28 Jun 23 : Had dinner with family.. First loved the ambience. Very good place for families and friends.. Not much crowded as it was during Eid. It might be difficult to find parking during weekends. Tried many dishes : Chennai 65 Briyani [4.5 /5],Chennai Chicken Briyani [5/5] with brinjal and onion raitha. Mutton briyani was average as we find mutton was half cooked. [3/5]. Roti with Garlic chicken gravy [4/5]. Overall we enjoyed the food, quick delivery so not much time to wait. Will visit again for sure for chennai briyani. 😀

Day visit was pleasant. Week days are less crowded. Really liked the Chennai briyani. Taste is close to my hometown preparation. Small area for dine in on the first floor. Neatly maintained. Courteous service.

Very bad taste and poor service. Ordered fried rice,chilly chicken,chicken 65, and mumbai biriyani . Bitiyani was fine but all other not good. Every dish they serve looks good but taste worst.😂😂 Fried rice taste like a simple vegitable rice, and chilly chicken taste some odd flavour's, i cnat even find out what was that odd taste. I wont recommend this place for family. I visited with my infant baby, waiter came and ask us to keep my 1 yr kid quite 🙄🙄. Very untidy.

Wide variety of Veg and Non Veg North Indian snacks with good quality ingredients. Their noodles are a recommended try. Staffs are polite with a clean and thoughtfully decorated interior. Visiting during evening hours may put you in a parking space problem.

A good peekaboo of Indian dishes. While they can still do a little better with flavours. I was little unhappy to see the onion rings which I ordered and how they served the onion rings without onion in the rings. Basically serving only the fried flour. While I absolutely enjoyed the chat section.

Decent food at fairly affordable prices. The Chennai chicken biryani was of a good serving size and nicely done. The dal takra was good and spicy. Had the samosa which was terrific.

We tried chat and samosa. Both of them were fresh and delicious. Chat has an average 25+ ingredients. If you mess with a single ingredient, you mess up the whole chat. Taste of Mumbai had perfect balance of the ingredients. The samosas were a little stale maybe from morning, but didn't seem to be too old. I recommend this place.

this is regarding today's order ... we ordered at 1745.... then from 1835 thy said 10 mins till 1915 ... still order did not come, thn when we called delivery boy he was SOOOOO RUDE Horrible arrogant, argumentative and then said wait till I come and give the food delivery.... this was the attitude of him after calling restaurant 4 times still they were least bothered and finally did not pick the call so I had to call from another phone number When it is their fault thy are not even realizing the delivery boy mislanguage ...... very very bad.....

Best place to indulge in a variety of street food.. treat yourself with some dahi puri,absolutely delicious and tasty. Prices are reasonable with friendly service.👌

Ordered mutton biryani today there were only 3 pieces, only bonesand hardly any meat. Taste wise good. During dine in the portion was good. But in delivery, didnt expect this worse. My suggestion dont order delivery. Dine in is fine

One of my favourite restaurants in Qatar. Couple of years back, When I shifted here from Dubai, I was looking out for a best chennai dum Biriyani and I found this after a long time. Best mutton Biriyani with raita and brinjal chutney to me is here. Pretty enough portion, more juicy and tender mutton pieces and exact spicy masala makes this my top favourite. Their chennai chicken and Hyderabad mutton are equally good. Enough seating for family and large group is available. Evening snacks are excellent here. Ambience is quite good. Neat and well maintained. Staff were very courteous every-time I visit here. Rating 4.5/5

I am their regular customer. Masala Chai, Samosa, Pav Bhaji, Vada Pav, Dahi Puri are my favorites. Their Chennai Biryani (chicken) is good. Neat & clean restaurant...Staff courteous & friendly...Reasonable price!!

When you crave certain Indian food, this is a go to place. Taste could be better. Gave 4 stars as there is no provision to give a 3.5 and with the expectations that they will do better henceforth. If you have to use their washroom, please be informed that it's difficult to do so. We were trying to use it and every time one or the other staff would be in it. Wonder why the staff don't have a separate washroom and leave one for the customers! This was a real inconvenience.

Went here for deserts, had the rose Falooda, sitafal cream and sweet lassi. Everyone enjoyed the things, taste was very nice; not too sweet which made our day. Will definitely come here for some dinner someday.

An ordinary restaurant for Mumbai Chat, not the best.

I Ordered Chennai chicken biryani and Chennai mutton biryani via thalabat. My Personal opinion, I don't like the taste, It looks and tastes like manthi rice. Chennai chicken biryani cost - 17 qr. Chennai mutton biryani cost - 22 qr. Somebody who likes the spices they can order.

as an Indian I love to have “kadahi paneer “specifically, I tried to eat every week in different Indian restaurants and today finally I went MUMBAI TASE restaurant and order a kadahi paneer, which they serve to me it was not a kadahi paneer it was something else,something like sour gravy ,I speak with server and he said to me speak with cash counter but later on he came to me and said if you want I will cook you another one , during that period I finish it almost then I said it’s ok no need ,guys it’s not about complaining it’s all about what you mention on menu and what you serving it mean you are totally playing with your costumers.

I had biriyani, it taste average :( Next time will try thier snacks and chat dishes what they are famous for.

Typical indian street food Edit : Visited after 3 years and it deserves 5 stars ,super service and amazing taste ,if you wish to have indian street food don’t even think twice and visit them

Good place for Indian food. They maintain consistent taste of biryani. Would recommend their Chennai Briyani. For dessert sitafal cream. Parking can be an issue.

Never buy parcel Chennai biriyani ,dine in ok check before get parcel rice will be different when u buy parcel

We had Chennai mutton biryani, Pani puri and schezwan noodles. All in all it's good. It's an Indian restaurant with many veg and non-veg options. Good Chaat options. A baby chair is available. Kid friendly...no wheelchair friendly as there are only two seating at the ground floor remaining upstairs. Parking is not easily available in front but you can park in the streets waiting time for it is 5mins approx.
