You can’t call it hotel , it is far from hotel Rooms are missing everything but the only good thing is the receptionist “Henny “ she is so much helpful whenever you call her she will assist in seconds she made our stay much better 😍

IF INTERNET IS IMPORTANT FOR YOU, DO NOT CHOOSE AL LIWAN SUITES. IT KEEPS GETTING FAULTY ONCE IN EVERY WEEK! STAYED THERE FOR 6 MONTHS AND THE STORY IS NO DIFFERENT! ABOVE THAT, THERE IS NO WHERE YOU CAN COMPLAIN OTHER THAN THE RECEPTION. I WANTED TO GIVE NO STAR IN FACT.

The service is excellent. All the staff is exceptionally kind and helpful. They respond to any request within precisely one minute. We stayed 4 months at this hotel and they were the same till the last day. They responded to all our requests and refunded us for the absence of a few days or for leaving earlier than the booking although they had given us a special monthly rate. Their service can compensate for the overall level of the hotel as it is a 3-star hotel.

Everything is so perfect starting from the reception, I like it 👍👍 Basement parking turning was very short for down and up side, if it can be improvised much better. Still i got help from security staff for moving from up and down both way so it was good... Thank you for everything.... Really appreciate to all staff..

The standard twin suite were very big and has 2 AC (because the weather in Doha is very hot). We only stayed for a nice, but the staff helped up with the luggage and gave us tea. We booked at the hotel airport shuttle. The hotel is a little far from the centre

Al Liwan Suites is awesome place to stay. It is very perfect suites . You stay with your family very comfortable way . They provide open kitchen with induction stove .you can make food with yourself . They provided one bed room and one hall with AC and television in each . They provides Microwave oven and washing machines also . I think it is a perfect options of long stay with family. Hotel staff is also very polite and helping nature. Car parking , health centre are also here . Bathroom have bathtub. You can enjoy hear

Though the details in booking.com of staying in al liwan suites are great ..we experienced the most uncomfortable stay upon checking in..not to mention the security in guard..he is great.. the receptionist took all the IDs including our children under 13yo..which i didn't experienced to other hotels that we've been checked in.. our check-in time is 2pm..we came late but i heard them talking someone in the phone asking if our room is ready..we saw one employee upon entering our room ..he just finished spraying something and turned on the ac before he left... the receptionist kabayan called me a day before the date of our stay in the hotel.. taking note that we are allowed for four adult visitors upon staying.. but they still called me that i have two visitors waiting in the lobby that are not allowed to come in.. I have to go down to the reception area to talk to the manager in charge.. we argued about how many visitors are allowed while staying..they have to call the receptionist kabayan and another kabayan manager in charge for confirmation .. the manager in charged told me that..the other manager wants to talk to me.. i have to get my cellphone back in our room because i didn't bring it in the reception area... but He Didn't call me with my cellphone at all.. he talks to me through the managers in charged cellphone.. and they alowed to accompany my visitors to come with me in our room..but asking how long are they going to stay..which is very very rude...I am so annoyed I have gone through this because I already knew our reponsibilities in staying in any hotel.. In addition for our unpleasant-suite good for 4pax- stay to make us a very early checking out...enjoy reading ☹️ * this is the only hotel i have seen that there's only one box of tissue in the room .you have to call ...just to give you another one box of tissue 🙄 * The room is almost complete of appliances but I haven't seen a kettle in our room .. and that explains there's is no complimentary coffee 🤔🤔

Amazing open area for morning breakfast with cheap value specially winter and beginning of spring seasons 👌💕 Very calm and relaxing ambiance with perfect service from staff The view is simple but stunning 🤩 also they have a nice small swimming pool you can see from the top while drinking your coffee ☕️ Nowadays they are not serving in the open area hopefully soon will serve again as they said They have private sitting area in the top for you to choose the use tables or ground Arabic style away from curious 👀 eyes

Wasn’t satisfied with our stay. Room has unpleasant smell. Upon checking out they were asking for extra charges & for things missing which is NOT there in the first place. This is really far from other hotels in Doha. Hotel & location itself is not good for someone/ group of friends who wanna relax & spend their vacation / Eid holidays in a nice place.

Substandard rooms with unpleasant smell, duvet had no cover but was wrapped in two bed sheets, the receptionist was not prepared for my check-in despite confirmation, almost no WiFi as it was down plenty of times during the day. Never coming back here!

I had a long stay here in al liwan and i had a good experience with me.i want to stay more and will come back soon as everything i found is good in Al Liwan Thanks to staff and management for caring of their guests and they know how to treat their guest in professional way.

Good residence near to doha with good services. The main point is food which is available near to this hotel with very reasonable rate. U would like to recommend who want to get some cheap residence for visit and Doha entertainment should stay there.

The best yet the cheapest in the town. Highly recommend for vacations. Recently had a road trip with the boys and stayed over here for two nights. Rooms were clean and big. Breakfast buffet was also tasty and fresh. Will be happily staying at this hotel if I visit Doha again. To hotel management: Keep the good work up guys.

We had a really wonderful stay at Al Liwan Suites. It was quite memorable. We thank all the staffs including receptionist, house keeping and security for their hospitality. The poolside is relaxing. We highly recommend stay at this lovely hotel.

