    There were no non smoking room!! They said if its apartment rooms, there are no non smoking rooms So i had to buy two air freshners to mask the cigar smell so my visitors will not get dizzy or foul, stinky odor will stick to our clothes!.. ALSO, FOR ALL YOU GUYS WHO WANT TO STAY In THEIR ROOMS or APARTMENTS, ALWAYS ASK for an INVENTORY LIST and NUMBER of UTENSILS, TOWELS, etc. THAT ARE INSIDE THE ROOM during CHECK.IN, as they might ask you when you are checking out a so called "missing item" i.e. a bath mat towel?? They said they hang it inside the bathroom area, same as the towels for your body!?? They cant even show me what it looks like!! (they just describe it, like we're playing charades).. You have no option but to pay Qr50.00!! for the small item as they are holding your security deposit! I asked the reception if she was in my shoes that she will count every item or cutlery or pillow if how many are there or if there are any broken or loose screws or damage in the walls, chair leg etc??? "I will not misuse any item in the room". she gave a very safe answer..."I told her we didnt use the shower or wet the floor.. I didnt even take a bath as i checked out early!! We just used the towels for wiping our faces and threw them on the bed (just to make sure you guys put fresh clean towels for the next customers. That will be the first and last time i will book a stay in Holiday Villa... Its not about the money, you are damaging the integrity of person, accusing that person of stealing and believing a statement only of your employee who has a chronic smelling problem!!!

    I have attended a training conducted by our organization . The majestic ballroom is spacious and can easily accommodate around 200 people. The refreshments served were good. The ballroom is well equipped with all amenities and ideal for business meetings.

    Very Pleasant room. Very good food. Based on the request, the food was provided and it was fantastic. Good internet. I have mention specially room service and the reception people. They are really very friendly and helpful. Overall excellent hotel to stay 5/5. Keep going.

    I booked a suite but unfortunately the air conditioning was not working properly. I contacted to the reception and they were informed that the air conditioner is hot and we cannot sit inside the room, also the room temperature rises at noon because it is hot outside, but they did not respond to my request and did not fix the air conditioner. Although my reservation was for three nights 👎🏽👎🏽

    I booked it from booking without really looking at the pictures so I was expecting a regular 4 stars hotel but I was surprised when I saw it.... it's definitely worth 5 stars, the place is amazing and the staff is very kind and friendly especially the Filipino guy at the reception ( unfortunately I didn't knew his name) he is the best! I took an apartment with my family and it's pretty good although I have some notes about the rooms like they don't have any mirror in them. However, my overall experience is spectacular, would definitely visit it again 👍

    Holiday villa is not so holiday friendly. Spent the worst holidays with them. ( Not to mention all other issues in their room) they charged us extra 120qr for “missing” utensils that we for sure didnt take. (40qr per utensil) Since they do not have an acknowledged checklist of the items that are available when we checked in, they can charge you on whatever items as per them are missing. They are even confused on how many items were actually “missing”! Being humiliated for an hour in their reception accused of being a spoon thief! What a customer service! I wonder if they would do that if we’re not an asian. Youll end up giving up and paying the charges to end your misery! Ive read other reviews and seems like there’s an occasional missing items false charges (to mostly asian customers) but still the hotel never bothered to add any inventory checklist procedure and shall be acknowledged by the guests before checking in. They seem to make a profit out of it. It’s either housekeeping is not doing the right counting and management turning a blind eye to it or its the management’s strategy to add extra profits, we will never know. Bad bad bad

    I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE AT ALL, customer service is very bad, Air conditioning was not working Fridge was not working, And I had flu and I was shivering, When I asked receptions , they said after HALF AND HOUR , Horrible waiting time for someone who had cold and explained to them already and they ignore you, and they could bring The blanket from another room or send by anyone to the rom I dont advice anyone And they took already deposit , even if you paid fully for the hotel .     I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE!!!!! It's been more than 30 days and they didn't refund me my money back. The hotel service was very poor, and the hotel is full of cockroaches and insects after just sleeping there for one night we had to go to the hospital because of the bugs?????

    The hotel rooms are of excellent quality, being both clean and quiet. The location is convenient, being close to many amenities. However, there is an issue with the hotel having staff accommodations that share the same name and use the same hotel photos. This has resulted in me mistakenly going to the staff accommodations twice when searching for the hotel. I would recommend this hotel, but with the caveat that this issue should be addressed.

    Staying here with my family for short holidays. Will make it short what i like most & least: I like: 1- Spacious room & clean 2- Very good house keeping service & appreciate for they quick response. 3- Nice restaurant (Lagenda & chopsticks) Least: 1- Traffic to reach this hotel very #@&*×+@ 2- Parking area issue.. most of the time full.. 3- Small swimming pool.. my kids not really enjoying.. also located beside main restaurant. Overall from this vacation.. i'm satisfied..

    This Hotel is perfect and helpful. I stayed for 4 days and I enjoyed. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Hotel in central. Mrs. Fitri helped us for reservations and informed us about city and transportation. You can choose them, they are professional.

    Ordered room service and had to pay immediately for the food. They refused to charge to room. In all my years, this is first time I've seen this. The washroom was as small as it could be designed. Menu, less days the better. Chinese and Japanese with limited Indian and Arabic food.

    Was ok , I think staff should me more inform about clients booking, as they ask me to pay transfers when I already paid, also they ask me for a deposit when I already have everything in place before I leave UK 🇬🇧 Very upset driver ask a lady 50 plus to remove luggage from transfers car . Hope they improve in near future. Thanks Ligia

    2nd time there to break our fasting. Quite crowded. Variety of food, tasty. Cost Qatar currency. There's even Malaysian cook. Please use GPS to go there. I'm not familiar with the road. Will visit again.

    Everything is great except the noise you may get in the rooms from the HVAC units in the buildings in front. So if you get a room at a high floor you get the views, light and noise. Lower floors may have less noise but you get no light and no views. They should definitely do something about the noise.

    The Worst Hotel Experience: A Disaster from Start to Finish I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at what can only be described as the most appalling hotel I have ever come across. As someone who frequently travels and stays in various accommodations, I never thought I would encounter such a disaster. I am not one to complain, but this hotel deserves a scathing review for the multitude of issues I faced during my stay. To begin with, upon making my booking, I specifically requested a baby crib for my infant. However, when I arrived at the room, I was dismayed to find a broken crib. I immediately informed the staff of the issue, expecting them to promptly rectify the situation. But to my disbelief, they claimed it was the only one they had and made no effort to replace it. Outraged by their lack of concern, I raised my voice and demanded either a suitable replacement or a refund. It was only when I threatened to involve the authorities that they begrudgingly provided an adult extra bed as a substitute. The disappointments didn't end there. The bathroom door was in an abysmal state, barely closing properly. Not only did this compromise my privacy, but it also posed a safety hazard. It was evident that the hotel neglected basic maintenance and upkeep, leaving guests to deal with malfunctioning facilities. To add insult to injury, the iron provided by the hotel turned out to be faulty and ruined one of my shirts. I was left infuriated and frustrated by their lack of attention to detail and the disregard for the value of my personal belongings. A simple task such as providing a functional iron should be a standard expectation, but clearly, this hotel fell far below any reasonable standards. Furthermore, the shower in my room failed to deliver the promised temperature control. It seemed that regardless of the settings, it would only fluctuate between freezing cold and scalding hot water. This made it impossible to have a comfortable and enjoyable bathing experience, which is a basic requirement for any decent hotel. In all honesty, this hotel doesn't even deserve a single star. I implore anyone considering staying there to think twice before making a reservation, even if they offer their rooms at half the price of other hotels. The level of incompetence and disregard for guest satisfaction demonstrated by this establishment is nothing short of appalling. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by choosing an alternative hotel that values its guests and prioritizes their comfort and well-being. In conclusion, my stay at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. The broken baby crib, malfunctioning bathroom door, ruined shirt, and inadequate shower temperature were just a few of the issues that plagued my visit. I can confidently say that this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and I strongly advise others to avoid it at all costs.

    I was here for Quarantine just for 1 day. Very easy airport transfer by Karwa taxi. The room was really dirty not well maintained. Looks like the older rooms with dirty linen and dirty curtains are meant for quarantine. Food which was provided was below average where in u have no choice to pick and eat only what's provided. Only the medical service was efficient.... Try improving please... Would highly recommend against using this hotel.

    They are thieves, they stole hair straighteners from my room, makeup items and they are absolutely not respectful. In addition, the room service was absolutely poor and dirty. They had workers that are not professional at all. I absolutely do not recommend staying there even if it was for free. horrible experience will never do it again

    Checked-in with my family and few friends for a small celebration. The lighting is poor and the smell was unacceptable. I do smoke but I hate a room/house that smells like ashtray. Since I smoke, I frequently go downstairs to do my thing. I know for sure that we were not that loud and I can even barely hear any sound coming from our room when I was at the hall. It's very impossible that we can disturb anyone specially if they are inside their rooms. However, we were knocked by around 5 personnels telling us to reduce our noise. To avoid any issues, I just apologized. By the time I went out again to smoke, I swear, all of the other rooms are very loud. We can't hear them from the inside of our room though. My question is, who are the people that those personnels were saying that were complaining about our noise?! In addition and to my surprise we received a phone call from the hotel management few minutes later telling us "again" to reduce our noise! Bite me! Take note, we were all eating that time! It's a complete joke staying in this hotel. Not recommended and shall never ever go back. This is the only hotel here in Qatar that gave me this amazing and wonderful experience!

    Budget hotel in Doha Qatar. Which is situated i side the doha city and easy access to the nearest airport. They provide monthly and daily rental options for the customers. And they have very nice pool and the room service provided by the management was superb with the service provided by the staff. And the restaurant was simple and too good for dining and they provide a large space inside the restaurant and we can use the space for the business meetings also. The rooms are very nice and budgetable neat and clean with the premises.

    My parents stayed in this hotel for quarantine and stayed in this hotel for 14 days. Food and room was good. Mr. Sol helped our parent whenever they need some thing. Thank you Mr. Sol for your help. Overall hotel, food, room, hotel staff were excellent.

    I have booked this hotel for my family for 14 days and I should say they have been taken great care by the hotel staff and especially Sol(Sol Man). I would book again the same hotel and strongly advise others in my family to book the same hotel for our next trip. The duty manager Sol was very helpful and helped us during every step and made us feel like home. A five star for him too .

    Booked into the apartments for the Asian Football Cup. I'm not one to complain BUT in terms of a western style breakfast it has to be the worst I've ever had anywhere in the world. To clarify, all the other offerings- fruit, salads, pastries, local fare etc are all superb; the hot stuff definitely not and that's if its even hot. Beef bacon which I've had many times in the Middle East tasted as though it had been boiled, the hash browns were hidden away in a different area and were dry and stale because of this. The French toast was soft and limp because it was kept in a covered co tainer instead of under a geat lamp. The baked beans were mostly skins. Sorry but absolute awful. Next breakfast for me will be Tabbouleh and Hummus. The worst was the coffee, it didn't even remotely resemble coffee in any way except that it was brown liquid. There is a coffee bar, but you have to pay extra for an expresso, capuccino etc at least under the tariff my company was paying for and it is a traditional type machine and there could therefore be a wait if busy and it was advertised. I would have thought a hotel of this standard would have invested in a couple of self service coffee machines offering Italian coffees - I'm sure all guests of all nationalities would appreciate it. Apart from that it's perfectly fine. Supermarket in the basement with the parking. Really helpful and friendly staff. The apartment I was in was superb

    Breakfast was very nice and worth the money. Cleanness is acceptable The rooms are very old and outdated I requested a room with a king bed. Unfortunately that was not the case.. very overpriced at 2000 QR/night. You would expect e decent furniture and amenities

    Review: Regrettably, my recent stay was marred by a severe lack of internet connectivity. The internet connection in the room was extremely poor, making it nearly impossible to conduct any work-related tasks or even browse the web for leisure. This significant inconvenience greatly detracted from the overall experience. Furthermore, the uncertainty surrounding whether this review will even be posted adds to the frustration. It's disheartening to think that feedback may not be acknowledged or addressed by the management. As a guest, reliability and communication are essential, and unfortunately, these aspects were sorely lacking during my stay. I sincerely hope that the management takes swift action to improve the internet infrastructure and ensures that guest feedback, including this review, is valued and addressed promptly.

    Starting with the receptionist Niketh , He asked me for a deposit. I told him I paid two thousand riyals in two nights, and you ask me for 200 riyals as a deposit. Why? He told me if you don't pay, I won't let you enter the room , Maybe he should have said, Excuse me, this is hotel policy? Or did I come to his house? In general, reception workers are very bad at dealing with guests. It was the worst experience in any Doha hotel

    I wouldn't say that it maintains standards as other holiday villas in the west, but it's pretty much near to it. Everything is the same as all other hotels' complimentary breakfast , pools, gym etc. Room's are moderate, not the best in class, and also not the worse. One thing that I really felt frustrated about is the location, like it's kind of covered and confused to get out to the main road, but you ll figure it out.

    facility consist 9 buildings (from 1 to 8 : apartments, building "9" hotel, restaurants, admin,..etc.). so if you want go to summing pool and you are staying in an apartment you have to go out of the building to walking to building "9". summing pool is outdoor and not shaded, too small for accommodate to hold these buildings. each building has different facilities (E.g. building "8": gym and spa) ordinary staff are very friendly, check-in process need to be improved by management (i have seen guests been seated in lobby lounge, until the receptionist call the guest by name (shouting) which is uncivilized act, while receptionist keeps calling building supervisor for vacant apartments and no answer) in such this scenario makes unpleasant check-in for guest and frustrated and balk of check-in process. parking lot: is in big basement, each apartments has it is own parking space (apartment number on parking space) apartment: is old and un-maintained furniture, beds sheets/blankets very very old. curtains almost falls-down, floors, corridors, wall painting need maintains. no "Prayer rug" (sajadh) kept inside the apartment. breakfast: few options and disregarded international cuisine. some room service operators are ignorant (I asked how much for ironing one cloth , replied it is FREE, she meant that there is and iron appliance and iron stand inside the apartment) there are no laundry shop nearby the facility and no outside laundry services for pick-up, only in the hotel. and no restaurants neither. conclusion: is it worth it? answer: no, there are better options (not recommended).

    If it comes to hotel quarantine please don't book here very terrible experience. As I seen many one star rating are from quarantine booking. I thought it happen to me but after I check the reviews same thing happened to all of them very disrespective staff front desk and receptionist all of them but it comes to bell boys cleaners they are good main staff is rude no proper food nothing . Book one star hotel for quarantine will treat you well and give you the good food not like this hotel can't explain about their food package it's really bad 👎 if there is zero star iam really happy to give them. Totally unprofessional go to local pg instead they treat you better.

    I've been traveling in and out of Doha for years and had been in different hotels overall this hotel is good. The only negative thing i have encounter is they don't have complimentary shampoo and conditioner which other hotels provide and replace everyday and can even ask for additional without charges. They have lotion,razor,toothbrushes, soap only and the body and bath liquid soap which you can use but cannot take the whole bottle because they will charge you extra for it which i have concluded that they only refill it but not change the whole thing which i find unsanitary it should be change every customer. So reminder for those who plan to stay in this hotel to bring your own body and bath things and hair needs. That's all...

    These people they really know what Hospitality and customer service it is, thumps up and keep it up, thanks to Google review who is raising this memory again which happened 4 days ago after going to an eastern restaurant called Naranj restaurant just a few meters from Holiday Villa but unfortunately the service was too bad to stand we walked away just a few meters to find Holiday Villa Hotel, we went to the Asian restaurant which the service there is Absolutely outstanding! Not really much more to say than that. Staff were attentive, friendly and welcoming

    Hotel is in very good location. 20 minutes to airport 15 minutes to Souq Vaqif and 15 minutes to West Bay. Staff is amazingly kind and friendly especially head of housekeeping name Anoop 👍. Price is reasonable. You can also daily rent the apartments instead of rooms which we did. It’s a 4 star hotel and I don’t know the criteria but it’s more like a 5 star hotel. Gym is better than many 5 star hotels that I stayed and I am traveling all around the world.

    We stayed here for our hotel quarantine. The Checkin process was very smooth. They gave us a room immediately even though we reached the hotel at 7am. (we had clearly communicated during booking our arrival time, maybe that helped) The rooms were clean and large, as any good hotel room should be. Had a very pleasant stay. The quarantine food however is extremely average. It's prescribed by the govt probably. But we can order in food from outside which is a good option. Once the covid test turned negative, we were allowed to leave the same day with an official discharge summary.

    I went to Snips Hair Salon recently and was impressed & satisfied with their service! I requested a certain hair colour and they were able to deliver the colour as to how I wished. I would like to thank Nadira, the hairstylist who’s not just friendly, but she knows what she’s doing & certainly did an excellent job! Will recommend Snips Hair Salon to anyone!

    Love the place. Prices a bit high. But you can relax by the pool and get refreshments. Open all day long provides from one day to multiple one accomodations. Area a bit far from center but there is a metro station nearby. Large garage underneath the buildings.

    Hotel room quality is good. Staff are helpful. Internet connection is good to work. You may not get the food whatever you want. But you can ask them. They will change the food for you. Overall score is 4 out of 5.

    I was transfered to this Hotel because of a flight cancel. Its an older Hotel but they working hard for renovations. The rooms are good with working Air Condition. But not that Clean when i am honestly. If i Walk with socks in my room, they getting dirty. Could be better. The beds are good so fare and Clean. The Shower is big. Perfectly for me. But the best things are the Stuff working there. Everybody is friendly. They have a 24h Park Service, You can Order what you want for Room Service. No Matter If you Just went outside for a Minute, they still friendly and Open the Doors for you. The Security is also doing an amazing Job. Its Like you going to a flight. If you come inside you have to walk dure the Security Check. There is an Detector and your Luggage will also go dure a Scanner. Its an Complex where you can find everything you need. From a Hair Cut to a Pool Game or Spa they have everything. Just the Location it self is not that optimal. So If you wanna Go to a Supermarket you have to Take an Uber or a Taxi. Cause the next one is about 1,6km to Walk. It is possible but in the Heat Not that comfortable. They also have a small Market where you can buy Things but they are expensive. Like in every Complex.

    Clean room, friendly staff, good food, good location. Its actually very nice, I got this hotel as a complementary from qatar airways since there is a 3 hrs delay from Saudi arabia.

    It has good specious rooms with good spring loaded metress and big non-openable windows which gives good sunlight in morning . It has a good bathroom with tub and a morden fancy commode with electric button functions but overall bathroom is not that much specious as compared to some hotels. View is not very great from this hotel as there is no good view near this hotel.

    We stayed for a week during the Eid break in an Executive 1 bedroom Apartment. The room is very spacious and large. The furniture is comfortable and the decoration tastefully done. Bathroom is very nice with tub and shower in lavish finish as well. The view from level 9 was great with a full height glazing. The best was actually the housekeeping- swiftly done on a daily basis. Special thnaks to Mr.Raslal who assisted us during our enjoyable stay.

    The hotel is clean thats for sure. The service on the other hand is not great to say the least. I had to call multiple times to get something done. They didnt even have a single tissue box in the suite and after calling three times over an hour I had to go look from the housekeeping people and take a box from them, and they didnt even bother to apologize, thats if they didnt forget that I asked for the tissue box. The food varieties was not that great, they should have multiple cuisines so all guests can enjoy it. The gave me a crib for my one-year-old which was in a terrible state. Honestly not worth the money. Wont do it again.

    Pictures in site are not meeting actual. New photos shall be used to update their profile. Front disk takes long time to get you served. Each apartment allocated with dedicated parking. And you should use only that. Internet speed 3MB only, higher speed with daily fees !? Net very slow.

    Overall the experience was good. They provided good service including wifi and food. The rooms were clean and tidy. It's all well maintained. The staff were polite.

    I would just like to share my review when we checked in last June 15, 2023 Thursday. We had 3BR apartment in Bldg. 4, room 403. Actually, staffs from Reception are really good and accommodating most especially Mr. Julian. But what we don't like is our check out moments, you asked us to pay for something we didn't get or loose. 1 pillow, 1 bath towel and a set of spoons. Upon check-in up from our first visitors who came and saw the rooms 2 people said same thing, that the pillow in first room is only 3pcs when we arrived. So it only means one thing, there is no pillow missing. And who's on earth will take a set of spoon if it will cause an obvious act? We understand if a 2 or 3 pcs missing? But a set? Come on guys. Money or payment for us is nothing but at least we know what we are paying for. Anyway, better check the room before you give it to the customers have check list while with the guest upon check in because a residence is much bigger than the hotel room and for sure it will be nicer for both parties. I would like to add also that AC in our room didn't work well, and 2x a maintenance has to come and fix it.

    I visited there for a wedding. Unfortunately, the staff is not friendly enough. The management must know that the hosts have a reputation and because of the staff's behaviour the host's reputation will get affected. They are paying you to serve the guests and this is not what your staff know. Teach them hospitality and customer service skills. Even if the host has booked the hall for for example 100 guests and the chairs are suddenly fewer, at least add chairs for the guests and inform the host about the situation rather than telling the guests that the host has only requested 100 chairs! You cannot let the host down because of what was said before. At the time of an event, there are many times when there are miscalculations of the listed guests. Don't make the experience of others miserable.

    The hotel over all is very good but I recommend to meet Mr Julian as he will solve all your problems and he is very much cooperative. I met Mr Howard on reception who only know how to say NO to customer but anyhow My trip went good and once again I would like to Thanks and recommend Mr Julian he really made my trip amazing. AC of master bedroom was not working and the issue was resolved that too when Mr Julian took action. Hope to visit DOHA again and stat at Holiday Villa….

    Free Internet is very weak, I had to buy Internet package 10Mb speed at 95 QR (26 USD) valid for 3 days only. Breakfast range is ok but not wide. Room is big and toilet's stuff are good. In general it is good

    I have been staying at this hotel on my trips to Doha since 2009. Normally I stay in an apartment on the property, but this trip have to stay in the hotel. (Bldg 9) They are having football tournaments this month and the hotel is full of kids (from around the world) who are totally out of control with NO SUPERVISION. I have no problem with kids, but I do have a problem with unsupervised, rude teen and pre-teen brats who don't know how to act. They ride up and down on the elevators and it makes it impossible to get to your room. 30 minute wait tonight and only got on an elevator after complaining to front desk. Once in your room, you hear them running through the halls and yelling at other kids. The staff does nothing until people show up at the front desk to complain. Security is absolutely worthless! WORTHLESS!!! I would like to point out that these are not Qatari kids, because Qatari kids are always well behaved and respectful. I rated them 5 stars for room, service and location. 1 star for overall only because it won't let me pick 0 stars. There is a very easy fix for this. Make the kids key cards only able to get them in their rooms. If they need to go up or down in the elevator they MUST be accompanied by an adult.!
