After
reading
the
reviews
online
I
decided
to
try
their
services
but
was
disappointed
by
the
entire
experience.
From
the
moment
I
walked
in,
the
girl
at
the
counter
was
pleasant
but
as
soon
as
I
mentioned
what
I
was
there
for
she
suggested
trying
a
different
treatment
for
my
hair.
I
was
willing
to
try
it
so
I
was
then
seated
at
one
of
the
counters.
It
was
after
this
that
everything
went
downhill.
There
was
no
communication
between
me
and
the
hairdressers.
They
were
more
interested
in
talking
amongst
themselves
and
when
they
decided
to
pay
attention
to
me,
they
did
not
ask
if
I
had
washed
my
hair
and
did
not
offer
either,
and
immediately
started
on
the
treatment.
At
first
I
was
under
the
impression
that
this
was
part
of
a
longer
process.
However
they
put
some
mask
on
my
hair
and
then
went
back
to
talking
to
each
other.
After
a
while,
they
washed
it
off
where
they
tried
getting
me
to
pay
for
a
bigger
package
and
then
did
not
listen
to
me
when
I
was
trying
to
get
a
certain
haircut.
Everything
I
was
saying
fell
on
deaf
ears.
I
gave
up
trying
to
talk
to
them
and
explain
what
I
wanted.
The
lady
who
cut
my
hair
was
nice
enough
but
then
told
me
I
should
have
come
in
for
the
original
treatment
I
intended
to
get.
I
explained
this
to
her
and
once
again,
it
was
like
they
did
not
hear
what
I
was
saying.
Afterwards
I
got
the
impression
that
they
knew
I
was
not
too
happy
they
tried
to
be
accommodating
but
by
then
it
was
too
late.
Once
the
whole
process
was
done
they
tried
to
getting
me
to
buy
a
bunch
of
hair
products
which
was
completely
overpriced.
Overall
I
was
not
happy
with
service.
