The restaurant is not crowded and the waiting time is very less. The interior is very neat and tidy. The crew are very friendly, specially the one who open the doors for me. Drive-thru is very busy though.

Clueless Establishment and untrained staff. Tried getting a drive thru order but no menu is available and staff aren't helpful! No menu for the Drive Thru!! Also, they always had lettuce wrap sandwiches but not this branch and not today. It's now Hardly instead of Hardee's.

I went here many times, their burger are good. It just a bit expensive, well maybe just for me 😁

Incompetent staff and facility. First of all, their self checkouts never work well and the staff are slow, so even if you choose to do a drive through, you better have a lot of time on your hands. Today their system was down, and instead of explaining to the customers and stop taking orders till the issue is fixed, they took our orders by word and proceeded to hold the order that is right on the table because they could not enter the order on their systems. Kept promising that the system is restarted, but I don't think they have any idea about what is happening. The management must train them to deal with situations like these. I wasted 15 minutes standing around looking at my order but not receiving it because "our system is restarted, just 2 minutes" for the past 10 minutes.

Delicious as ever...

Ambience was very nice unlike other places, quite and not much crowded but the cashier guy seems a Kenyan guy who asked us to have a seat and said they will serve us while we are checking on the other menu in the cashier after an order which was embarrassing and disrespectful with our families. We’ve tried a double cheese beef grilled meal tasted good but less in hot, mushroom stuffed meal tasted good, and chicken wraptor tasted very good and the curly fries spicy tasted good . I would give them 7/10 for the food and 2/5 for the service and staff behavior..

It's a drive through with Indoor and outdoor seating..Nice place to get some quick food from burgers and fries,wraps and different sides..I love that it's near my accomodation and I can just walk there when I'm hungry..the food is nice and portion is ok..I love the interior deco at night with the light on it looks beautiful.. You can try it for a quick fast food meal.. They also have delivery options if you don't feel like walking there you just have to download Talabat delivery app and place your order from them.

I had the worst delivery experience today where I canceled my order since the food was not delivered even after 3 hours of waiting, they gave my driver my wrong phone number. Even after I had corrected them the driver never called me & I was forced to cancel my order. I am now waiting for my refund they said I will get it with in 7days. I am so disappointed in their lack of problem solving skills and not communicating well with each other. Furthermore, not following up after the first complaint is also another issue because I had to call more than 10 times until I finally gave up and requested to speak with the manager.

Hardees Old Airport Qatar is a great place to enjoy delicious beef burgers and fries. The food is amazing and very well made, with juicy patties and crispy fries. The portions are generous and the prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, there are some areas that could be improved. The refill machines don’t work, which is disappointing if you want to get more drinks. I don’t know if they are turned off on purpose or they are faulty, but they should be fixed or replaced. Also, the food takes a bit of time to be ready, and the cashiering system is poor. It seems outdated and inefficient, and it can cause errors and confusion. These issues can affect the customer satisfaction and the overall experience. Overall, I would recommend Hardees Old Airport Qatar for their tasty food and their service, but I hope they can address the problems with the refill machines and the cashiering system. I give them 4 stars out of 5.

liked the ten riyal offer. i ordered from the app before i come the app showed food is done still waited 20 min, i wanted to refill my drink bit the machines are not working

Worst experience, poorly managed. The Arabic manager was extremely racist. Was fighting over a refill and an empty cup. Was very to my child and threatening towards him. When I protested started an argument. If you are a non Arab with children, don't visit this place. The manager is very racist. PLEASE AVOID BRINGING CHILDREN HERE. I contacted corporate as I am curious to see how serious they are.

I tried their mushroom, beef, and chicken burgers. Unfortunately, I found that the taste of chicken and beef burgers was not up to the mark. Service was good . Overall, while I was not impressed with Hardee's burgers and I would choose McDonald's over Hardee's.

Ordering machine is very slow, non availability of beacon number, card payment in ordering machine not working, very slow food preparation, Staffs are arguing in the counter over confussion of orders. Staffs at the counters are so confused and keep changing packed orders.

