new so all in perfect condition. Overall its one of the newest and modernised hotel in Doha

Everything was just perfect. Upgraded to a huge 2-bedroom suite (titanium member). The lounge had tasty middle eastern food and outdoor seating. Friendly check-in staff. I will definitely come back if I get the chance!

Quite superb. 5 mins from everything in the city Center, staff are extremely well trained and courteous, valet parking was immediate any time of day and rooms were a pleasure. Suites were grand, though some furniture seemed overkill and bathroom was oddly cavernous. Food throughout was excellent whether it was breakfast or Hunter’s grill. Highly recommend.

And staff service were extremely well and maintained by the staffs of this Westin hotel, attention to details and helpful staffs u can only find here from the reception, and f&b staffs. The room is spacious and beautiful, also it’s super clean with comfy beds which i loved. I just didn’t like that at the checkin they gave us coupon to use in the ladies salon and when I did my hair and showed them the coupon they said first that it is expired and then they said they don’t use it anymore… also I was surprised the pool was under maintenance and our whole purpose was to use the pool every morning, I wasn’t very happy about this, and then by the last day we found out that there is a pool that was small had waves was on and no one told us about it…

Did a stop-over in Doha on the way to Tanzania. We decided to get a room here to freshen up since we had an 8 hour layover. The hotel is beautiful. The W Lounge has a wonderful selection of delectable delights. The room was beautiful. Sleek with modern lines. We were welcomed with an appetizer plate complete with fresh watermelon juice, cheese, and dates. The service was excellent. Extremely professional and greeted us every step of the way. Highly recommended.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The front desk was rude the entire check in process and we were given the keys to the room two hours later than our actual check in time. Not to mention the poor attitude while talking to us we had no where to go with out two kids. It’s a definite never again.

Rooms are nice but this are not the views you expect in a Hotel of this brand. (From a Suite) AC at the room did not work properly, was freezing at 20* despite 23 were selected. Breakfast can be improved.

Nice hotel with cool vibes, very rich with big variety in Breakfast and dinner buffet , thanks too all chefs and chef Rajaa and Restaurant team. Room is nice and modern, however, floors wood wasn’t good and seems old also room smell not cool with too much wood which is about to be replaced, room smell needs some attention. 2 Swimming pools in and out door. Location isn’t the best as it is in middle of city. Reception and service team are awesome

this was my second stay in this hotel (actually my second visit to Doha). location is suitable to my needs, rooms are very spacious and well furnished and lit, very hospitable and useful staff, wonderful breakfast in variety and quality. the garden and pool area is always pleasant with various activities going on. high recognition of Bonvoy elite status. Stayed for 4 nights for a business trip. You be welcome right after you enter from the main door to a fancy spacious lobby. The fully equipped room was very large and clean and comfy. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was pretty rich and plenty of options from different kitchens like Indian, Asian and international. I utterly enjoyed my stay at Westin Doha and definitely recommend for single business trips.

This is a well-appointed hotel with excellent service, from the manager to the front desk, the bellhops and valets, they are all friendly, professional, and always helpful. Particular shout out to the staff of the Westin Club - particularly Imene and Chef Ganesh - who always go out of their way to provide exceptional service. Highly recommend.

I have stayed at the Westin for about 30 months and must say the Westin Club (the lounge) on the first floor has excellent service mainly due to some wonderful people. Chef Ganesh, Nurbek, Emene , Muhammad and Camden are just unbelievable. They take amazing care of the guests. Chef Ganesh gives us some wonderful vegetarian food which is delicious and the other four take such good care that I feel at home. The five stars are for them.

We had a business 2 days event at WESTIN Hotel. From day one, the event team, Miss Seren, Miss Ellea, Mr. Ali Radi, Mr. Alaa Mohamad all were cooperative and open mind for any request/plan/organizing layout. Booked two "2" rooms for guests, room were spacious/super. During the event, assistant of Mr. Jackson and his team were at eye blink, all day coffee break and open buffet was delicious, the lady chef (sorry forgot her name, with hijab) was super active and warm welcoming, The outside terras was nice for side meetings and chatting. It's just the ballroom lighting needs some extra brightness, else all was super. In general I was happy from the settings as well services and might be back for another event at WESTIN ! Tanks and all the best.