It‘s our second stay at Al-Liwan, and I can still recommend it! A very nice hotel with friendly staff close to the airport, they also provide for free airport pickup if informed in advance. The suites are very spacious, comfortable and clean, the location quiet and breakfast (30 QR) great. There‘s also a pool but we didn‘t try it... All in all, excellent value for money!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Alliwan Suites, and I must express my heartfelt thanks to the entire staff for making our visit so memorable. From the moment we arrived at around 3 pm and were efficiently checked in within 15 minutes, to the kind and welcoming demeanor of every staff member we encountered, our experience was nothing short of exceptional. The accommodations were spotlessly clean and perfectly prepared for our family's needs, including two single beds and two sofa beds in each unit. Despite the hotel's slightly older character, its cleanliness and the amenities provided, like the well-maintained swimming pool which the kids thoroughly enjoyed, stood out. The thoughtfulness of having heated water in the pools and providing a variety of depths to accommodate all ages was much appreciated. Although we noticed the rooftop Shisha lounge was no longer operational as advertised, this did not detract from our overall positive experience. The daily room cleaning service, while not flawless, was commendably diligent. Our family deluxe apartment was spacious, featuring a well-equipped small kitchen and a comfortable living area, making our stay convenient and relaxing. The vale service provided by the hotel was invaluable, especially considering the challenge of parking in the area. Without it, finding a spot would have been significantly difficult, given the tight entrance to the parking area. This thoughtful service greatly enhanced our convenience and peace of mind during our stay. The value for money at Alliwan Suites is undeniable. Lastly, I'd like to commend the location. While nestled in an industrial neighborhood, it proved to be a strategic base close to many attractions, enhancing our visit. Thank you to the Alliwan Suites team for your dedication and for providing such a welcoming atmosphere. Your efforts have not gone unnoticed, and they significantly contributed to the enjoyment of our stay.

A great choice for visitors ,rooms were beautiful and spacious with a small pantry. Best part about the hotel was their staff every one was extremely helpful and professional. Bushra at front desk was an angel helped out for several things. And Krishna giri, Rania and a few more I can't recall the names they were super helpful with alot of things.

The rooms are neat and clean with all necessary equipment and facilities but the shattaf in the toilet is on the wrong side (left). The service is good. The hotel is in a busy neighborhood hence difficult to find parking. The hotel parking is very tight. I parked once and never used it again. I got the flats at a discounted rate, if not the cost is high. The pool on the 6th floor was good but the sauna was not nice.

I had such an amazing service specially people on front desk miss bushra, miss Ariane and mr vherwood bwaria deal very well and they have good knowledge about city , also I came around 8 am and they arrange my room even checkin time is 2pm , they make my day beautiful, I will recommend every one this hotel Sumair

Breakfast service need to be improved. Kitchen needs more staff. Managers/supervisors should be on restaurant floor frequently. No one to be seen.

I really liked it even though it was a 🌟🌟🌟🌟 it was really nice with 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom and a nice open kitchen food was even better than Bentley 🏨

A very pleasant stay. A nice big room with a lounge, refrigerator, washing machine, nice bedroom and washroom. Very comfortable. Tip: keep the ACs running as I felt a bad smell when I turned it off. Nice set of toiletries. You get both cold and hot water. Sometimes they'll get cheap on providing second water bottle. Miss Bushra at the reception is the best amongst the staff. The location is a bit far from main city but there is M116 Metro link bus station nearby and and you can use it to get to Umm Ghuwailina metro station. I would definitely stay again.

After spending 24 hours, the room is excellent and all amenities are available. I have a slight reproach for the food. It could be better than what is currently served, taking into account the times and quality of food in the month of Ramadan. In general, it is a beautiful and elegant hotel. Personally, I give it 4 stars out of 5. I recommend it to all visitors. Doha to listen to it

While the room is mostly in yellow tone light, the smell is also bad. i dont know if it's not well cleaned from the previous check in or the room smell ancient because it's outdated. The reception might also be confused how to handle guest queries or queue. The manager seem very strict to the rules, i got confused for a bit if i booked a hotel or a school.

Their suites are big and clean and very cozy. Everything is provided from the fridge to the stove, to eating utensils. Bed is also very comfortable. They have a nice, Arabic decor and furniture styles. So there, it was a pleasant experience. Maybe they just have to add some good channels in the TV and also improve their swimming pool. Also, the AC in their function hall is not enough to make the place cooler so it was really hot during summer.

Our stay was pleasant. The staff are great (Edwin, Toufeeq, and all). Pros: The price. The room size. We asked for bed sheets for the Arabian Style sofas that were meant to be used as beds and we were given the sheets promptly with no problems. Cons: Not enough sun-light during the day. The bathroom doesn't smell good and is HOT - no proper ventilation. The microwave was found dirty when we arrived. The washing machine was found broken when we arrived. Dishes are not washed as part of the daily room cleaning service.

I loved this hotel. We were welcomed at reception with dates and coffee. The staff were attentive and friendly. Our suite was absolutely beautiful, with a lounge area, small kitchen and a separate bedroom. The furnishings were traditional and lovely, and a few pastries and bottle of water were provided. The suite was clean, quiet and comfortable. The shower pressure was great. I would definitely stay there again.