As shown in Google as the opening time is 10 am, we have been to Hardees @ Old Airport Road on 13th September at 11 am. The doors were open but the self ordering machine was switched off and the counter was empty. We waited at the counter for a couple of minutes but no one attended. After a while a staff came to the counter and informed us that they couldn't accept any order now as they don't have the key (I believe what he meant is the access to cash/ POS machine) yet. The question is, if the outlet is not ready yet, why the doors are kept open. They could have just placed a "CLOSED" notice at the entrance and save others time.

The taste is good especially their beef burgers are great

Ordered delivery and its the 2nd time I have a missing sandwich! When you call their hotline they will always say they cannot find your order. Even if you ordered in 12 midnight. Very bad service

I ordered through a delivery app. The delivery guy is much more professional than the supervisor I spoke in the phone. It’s the literal expectations vs reality. As per the supervisor, I received the correct order. I was expecting on what’s in picture will be the same as what I will receive. He explained and keeps on insisting that what he sent is the correct one, he said that the pictures in that delivery app is a marketing strategy. This is my first time ordering and will be the last because of this. He even made it look like it’s my fault, already making an assumption that I’m a regular guest. You should make a proper training in your in charge specially on how to handle complaints. And if what he said is real that those pictures on display is for marketing.., IT’S A VERY BAD ONE. It’s like scamming your valuable guests. I forgot to get the supervisors name. Not all people who’s ordering online know well your item, first time and it will be the last! GAVE 5 STAR IN SERVICE FOR THE DELIVERY GUY., much more professional and explained the situation very well than this supervisor I spoke with.

Food is good. Atmosphere is great. Dining service was great. Cashier service is bad, especially this cashier name Ken. He is rude with customers. It seems he doesn't want to assist customers. If he doesn't like his work better quit it.

Somebody done stepped up their game. This new bacon angus burger is good, but not all that hype. I'd give them a C for the effort. On the other hand, their curly fries is irresistible.

Hardee's used to be the best fast food for me back then when it had very good deals on meals but now it's very expensive and the quantity is little not like back then but other than that the burgers are super juicy and delicious and the fries and sauces are one of the best things there I only recommend it though when they do very good deals but other than that it's better than McDonald's and burger king in my opinion

Very spacious restaurant with with good burgers. Beef options especially the Angus burgers are very good. Chicken options need some improvement. I love their milkshakes as well.

Absolute rubbish and downgraded service. I placed order through Talabat with Hardees at 10:30am, and Talabat calls me at 11:34am to inform that Hardees machine is not working and they cannot deliver the food as Hardees cannot prepare the food. My only question, why Talabat took 1 hour to inform and why waste 1 hour. Why didnt Hardees inform me about this 1 hour before? i could have placed my order else where and had my food. Why make me wait 1 hour hungry? Absolute rubbish service from Hardees and Talabat.

The staff is not so cooperative. After the renovation cleanliness is the issue. The food is also very average a compared to their competitors. The burger which we had was half cooked. Need to work very hard to keep up with other fast food joints.

When we were ordering the food the representative was like "please tell the order fast .. customers are waiting.." That means I was not a customer 😂😂😂😂 1 star for poor customer service ( p.s burgers are good )

Hardee’s has always been good, serving better burgers than most fast food chains, however recently they have even further improved. Their burgers became thicker, and juicier and overall much better. I can safely say that they offer better burgers than all other fast food outlets in Doha (Yes, their burgers are even better than Wendy’s and Johnny Rockets which are supped to be at a higher level) !!

Hardees increased all food prices. And the stop refill Pepsi also.so it was my favourite restaurant but not any more. Its not budged restaurant. Super star meal few years ago 22 QR now 27 QR.so many people complain a out price.

I loved recently introduced Jurassic burger. Worth a try. The access to the restaurant is bit difficult and parking has always been an issue there

Worst service you can ever find. they don’t have anything in stock every.. time you come they come up with a new reason to mess up with your life.. nothing in stock, no bread in stock, how come a bread run out of stock? and then if they have a stock they cannot let you pay with your card because their machine is always broken and you have to figure out a way horrible experience I wouldn’t suggest anyone to come here the worst branch of Hardee’s so far

Tasty burgers. Specially the new offers are all good. Value for money. Would be better if the crews could improve their PR and service skills to the next level