Being a regular business traveller I have been in Westin hotel several time over the years. I even had my couple of Covid quarantines also in this hotel. Aspects that attracts me to this hotel is its location, internet quality and ambience but more than that it's evening that is centred around beautiful Westin club that is located on the first floor. This lounge that is frequented by the regular visitors and members of Marriott Bonvoy therefore it is common for frequent travellers to bump into each other and share stories over a drink or two. Along with the calm ambience of the Westin Club with both indoor and outdoor seating one thing that is really unique is a tailored evening buffet that is presented by the in-house chef, I think his name is Gaanash. Because there are travellers from all over the world with different taste preferences therefore it is really very humbling and enjoyable when you are presented with the food that is cooked for your taste buds. Being a frequent traveller it is often quite annoying when you have to put up with foods that look good in these types of hotel lounges but you do not really enjoy eating. Other excellent point about this hotel is its location that is really at the centre of road networks that goes everywhere and access to all parts of Doha is quite easy. Although traffic is now much better after world cup construction because of flyovers and roundabouts but still at the peak office hours it really works very well and one can easily travel to any direction especially destinations with government offices are nearby. Although there is a fitness facility but I found that the road around the hotel complex (not public road) is excellent for evening walk because during the post summer season from October all the way up to April Doha weather is beautiful therefore walking around the hotel is excellent and the beautiful garden at the rear of the hotel next to the swimming pool is best place to stretch relax and cool down. I have not used a swimming pool recently but it was a nice experience in the past and it seems to be very managed and organised. I look forward to enjoying their new open-air evening brunch or cafe that they have started this year. I will be posting a review on that as well. From privacy reasons I have not taken photographs of the Westin club, however I am including a a short of a beautiful dessert that was presented tonight.

I had a very pleasant stay. The room was large, the bed firm and the staff were well trained in their craft. Also, the hotel is in a good location relative to all key business hubs.

After a grueling 7-hour flight, my partner and I were looking forward to a smooth check-in experience at your hotel. I had informed the hotel in advance about our check-in for following day at 10AM hoping to get some rest before our next journey. As a Platinum member, I was expecting a 4 PM check-out, which would have been immensely helpful. However, our check-in process was far from seamless. It took an astonishing 30 minutes, which is the longest I've ever waited at any hotel. The staff member, despite mentioning his 10 years of experience with Marriott hotels, seemed to struggle with the process, even while training a colleague. To add to the disappointment, we were told that the latest check-out time would be 2 PM. This left us with barely any time to rest, especially after taking into account the time it took to settle into the room. A simple gesture of extending our check-out to 4 PM, as per my Platinum membership benefits, would have made a significant difference to our stay. Furthermore, there was no mention of the benefits entitled to Platinum members, nor were we offered an upgrade. Our brief 3-hour stay at the hotel felt rushed and unsatisfactory. We had hoped to explore Doha after some rest, but the experience at the hotel dampened our spirits. The check-out process was equally tedious, taking around 20 minutes, with the staff member seemingly preoccupied with unrelated tasks on his computer. In total, we spent nearly an hour just on the check-in and check-out processes, which is unacceptable for any hotel experience. While we look forward to returning to Doha in the future, we will be considering alternative accommodations for our stay.

A Fantastic Oasis of Hospitality The Western Hotel is nothing short of fantastic. It's like stepping into a huge oasis of comfort and luxury. From the moment you enter, you're greeted with a pleasant aroma and a warm reception. I'm a regular visitor to the Mix Lounge at this hotel, and the experience is always top-notch. The valet team, security personnel, and the staff at the entrance and main door make sure every visit starts on a welcoming note. I've enjoyed my time here so much that I'm considering a future stay, perhaps for an entire weekend, and even bringing my family along. The Western Hotel is highly recommended for its outstanding hospitality and overall experience.

Resort style. Large room with full bathroom (separate toilet, shower and bath tub. Walk-in closet). Sofa sitting area and working desk separate from your bed Outdoor swimming pool next to the restaurants (3 there). Amazing breakfast - one of the most fulfilling menu I have ever seen in a Westin Service is VERY slow if you need anything brought to your room though. I found it common in the Middle East Arabic countries. Overall a very nice hotel to stay in Doha

Our stay was a pleasant one and my family and I enjoyed it very much. The hotel was spacious and clean, and the staff were attentive to the requests we made upon booking. Everything met our expectations.

Very nice interior specially the path leading to spa and the sitting area of the hunter grill restaurant. It's a luxury property with all the basic amenities available. A recommended place to stay with family and have fun. This property has no beach though as it is in the centre of the city.

This is a luxury hotel. Rooms are very large and comfortable, staff is always helpful, pool is delightful, foods are delicious. Located a bit far away from downtown which was better for me but might not be so for everybody.

