Nice mall. my favorite Electronic item low price

I used to like this place so much that I got back there 2 days in a row. However, one of their beauty advisors treated me disrespectfully while she treated another customer with the same nationality as her nicely. She was obviously unfriendly even if I just shopped quietly. I spent 30 minutes there and bought so many items. However, her disapproval in her voice and her acts was so obvious. It’s considered as racism. I informed their customer service but it hasn’t been taken seriously. I admit that they offer a lot of varieties and cheap stuff. However, I will never go back there again. I deserve to be treated fairly.

Its a branch of ansar group. Its not to big i mean there is not all items available. But its good. There is garments, perfume, mobile, electronic, ladies accessories available. You can visit its same other branch price and promotion. Thanks

On Saturday 9 Sep,I go with friend but I still know I go near shop so close ,but I waiting for ask to staff for by TV can I ask to philiphine people she ask to another staff but not to me can I waithing 10 minute after say me pls come tomorow now not have product ? Not so good to service ..not smile me not happy so different in City center and old airport branch..I hope can more service

the sales ladies and Cashiers are so loud to the point that it's annoying for shoppers, first was a little bit understandable but the whole shopping experience you'll hear them talking so loud not about work but other else and it's very disrespectful.

One of the best place to shopping in Qatar. Best quality and reasonable prices but I faced wonderful, incompetent customer service. There is no minimal standard of manners for the counter workers when interacting with customers. Disgrace!

Once again what fabulous unprofessional customer service. The counter staff has no minimal level of manner in how they should talk to the customer. Shame!

I don't like the way you're staff on the perfume section treat and approach customer. Specially when she saw you in normal dress. She a filipina but she's not like my filipina friends working in this kind of shop. 👎👎👎👎 I am a customer but the way she approach me, feels like she is on the top of the mountain. Ate filipina my salaty is thrice bigger than yours even if i dress up like this. And i am a customer.

Ansar Gallery Mansoura is one of the worst customer service malls I’ve ever seen. The counter staff are very unprofessional, not all but most of them. What they think of themselves I have no idea it seems like you go there to save your life by purchasing stuff for you but indeed you pay so you have to accept their poor attitude and unprofessional behavior. People like us digest a lot.

Very bad service , ansargalllary is selling dublicate maybeline super stay foundation , they charged me 70 qar and gave dublicate bottle of product in which there is no expiration nothing on top of that inside it’s just a liquid of some rubish I don’t know I want my money back
