Beautifully decorated hotel and well appointed rooms. Houses the breakfast buffet for all adjacent Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels. Excellent location within the vicinity of Souq Waqif area.

Wow! This hotel is in my top 5 hotels I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in a LOT of hotels. Al Bidda is located in the heart of the Souq Waqif which is an excellent and very safe area to stay in. Definitely take the free souq tour offered by the hotel. We met some great people from around the world and really enjoyed the tour. Some great shops here with reasonable prices and unique items. Great restaurants all within walking distance. The hotel itself is extremely quiet and comfortable. Cold AC, blackout curtains and a large space for a great price. The bed is extremely comfortable. The breakfast is excellent as well and a great value... great selection including pancakes, waffles, Fresh made omelets, pastries, fruit, Indian and Arabic selections and lots of fresh juice options. Esther, our server, took great care of us all 3 mornings of our stay. She was so kind and helpful. All of the staff was so attentive, friendly and truly seemed to enjoy their work and helping guests. Beautiful place, can’t recommend it enough! Doha and Al Bidda is a special place, I am so glad I had the opportunity to visit.

The room was comfortable and the staff oh-so-accommodating. It is somewhat confusing getting there, as check-in is at one of the sister hotels half a block away. Lucky us that somehow the taxi driver knew.

Worst experience in doha. First the receptionist Shyam is not helpful and not behaving nice at all even dosnt show any respect when you talk to him about any issue he ignore you and look at his pc screen and act like he is not hearing you and tells any excuses which is not true and when you face him with truth he ignores you again. Second the room service is not good as I booked smoking room and didn't find an ashtray and called the reception they don't answer and when they answered and I asked for ashtray they bring after 1 hrs.. no notes or pen in the room. For the restaurant not all the items in the breakfast is served like muffin cake nor fruits plate..and some employees not telling the truth straight forward and changing what they say every 5 minutes..it was really bad to deal with people and stay there..

Stunning cultural experience, in the heart of Souq Waqif. Fanar Centre Masjid was 5min walk from Al Bidda Hotel. Khutbah in English on Jumu'ah day. Service was friendly and all staff were proactive in helping us. Souq Faleh, Souq Asiri and of course, the bird market were all 5min walking distance from the front door. Buggy service between the little hotels was excellent with kids on board! Food was a bit overpriced, but great quality and freshness. Breakfast menu was top quality. Variety and range includes local menu items, continental and salad bar. Highly recommend visit to the Turkish dondurma guys after 4pm. Good fun with kids. And henna stalls. And the handmade crispy crepes with Nutella along the souq. 5 star hammam maghribi in the Spa. Made was an excellent therapist, taking care to address my skincare and pain relief needs. Beautiful spa with luxury hammam rooms. Cold honey drink, medjoul dates and warm damp towel before treatment was a great touch. Only a few things could have been better... 1. Small children can be heard crying at night in adjacent rooms. 2. Our washbasin was loose, leaking water in bathroom. 3. No bath tub in our room, although bathtub was listed in amenities on Trip app at point of booking and special request was mentioned in booking. Overall, this was a great experience with the family. Thank you!

Fantastic spot. Great service. Slightly dated decor/finishings. Wonderful place to explore the infamous Souq Waqif from!

You can enjoy daylife by enjoying streets of souq waqif. It’s constructed with good Iranian architecture.

This location can not be better. It was so close to great restaurants. Easy to walk and catch the metro. Staff was so friendly especially front desk staff and Tina in food and beverage. Tina went above a beyond to help us get coffee before an early morning tour. The rooms might be a little dated but that hardly affected out stay. Our room was HUGE! The balcony had beautiful views. We would definitely come back to stay. In the future we would add breakfast to the room.

I discovered this place through friends. The breakfast buffet here is awesome. Together with a cool environment and excellent service this is definitely one of my favorites in Doha.

The hotel is located in Souq Waqif. The Souq Waqif is a market place where the products made locally are sold. The rooms are set up in traditional Arabian style. The visitors can enjoy the taste of Arab and Mediterranean foods in the Souq.

It was not a great experience for our new year, the room was ok. But breakfast was pathetic, we had ordered Arabic and continental breakfast. 1)Firstly we were not served water till the end in spite of serval reminder. 2)Fruit plate was served in the end with pity piece of fruits. 3) tea and coffee was cold in spite of informing them to serve it hot. 4) No second round of eggs or any dish ( limited) 5)I had asked for musseli and juice it did not reach our table. we got irritated and left. 6) Breakfast was bland, cold each plate took 15 mins approx. to arrive as per my timing. 7)There is no option for dinner rather we ordered food from an Indian restaurant through food app. Only one restaurant where they serve in-house pizza. Rest you need to travel short distance apart for which might be expensive for some people. We had done the booking as this hotel belonged to Tivoli group, we had a wonderful experience at Tivoli's Souq Al Wakra Hotel their staff and food was good with variety and excellent taste. Hence, expected the same here. But had a poor experience here for our new year.

The rooms stink. They are not clean. I requested a non smoking room and both rooms smelled like smoke. Bathrooms were gross and bugs were everywhere! ! The door did not seem secure and was not evened out so bugs got in easily. The second room was full of gnats. The mildew smell and humidity in the air. I will not recommend this place unless this is a very last resort. I don’t even know how they got 4.4 out this rating. The staff were disrespectful with the worst management and they are the reason for the poor hygiene of the rooms. I even walked pass a room that had old filthy mattresses stacked almost to the ceiling! I didn’t like anything. This place was so disgusting. Bugs everywhere, horrible customer service, worst experience ever. DO NOT EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY
