Good place for living,,, swimming pool also gym good place

Today November 27, 2022, we just cheked out from the residence after we spent 5 nights during the world cup in Qatar. Without any doubt we have been impressed about the excellent organisation of the world cup in Doha. Our residence have a good location next to Ben Mahmoud metro station. Nice stuff but the residence managment policy was the worst that we ever had in my 35 years of traveling experience all over the world. First for early check up of 4 hours we pay 150 USD. And at the deprature time we ask them to store our Carry-on luggages for 6 hours. They asked us for 500 QR almost 150 USD. This is unacceptable specially for a total cost of 12000 USD ( twelve thousands USD) we paid for the 5 nights we spend. Moreover they block at the check-in an amount 4500 USD as a guarantee for a minimum of 5 to 7 years old furniture. Even if you get back this amount. But it is blocked from the credit card and you can't use it. Imagine if this is all what you have to spend during your stay. Finally a lot of things at the level of kitchen appliances are missing. We have to buy a small tool to make coffee. Tea......etc. any not recommended palce at all.

Excellent facilities and 24 hours call Center to fix problems

Great apartment with amazing fixtures, the furniture and electronics are top of the line. The rooms are spacious and well lit with built-in wardrobes. One of the better apartments I've seen in qatar. The only downside is the "compound " housing the apartment building. Its does not look like a kids friendly area. The pool and gym are small. No area for outdoor activity for kids.

Helpful and welcoming staff. Dated décor, noisy location (construction work all around), poorly designed pool area - does not get any sun.

I lived for 1 year. Good location, clean furniture, huge kitchen and kind staff. However the noise from 360 degrees made us leave from this apartment. Construction noise from outside can be forgiven but the noise from room upstairs and the corridor were unbearable. Basically I could hear everything such as elevator sound,foot steps, vacuum sound, TV sound, people talking and kids playing with the ball.Building walls and floors are too thin. literally I could picture what they are doing upstairs. We had sent the security numerous times but things didn’t get better. So if you consider moving in to this apartment, better choose the highest floor as summer heat is solvable but these noise can eat your nerve.

Calm and psychological comfort, and you do not need anything to bring, whether food or clothes

Things were good untill they suddenly asked for 50% increment in rental fees for long term leasing contracts!!! Who on earth would accept that? I thought they would show some respect to their loyal tenants instead.

Nice compound with good management. Cleaning services twice a week. Very cheap laundry services. Cozy swimming pool, hot and cold Jacuzzi and sateam room. 24/7 security and maintenance. Well designed apartments with a separate bathroom in each room and guests bathroom. Very huge and fully equipped kitchen.

Very bad service, cost for the quality is an absolute joke, they just want money and they really dont care about the customer experience, every service cost way too much, would recommend anything else rather than this materialistic accommodation

I wanna take the time to compliment this residence. We love the furnishings and the space we get for our family. Great amenities Running track, indoor and outdoor pool. Spa facilities everything is great. Only downside when you get a parking where all the bird poos drop!!! But nonetheless we love our apartment combined with responsive and accommodating staff. Can I mention Arcelli, Rowena, Nadine, Mouna, Rachna and Baba Kamal. In fact everyone is amazing! They all are. From maintenance to housekeeping to reception.
