We ordered butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, lamb biryani, chicken biryani, butter chicken lasagna, and for desert we had rasmalai treche and gulab jamuns. Curries tasted below average for the price. Chicken was rubbery and gravy was just fine. Gulab jamun was one of the worst we have had. And it costs 50 riyals for 5 pcs. Rasmalai was good. Biriyanis were decent. Loved the butter chicken lasagna. This place is a one time try. Also one of the server(who I don't wish to name) needs to be trained in serving. He was tossing the complimentary papad and raita starters on the table. He even forgot one of the dishes we ordered. And water and glasses came too late after we sat down. These might be small things, but when one is paying premium price , we expect better service.Maybe because we were Indians he felt that he could treat us like this. Hope management looks into this and rectifies it.

Came for our dinner last night, we ordered cheese sambousa, chicken wings, lamb curry, and a shrimp curry a couple of naan. The cheese samosa ok wings ok lamb curry not nice taste it took them 10min to bring the shrimp curry by that time we had already eaten the lamb so by thr time it came we didn't want it. It was not a nice taste. The staff did not once come over to see if everything was ok or if we needed anything. We were the only people there. The prices are pretty high. I won't be going back, unfortunately

An authentic Indian restaurant with lots of variety on the menu! Well themed, great food presentation (one dish even came with smoking hot ice) and delicious food. They have a items that you don't see at most Indian restaurants (e.g. chilli cheese naan - it is excellent). The chicken dishes and lamb curries were great but not so for the grilled lamb (chops, etc. ).

The ambience and the exquisite interiors of Jwala is what keeps us coming back here. The old worldly charm is something to look out for unlike most Indian restaurants in Qatar where the food is great but the ambience is never upto the mark. The Biriyani has a special twist and the plating is extraordinary. The Yakhni gosht is finger licking good. However, the cherry on the top was the Rasmalai tres leches cake with the son-Papdi topping that melted in my mouth.

Well decorated. Good ambience. Few food items were not available, would have helped if we were told as we were seated. The food items were picturesque and good for photos. Taste wise very average. We didn't have biriyani, so can't comment. But the main dishes didn't taste as good as it looked. Few parathas were burnt.

The new Indian kid on the block, highly recommendable! Delicious food and sympathic staff, attentive and friendly. If you are not sure whether you like it, use the Entertainer and try two dishes for the price of just one. We were also entertained by some live music, not too loud and very easy to listen to. See you soon.

Place is nice snd atmosphere too with Indian background music. We have tried butter chicken wings its delicious. Also chicken tikka masala was nice but should consider increasing the portion! As only four pcs of tikka in the curry!! Potato chat is a fail did not like it at all! The butter nan was nice too. And the service is very nice thats why am giving it more star!

We really enjoyed the food at Jwala at the Pearl. The dishes were packed with flavour. The dishes that stood out for us were the Gamla Paya Biryani and the Papad dessert. A must try if you love Indian food👍 The decor and general vibe of the restaurant is very nostalgic of India too!

An exquisite experience of the finest compilation of 'Indian food'. Jwala's menu has something for everyone and every occasion. Jwala captures the spirit and flavors of India while catering to the high standards of Qatar hospitality. It has an exquisite menu with choices of tasty Indian cuisines, which are very tempting to your appetite. The service offered at this restaurant is very good, while their staff is well-trained. If you want to enjoy a meal in style and comfort, Jwala Qatar is the right place for you!

What a great food in Qatar, no words to say except yummylicious, exceptional services. Little high pricing but worth once the food go inside 😀 Great work team! Awesome work by chef 🧑‍🍳

I would leave zero stars if I could. The food is pathetic for the price and to make it even worse it is not even close to authentic Indian.Choice of menu needs to be improved & kishani bazar (worst mix vegetable i have ever seen looks more like fried vegetables oriental style). Bermuda chicken biryani was below average. I think bombay chowpaty, MRA or any other restaurant in DOH will prepare tastier food than this restaurant. Ambience, location and service is okay but food quality and quantity is below average. Complimentary diwali ladoo served was not even fresh.Waste of time & money. Highly not recommended ever.

It's not an authentic Indian restaurant.. the food was very blend, compared to the price the quantity was very less. The biryani with its fancy name was not the authentic Indian style it was pieces of mutton or lamb on top of a puff with plain coloured rice underneath, the rice was not cooked too perfection it was hard. The Rangooli chicken lollipop was too oily and blend, hardly any chicken. The butter chicken lasagna had a very strong flavour of a herb in it which killed the entire aroma and taste. The gravy was just okay nothing wow and all the dushes had less salt in taste. Overall we were a group of 8 where we did not enjoy the food at all. We had ordered almost 6 dishes but did not enjoy any. The staff it friendly, the atmosphere is good and it has live music. But being a restaurant if the food you order does not have the taste, quality and quantity with the a high end price the rest just fades.

I have been to this restaurant over 5 times and they always serve the same great flavors. The chicken biryani is the best in Qatar!

Loved the experience. Indian cuisine with Old Indian style decorum. Food was amazing. Being a vegetarian we still had a lot of options to choose from. Quantity is also filling. For what we ordered for 4 adults, 6 adults could eat. The one and only drawback is lack of washroom. So if you go there with a kid then better to get the work done before going in. Otherwise things were great.

The old bollywood music echoing through the streets of medina centrale attracted us to this eclectic restaurant, on our late night drive. We had a bhangra colada and mixed pakoras, both tasted pretty good and there seems to be live music played as well.

A very well designed dabba style restaurant with am amazingly desinged interior and the ambience of an indian dabba in the old times, located in the Mall.of Qatar. There are auto-rikshaws, old indian style kitchen, cinema posters interiors resembling old indian houses and the view you get from there to the bid food coirt of Mall of Qatar. The servise is very good and welcoming. There are a wide veriety of delicious cuisines but price is on the expensive side. Taste is delicious and every indians will love the taste. But all should try this place to taste the real punjabi dabba taste.

👍 We do come here mainly for take aways as we like the durums. The large chicken, kofta or kebab sandwiches are good. 👍👍 Cosy and peaceful restaurant to dine out. Food has texture, it's flavorful and very well presented like a piece of art. Mind-blowing service. Staff is very friendly and professional. They also have nice outside seating also. Yes it's bit pricey but it's actually worth paying. I highly recommend it.
