The food at Cucina is exceptional! Very tasty and well prepared and you can chose among many menu options. I love the service at the place and chef Claudio is so friendly with the guests and always takes care to offer the best quality! I highly recommend this place We been there for christmas dinner it was fantastic having a wonderful time 🥰

The appealing factor here is the interiors! Cosy and comfortable. We tried the Friday brunch. The choice of salads was huge. For the main course the vegetarian choices were as good - was OK. For the desert we had a whole lot of ice cream flavours to choose from.

I just came back from my lunch at Cucina, and it was a beautiful experience that transported me straight to Italy. The moment you step inside, the tantalizing aroma of Italian food awakens your appetite. I had the pleasure of trying their Italian Capricciosa, and, in my opinion, it was the best Capricciosa I've ever had in Doha. The service was not only super nice but also highly professional. I wholeheartedly recommend Cucina to anyone looking for an authentic Italian culinary journey.

Pizza I love their thin crust pizza , it's soft even when cold. a real italian pizza,the prices were proportioned to the serving size. It's a top place for romantic dates.

3,8/5 Great vintage and rustic decor, very comfortable seating with booths and a quite tasty Italian cuisine. Flashed as the spot to try for a delicious Italian meal. Staff was very nice, agreeing to change our seats several times so as to be comfortable ! We ordered a mix of appetisers (veggies and beef prosciutto and cheese): the taste was OK, nothing fancy (although some of the veggies were drenched in oil). I ordered the cacio e pepe which was suprisingly good: al dente pasta with fragrant black pepper and cheese. One friend had a pizza which she found good, with a thin crispy dough, while the other ordered the tagliatelle funghi porcini which was also quite tasty, although the truffle taste overwhelmed the dish somewhat. Will try it again if I ever travel back there

Really disappointed with this place, I was getting the vegetarian menu for the holidays everything was pasta (three plates of just different kind of pastas) when I asked the lady if I could have something else Bc I just ate one of those plates and nobody asked me or informed me of what I would be getting (they have a vegan set menu that say 24-31 of Dec but the 24 nobody new about it)Anyways the menu they told me they would arrange was nothing compared to the one it was written. I asked if they could do something for me because the meal was not what I expected They just ignored me, never tried to do any kind of service recovery and brought me a plate of fruits.

I liked the truffle pizza, however it could be more truffle olive oil on top. The ambiance of the restaurant was so pretty. But I couldn’t see any window maybe it would be better with windows.

I would like to share a glowing review of the Italian restaurant we recently dined at. The service provided by our waitress, Victoria, was exemplary. She was not only friendly and helpful but also delivered a high standard of service in an elegant and professional manner. The pasta and gnocchi we ordered were absolutely delicious, and the tiramisu was a delightful conclusion to our meal. However, I must admit that the dessert with mascarpone didn't quite align with my personal taste preferences. The place itself is an exquisite reflection of the Italian spirit, effortlessly capturing the essence of Italy's enchanting streets and vibrant atmosphere. Dimmed lights are adding a lot of coziness to the place. Al in all, considering the exceptional service and overall quality of the food, I believe this establishment deserves a 5-star rating.

This is an Italian restaurant at a five stars hotel (JW Marquis at City Center Doha). However, there is nothing Italian at all. Even the rude attitude of personnel is not close to Italian one. The second plate is—believe or not-Italian mezze plater. It is rather left over vegetables cooked strangely. When I asked about it, they admitted that it is not mezze platter, it is vegetables cooked in Italian way. Believe me it is not. Second plate is main menu calamari fritter. It can be only side dish in any decent restaurant. BTW they brought bread and olive oil after I asked and even after bringing so called mezze platter. Too less, too bad! I do not suggest anyone to go this restaurant at all!

Italiano, Pasto,Sphagetti with meat balls... loved the food... Chef was kind enough to take feedback on the food.. also he was asking the personal favorites... Main dish was taking little time but the taste worth the wait...not much expensive... good one for friends and families..not crowded.

Probably one of the best food experience I had in Doha. The Friday brunch was amazing and the offer is really worth the price. You will have plenty of food and the taste is really there. Service was also excellent. The whole restaurant has a very nice ambiance.

Went for early dinner. The decoration, ambiance and service were nice. Pre dinner mocktail was tasty and fresh. Unfortunately the food was disappointing. Octopus was too salty and chewy, pasta wasn’t cooked enough. Waitress, kindly, escalate the issue to the manager. He apologised and promised that the concern will be passed to the chef. If you want to eat Italian, Cucina is a place to go! I went for a late lunch and the spaghetti I ate was 💯 al dente 🤌🏻 good wine selection list. For the Doha residents or tourists highly recommended.

We went here to celebrate my colleague's birthday (lunch time). The restaurant was so lovely, more like romantic, that it feels like this is one of the best spots for couples. We had a business lunch and for what we had, the price is really good. The staff are all accommodating, however my only concern is that the service was a bit slow. It took ages for us to have our meals, even for the antipasti. They gave us a complimentary calamari while we were waiting for our orders. It was worth the wait, all were delicious and in a big portion. Overall, this restaurant will be one of my recommended Italian restaurants to try in Doha.