Staying in Westin for two days quarantine.the room is amazing with all amenities. I have two kids with me and this morning after several attempts to get in touch with the staff, I finally got my breakfast at 9.40am. The operator refuses to entertain any calls demanding information about our stay. The medical team is super rude and also not very forthcoming. I would not recommend Westin as a option for quarantine especially if you're traveling with young children.

Polite staff. Big rooms. Great amenities. Intelligent design. I did not try the restaurants nor I tried the food in this Hotel, hence no comments on that.

Is my go to place for gathering with friends. They are friendly and very accomodating staff. Highly recommended.

My relative was staying there. The reception was answering the call after very long time and after several attempts,I got in touch with the staff. The operator refuses to correct information of her stay. Getting in touch with the medical team was also difficult. The medical team is rude and also not very forthcoming. No one is taking the responsibility.

Booked in at discover Qatar My flight landed at 540 am and we were in the hotel by 730 We were taken into the hotel premises and made to sit in a room which I would nt call a lobby After 30 minutes a few of us were shifted to a room upstairs with the confirmation that we are going to be served breakfast and then allotted the room We were in the room upstairs till 1130 Every half an hour someone would take a headcount to serve breakfast at 1145 we were given breakfast!!!(boiled eggs and sausage)packet juice I was allotted a room at 130 On asking I was told that people have to vacate before we can get a room Wonder why bookings are accepted when they don’t have vacant rooms After a long nights travel this is the last thing we want to go thru No complaints about the rooms but must say they can do something better with their menu and the food served When I requested for something different I was told that they can’t do anything as they will make alterations only if I am diabetic or allergic to a food Is this the way we get treated ????

Had a Wonderful stay, during my two days Quarantine. Rooms were upto my expectations. Not too big nor too small. Lighting ambience was tranquil. Food was reasonable with balance of Indian and International cuisine. Rooms were quiet and stay was so peaceful. Not sure of staff service. As I was not able to interact much with staff as per quarantine protocol. The food service guy to room was so kind and smiling. Check out staff was kind and helpful. It was my experience

I go to Westin to get Manicures done at the Heavenly Spa; I say it every time that I go it feels like I have new feet. The Spa Therapist (Luisita) is very professional and takes care of me and ensures I get top notch therapy for my feet. I work in a Warehouse and wear boots so my feet get roughed up a lot from the heat, but she takes care of them for me. Definitely the best Therapist there and very professional.

The staff was great. The room is big,i stay in twin bed with extra bed and still has place for a walk. The dinner in seasonal taste to restaurant not that much variety and quite little quantity. The breakfast is great.

The rooms are good , location in heart of Doha but they resent isn’t any attractive Landmark Near the hotel such a mall or shopping the stuff not very trained they have express number like a hotline for the client but it’s take long time to be answered and when they answer they don’t have enough information or also they can’t help I advise them to keep the customer service number as other hotels such as housekeeping space specific number room service specific number concierge etc so each department can do their jobs easily without delay even they checked my sister with special need room without taking her permission even there isn’t Coffee capsules or tea bag or glass or tub in the room but food very delicious Breakfast was good but the staff not friendly the restaurant receptionist she was very rude I asked her table she gave me uncleaned table she just asked us to go and sit without coordinate with the restaurant staff to prepare the table and the napkin the restaurant very busy the orange juice not fresh ,

Hotel is beautiful. Sabai Thai food could have been better. I ordered fried chicken dumplings that were pudgy and doughy (heavy) and medium spiced Laksa that turned out sweet and more like Thai Red Curry. Tastes were not authentic.

Excellent location , I have loved this hotel since the beginning because it’s conveniently located in between city center and industrial area Being here for business it’s a good point Lounge service has been implemented: really excellent selection of food - with the presence of the gentle chef.. unfortunately the outdoor terrace is no longer usable . Rooms need a bit of renovation.. marble floor is not well maintained unfortunately

Strange location but once you enter the hotel it's like a little oasis in a concrete jungle. The Thai restaurant is great and the Hunters grill is a local favorite. Lovely shisha terrace and pool bar also. Rooms are clean, chic and big.

I have stayed in 7 different Marriott hotels during last 2 years in Doha. Westin was one of the best with the facilities, big rooms, nice pool. This hotel is still good even though the facilities and the property itself is already not dated. The service is notably wonderful as their staff are so warm and accommodating. Their outdoor pool is beautiful. Unfortunately, it was winter when we stayed so we only got to use their indoor pool. Breakfast is not that great. But overall stay was good.

I spent 2 nights in this hotel and my stay was great. Room was clean and big with comfortable bed. I had very satisfying shower with their big rain shower head. The breakfast was amazing. The spread was good and foods taste great. The staffs were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
