Jollibee is my favourite all time favourite. I eat together my office staff really yummy 😋 food

I order thru talabat waited for almost 1 hour 20min .. no call from the restaurant or anything regarding the delay . I was thinking maybe I will call them in 10 more minute.. and the cancel my order just like that .. without even calling me or informing me what going .. after waiting for 1hour 20 min … thanks for the amazing waiting service

I ordered 9:55 pm in Wishbox delivery app and call matar qadeem branch because it’s 1 hr to arrived my order. Chicken is not hot looks like home cook and instead of strawberry and coke float they gave me 2 regular size coke. Your management and team should be attentive and focus on delivery order 4qr is wasted and not satisfied with the food👎👎👎

Idk the fries has no salt and I asked for an extra ketchup they say you have to pay 1QR for 2 pc. I had never experienced being asked for pay extra for the ketchup. I didn't ask got a bottle I just ask for 1 pc extra just one small one. 🤣 🤣 Goodluck

0/5 tasteless fries, tiny burger , coke was only black colored water with sugar. Will never order again from this restaurant. Advertising pictures are completely different from what was received.

I ordered my food for take away and got it after 50 minutes. I had to wait with a new born all the while and they didn't even the courtesy to offer me a seat. The restaurant was not clean and I guess there was no cleaning staff present because there were food leftovers all over the floor. Nevertheless, I got my order after 50 minutes and when I opened the box at my place, the quality was not as expected and I had paid for spicy fries but I was surprised to find normal/regular fries. I felt cheated as a customer. It was my last order at Jollibee and I would not even recommend it to others. Worst experience.

Staff name is jonathon ruado. He is useing bad behaviour with customers. I hate this restaurant for jonathon jollibi staff.he Don't know how behaviour with someone. Very bad person in jollibi.
