If you want to sleep, this is not the hotel you want. There's a restaurant and a bar downstairs, they're playing loud music until 2 AM EVERY DAY. And I mean LOUD. Apart from that, mostly okay. However I will not return and will not recommend this hotel to anyone due to noise. During my two weeks stay, I could only sleep after 2.

Seriously I'm a guest in the hotel from India, I heard music at the floor and I just wanted to explore and I saw a bar I thought I will visit and see how it looks but a man outside the bar was asking me what all I will order if he let me in and as if I don't have money , he made me feel ashamed of my ethnicity. Really I will never ever come back to this hotel. It hurt my self-respect and sentiment , are these people for real they don't even have courtesy for in house guest what more can we expect

Haven't stayed here but one of my friends staying and I like the place clean nice restaurants and their shisha bar has happy hour from 5 to 8 I don't smoke but sitting with friend outside when they do it was good

**** Edit: I changed my review from 1 star to 4, the reception staff were very helpful and they changed our rooms to much quieter and better rooms on the fifth floor away from the bar noise.

From the moment you get inside the hotel you will feel welcomed, everyone is nice and do their best to keep you welcomed! The hotel is 3stars, but i have been all over Europe, with confidence i would say it's much better than some 4 stars hotel i visited including the breakfast. Big like and thank you to staffs! A recommendation for improvement : the coffee machine doest the job but just buy new one 😋

Too far from the airport for the price I was charged. $153 for a night for a basic room they called "deluxe" facing a big wall. My view was the next building. Paid for a non-existent airport shuttle. I ended up paying for Uber to get me to the hotel and back to the airport the next day.

I booked this hotel because there were so many good reviews about it , but the room was smaller than a 2 star hotel room which I stayed previously, there was no micro oven , there were some hair strands on the bed, location is closer to one of the metro station exit, but the thing is there are few other exits , so its difficult to find the location and google map doesnt help. If anyone wants to find the location its next to Land rover showroom, when we call the reception they just send the google location through whatsapp , if they inform the customers its next to Jaguar/land rover showroom i think it would be helpful. However staff and the food was good, Im giving three stars because of the staff who were very respectful towards the customers

Good location near to everything and clean rooms ,good price. But the music that come from the club it’s so loud it begins from the middle of the night until morning!!!!so disappointing and disrespectful there’s families in hotel need to relax and sleep!!not recommended at all . And I only give 3 stars because of the club

Our stay at this property was very pleasant! The staff was very kind and helpful in resolving an initial misunderstanding. Very good cleaning, as well as the rich breakfast in the morning and the strategic position to easily reach all points of the city.

Great location, walking distance to the metro station. Good service. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. The reason I won't give more than 2-star is that there is a club in the hotel building! They play loud music every night until 3 am. Basically impossible to sleep. So, I got used to sleeping from 3 am to noon everyday! Luckily my mornings were free and I could do that, but I won't go back.

I was able to book a room at very short notice, all the hotel staff were very friendly and unlike other hotels, they don’t have the policy if you don’t have the same surname you can still check in. There is a small but warm cafe for coffee and cake, an Italian restaurant and also a bar that sells alcohol which doubles as a buffet breakfast area in the morning. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable and are cleaned daily, in fact the only negative is that there isn’t a separate walk in shower. It’s located on the street of Al Sadd and only a two minute walk to the metro (6 QAR for a day), the opposite direction there is plenty of shops. A really enjoyable stay and I will be back for another visit, thank you for making me feel welcome.

The experience was very bad. There is a club on mezzanine floor. There was a lot of noise until 2am. You will not have a quiet night as if you have a bad neighbor.

It's a nice Hotel in Al Sadd Area just near the metro station. Very nice staff, the receptionis female was very attentive and recognzed. Internet was really fast and stable connection without restrictions on streaming. Rooms are okay with good size bathroom. Only issue is the TV remote. They have very good Laundry quality service, they offer room service also. The coffee shop and restaurant on Ground floor are good. Prices are not expensive compared to the service they provide and other hotels.

Location.. if you are not aware of this hotel, you will not able to search this place . . Due to Road maintenance in Doha.. Rooms are spacious and good . . I was there on Friday for buffet breakfast couple of weeks ago. The buffet spread was great and I love their coffee machine. But no pancake thou. One person in particular I'd like to compliment was a waitress from Africa. I forgot her name either Nancy or Rancy. She was friendly and attentive. She knows when to clear the plate and to provide new cutlery without being asked. Overall, it was a pleasant experience having breakfast at Swiss Cafe.

