They keep me waiting outside for 30 minutes for ice tea which is ready made and I even called to order before coming. Then they bring it 3/4 full and refuse to make the cup full. So they wasted 45 minutes of my time for nothing. I was a loyal customer but I’m never ordering again.

In this Coffee, you will enjoy the ambiance and the nice decoration. Busy staff like "Honeycomb" working hard, professional, and happy to serve you the best quality 👌. I tried the Tiramisu ice cream, yummmmmmy. I loved the Tiramisu Cake, soft, not over sweet, and delicious 😋. The honey cake was nice but of different texture than what I used to try. It is the Russian style. All items were clean and of high quality.

Wonderful coffee place, their coffee is just perfect and staff are super friendly. Whenever i am in Doha i MUST come here everytime i am nearby. They also offer great dessert dishes and honestly, even their water tastes different. Sometimes they walk outside to your car to take your order and deliver your coffee to your car! Can you believe this? I havent seen this anywhere in the world where you dont need to get out of your car to have your coffee. Great location, wonderful coffee.. my only suggestion to you guys is to have decaf options too. All the best

For the third time I’m experiencing a very poor customer services. I’m always wondering why the place is empty and quiet all the time then i found out that the staff here are showing a very bad attitude towards the customers. You have to wait more then 15 minutes to finally one of them attend you.

A nice coffee experience i must say, they have selections of coffee for manual brewing. I was choosing Ethiopian bean for V60 brewing, and the product turned out to be amazing. Aji was the barista that prepared my coffee, his brewing style is methodical and relaxed. So odes the result of the coffee, was smooth and aromaticaly complex. Good place to sip a cup while waiting for my son's sport training. Keep up the good one folks

Love flow coffee, had a absolutely frustrating situation happen this morning. I was in 8:44am and paid cash and when I open my receipt when I got home my change was short by 150QR. I call flow immediately gave them my receipt number and said my change was short. I was told by then supervisor I would get a call back, which I did not. I then had to call 13 times before someone responded to me. I asked to speak to the supervisor and was told by him I never spoke to him but someone had told him. Again I was told to explain my situation, which was completely frustrating and unacceptable. I was now told they had to check ccv as their money was correct. I have yet to get a call back, I love the coffee but I will never go there again,. Unacceptable how they deal with customer complaints regards to money that was given short and my lose of 150QR Chantal