We ordered the bresaola pizza and the mushroom risotto, they were both tasty but the risotto was a bit overcooked. As for the atmosphere, it’s very quiet (something i had wanted) so i really enjoyed.

Great pizzas at Cucina always. The Divola, Truffle pizza and Capricosa belisimo! The pasts was good but the potion size feels a bit small. More pasta in the dishes is recommended if they all come.similar to the Tortelini. Nice pleasant staff. Cosy restaurant.

Nice ambiance. Welcoming staff. I only ordered Spaghetti Bolognese and it tastes good, but my only note is that it wasn’t made with ground beef. Instead, It was was made with small chunks of steak, and I didn’t like this. They can name it anything, but not Spaghetti Bolognese.

Well done on new menu and new table set up, finally a little change ! Cucina is like home u feel comfortable and cosy yet a great food that amazed you every time. Food and Beverage selection updated now gave us 20 more reasons to come back. the manager (genuine guy always checking that all is ok) welcome us back . The waiter "Kashaf" give a 5* service. Warm welcome on phone and when arrived too from the hostess (lady with glasses). This seabass a must try!

Food is average or below average. Nothing compared to the La Spiga at the W. Also please pay attention to customer service and food presentation. Regarding the presentation, I ordered a desert and it looked like as my 8 years old sister did the task. Regarding customer service, either train your staff properly or get some people who are natural at it.

Such a beautiful hidden gem in Doha! Had a wonderful pizza and a mouthwatering lasagna. There is an Italian chef heading the kitchen operations, so the food is 💯 The restaurant also has a good wine selection as it’s located in the Marriott hotel, and has a very nice vibe and atmosphere. Great Italian restaurant. The sea food pasta smelled a little fishy for my liking, but the pizza was so good. We got the Diavola pizza and Margarita pizza and they did not disappoint at all.. probably one of the best pizzas I’ve had

First of all a big thanks for the receptionist and our waitress Mrs yeth for the assistance throughout the dinner. It was my parents 33rd wedding anniversary and they made it a wonderful occasion. The food was awesome. I went there for the 5th time and never was I dissappointed about anything. Please keep up the good work.

Dining at this restaurant was a mixed experience. The reception Lady kindly offered us a table in between two sofas. It was a very uncomfortable sitting arrangement, as we had to sit on the very edge of the sofas to reach the plate. The waiter who was taking orders had poor knowledge of the menu. However, the food we ordered was excellent quality and very tasty.

Let me first thank our friend there ( I forgot his name) who gifted us the anniversary cake ! ♥️♥️ The staff is super friendly as they helped me to plan for our anniversary and surprise my wife they were professional, the food is super perfect... The quantity as well is good despite the prices which is normal to be high in such a place. I would go there again for sure because the staff there is TOP and this is one of the most important points to be focusing g on when starting a business

Came in quite late after a very long journey. Friendly welcome and very quick service. The pasta ragu was outstanding! Served piping hot (plate was well warmed to retain heat) and absolutely delicious. Pasta cooked perfectly. Comfort food at its best.

Overall food is good; the last time we went there the service was very late and the waitress did not check up on us, they just removed the plates without asking why we haven't continued the appetisers ( which we did not like). To be fair, in prior times, the chef used to come to the tables and check up on the guests, their food and the service.

Hands down the best pasta we’ve had in Doha. The pasta is perfectly made al dente and you can tell they use the best ingredients which really differentiates the taste of their pasta from the rest of the Italian scene in Doha. We also really enjoyed their pizza, we had the one with the burrata at the recommendation of our server Elena, which is another note to add here - service was excellent! Between making a reservation and our dining experience, such a great place to go whether for a date or for family. Thanks Elena, chefs and staff!

I want to share my experience going to one of the brunches at Cucina, specially when Chef Claudio is there, greeting the customers. Is the best Italian food you can get anywhere, I traveled too many places and tried different Italian food, nothing compare to Chef Claudio recipes and presentation. its all real Italian food, the vegetable are fresh, the species are just right. No hard burn and no after taste. Try the brunch at least once a month and you will never regretted. Cucina have a specials offer for every Friday brunch from 1 to 4 Pm for 99 QR per person.

The tortellini with spinach were ok, the carbonara needs improvement.

What stands out the most has to be the interiors. It creates such a nice underground cellar vibe that it will surely transport you out of Doha. From the time you enter, it feels very cozy, very European! Although there aren't any windows, they seem to have done an excellent job in creating a spacious feel along with the decor. The good food only complements this and makes it a very wholesome Italian experience. Brunch prices are on par with the rest of the hotel brunches in doha, so nothing to comment on that. If you're willing to pay and are craving Italian, this is definitely a place to try out.

Excellent atmosphere, food and service. The chefs signature pasta dish was delicious and the steaks others had were beautiful. Appetizers were flavorful, and well presented. The Fagaoli soup was excellent.

Forgot pics! Got the calamari, nice prefer marinara but came witha nice smooth tartar sauce. Then got the American steak with arugula and potatoes. Grilled to perfection and had nice crispy fat! Super tasty and the balsamic gave it a nice poke of sweet with the crispy salted beef. Fairly priced.