Stayed here for 4 days and had a wonderful experience at Swiss Belinn ❤️. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 11 am. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! One of the BEST hotels in Doha!!!

The rooms are smallish but functional and clean. The dining area serves a good variety of dished of good quality. Not fine dining by any stretch of the imagination. Metro stations and malls are within walking distance if you want to take on the heat.

Very clean hotel, friendly stuff ,in a good location and decent breakfast. Metro station just outside the hotel very conbenient if you want to visit sifferent places. There is also a small coffee place outdoors where you can enjoy your coffee. Really value for money. At the end I would like to thank the sweet and so kind ladys Guida and Pushpa and all the stuff serving breakfast and more who were there willing to fullfill your demands having always a big smile o their faces. I ordered iftar for 4 people from this restaurant. Some items were missing (Lamb nihari, ramadan drinks and cutlery)and a few items didn't taste good (Biryani was just white rice with food colouring and samosas and pakoras were cold). To add to this Mr. Prasad was very rude. When I pointed out the issue he said I was lying and asked me why I ordered from the restaurant. Mr. Prasad doesn't know what customer service is. I Wonder how he is working in a 3 star hotel with this type of behaviour. In the end the restaurant did not resolve the issue.

A nice budget business class Hotel in Old part of Doha. Rooms are clean and large. Polite and professional staff. It has two restaurants in Lobby floor and a sports bar in mezzanine floor. Would love to come back.

Room was extremely dirty. Better do not touch curtains as they are became hard as a wall, so dusty it is. Staff have no idea where the gym is located and working hours. I asked for plug adapter, 2 days in a row had a reply that they have only broken one. Why would you even keep broken one🤷🏼‍♀️ Bed with a very hard mattress, pillows and quilt are super old. Lobby smells something weird. Breakfast is basic, nice. But restaurant itself keeping temperature on so low level that food getting cold in 5 min. Eat faster:) Gym equipped with new basics machines, also full of dust. No AC was working. If you need extra water ( in the room 2 ×500ml bottles) you will be asked to pay. However, they don't know how much🤷🏼‍♀️ I wish I was just unlucky once, but it was my second visit. Now asking my company do not deal with this hotel anymore. Pictures on website and here looks presentable but reality is shocking. P.s. Normally I would never complain, don't have habit to send bad comments. But they reached me.

It was good experience staying at this hotel . Staff was friendly & polite. I arrived to Doha early morning and usual check-in time is 2 pm but I appreciate they allowed early check -in (much needed after the travel ) It’s just 2min walk from Al Sadd metro station if you are planning to use public transport .Food joints & supermarket are also nearby . Highly recommend to stay at this place if your planning to visit doha .

Swiss Belinn Doha Hotel, The hotel is well-managed and its personnel is courteous. My first contact was Ms. Caroline who really looked into everything to ensure we had a comfortable check-in/out. It was a memorable experience. Located close to Al Sad Metro Station / Malls and restaurants on the road, it is also very convenient. Overall a great experience The staff was courteous and friendly, the service was prompt and the room amenities were excellent. Overall, the experience was superb. In the future, I will visit the place frequently with my family and friends It is also a really comfy and safe place to stay, which I recommend to my family and friends.

It was a nice breakfast buffet. All the standard breakfast menu items were available. Quality was great and food is very fresh. Our server, Nancy, was very accommodating and helpful. Always asked if we wanted anything else from the buffet stand. All in all a good place to eat at, and the price is good for what you are getting!

I visited during the 2022 FIFA World Cup. The hotel is a good budget option for a short stay. Friendly staff. Very close to the Al Sadd metro station. The bathrooms could be cleaned better and they should provide more clothing hangers. One disappointment was the selection of TV channels - they had no channels showing any live world cup games. I had queried this on my first night and was never given an update. Looks like they want everyone to watch at the sports bar and spend money there. Not much in dining options though - the food at the Swiss Cafe isn't good and the Indian restaurant listed on their website doesn't exist anymore. The pizza/pasta always looked closed when I was there. There are some good breakfast spots and American eating chains on the C-Ring Road. The mall (Al Sadd Plaza) directly across is closed and there isn't any good shops at the Royal Plaza.
