I could not imagine worse place than this gym. No changing rooms, no shower. Instructors are watching TV series next to you. Everybody walks with the same shoes as in ourdoors. After asking to return my money back they refused, even thought the hygiene is far enough from required.

Avoid at all cost: Extremely money minded company...i was told 3 days training included when i join . First day i went the trainer told me to take paid service and was very reluctant to give the 3 training which i was entitled for... in fact the worst thing is he went on break inspite of requesting he to stay.. They will push u to join 6 months even though u asked for 3 months. The trainers are trained ignore members asking even basic doubts. Dont join this gym my advice.

It was horrible experience to join this gym. When even requested for any support, staff starts screening on us and told to us we don’t want to talk to you. Took member ship 3 month for both of us husband and wife. Even the ladies staff is so rude and unprofessional. When we asked for managers or supervisor one is sitting in India and one is far away and they want to come in front. I will never recommend this gym to any one…..

Space crunch. Damage floor. Don't have safe space between benches. The deadlift and squat area floor is broken you have to shift every time. Benches are broken. Cardio and warmup space are very small.

I joined yesterday. First bad experience was that on the men's section the glass doors are closed and the button for opening is labeled like a bell 🔔 which usually is alarm/ring. So I hesitated to press it to not trigger any sudden noise. The guy in the reception watched without letting me know at first and was laughing. How can you laugh at a new customer when you didn't put up any sign that it is the unlock button and when you are using the wrong symbol on the button? As a swedish citizen I can say I'm not satisfied with the treatment I recieved. I will now continue my month I paid for and then return with a full review upon end
