I knew best doctors are here but unfortunately when I went at Apollo Clinic yesterday around 4pm.I told the reception ladies that I’m experiencing a swelling lymph nodes on jawline, they asked me few questions and concluded that I might have covid without even checking my condition. They immediately informed me that I should go to health center instead of going there for covid tests. Is this the proper way to handle patients nowadays? I went to another hospital and thankfully they accommodated me and addressed my concern. Hopefully none of you will experience the way I experienced

I have consulted dr.Yashoda for general check up. I was suffering with nausea and when I am about tell my problem she is not at all listening. She just write some medications told me get medicine but she has not prescribed the medicine for what I am actual suffering. I asked her there no tablet has given by pharmacy for nausea again she wrote tablets for nausea.I dnt understand why the hell they are so irresponsible for patients.worst experience with dr. Yasohda.funny part is she is asking me what’s wrong with you ? I was shocked is this a way to ask patients?? Check your self u need a doctor and u cnt be a doctor when u r not listening to the patients problems. They behave like as they are doing free service.some doctors are good I must say Singh skin specialist. Hope Apollo management take action against her.

Today had one of the most disturbing experience. My kid hit her ear and it started bleeding in the earlobe. When I went to the reception, we were informed that they don't have an emergency section. He then took almost 10 mins to register and sent us to a general surgery physician as the cut will be treated by him and not a pediatrician. Also informed the waiting time as there were 3 patients ahead. Is apollo and its management so incompetent that they don't know to handle an injured child? Don't they know first aid is mandatory incase of an injuring with cuts and bleeds? Then we contacted the nurse of the general surgery section and informed our plight. She was very understanding and moved us to 2nd position. Dr. Intekhab Alam handled my child in the most professional, understanding and compassionate manner. He treated her well in spite of her tantrums and also us well inspite of our hassled behaviour. Thanks to these 2 blessed souls, my child is recovering well. If not for the doctors and nurses, I will not step foot in apollo. The front desk and reception staff need serious people and patient management skills. Ministry of health needs to look into these kind of behaviours if they want to maintain their 5th prominent position in health sector.

What a disgrace Dr. Rajendra Babu is! He did not even check my throat or listened to my chest as I was having bad cough and fever. Even though I told him my PCR and RAT both negative in past 48 hours. Unnecessarily he sent me for X-ray and gave me antibiotics. I will never recommend this guy to anyone. This is surely the worst experience I had visiting a doctor!!

I had an appointment with Dr.Rajendra babu (GP) for the chicken pox scars as it is COVID time none of the specialists wer available. He was very lathargic in answering and did not even have the courtesy to answer n such a way tat a patient will feel comfortable aft visiting a doctor . Waste of time energy and money !

I got an appointment today there unfortunately a single consultancy fee 200 QAR with discounted 110 QAR which is so so expensive and disappointing, coz even in the other clinics like naseem al rabi, focus they are charging only 50 riyals as a consultancy fee, and i was inspected by Dr. Ashwini , without testing me the stage of my cough, or my pulse .. only by asking few question that do i have any allergies on using tablets and do i have sour throat, and was instructed to wait at the designated area then a nurse came with the medical certificate which is appreciative .. and directly they approved the medical in the front desk then i went to take my medicine, and i dont think the medicines are expensive its normal same as market prices which is good, but only the consultancy fee is much more expensive , hope they will fix it to the people with affordable price range..

I had a very BAD and UNCOMFORTABLE experience with this doctor named SHASHIKANT BIRADAR. Honestly he is by far the most useless doctor I have encountered and not sure if he is there to treat patients or to mentally harass, torture and gaslight them. A very judgemental person who is self centered and probably just there to remove his life frustrations on the patients by delivering irrelevant lectures about his own life. The session was for 10 to 15 minutes of which maybe 30 seconds were towards giving medical advise. This fellow does not have any boundries and was commenting on patient personal life and makeing judgemental accusitions on the family and did not know when to shut his mouth. Not sure of anyone has ever brought this to management attention, but they need to monitor his work. I am sure I am not the only one who would have experienced this. When I am trying to contact someone from Apollo to raise a complaing there is no response.

I've been visiting Apollo Clinic multiple times, but this is the first time I encountered a very arrogant Physician, Dr. Edwin Legaspi. What kind of Physician are you who tells the patient "I don't believe in you... I will just prescribe you this, other than that I cannot help you." Those are non-therapeutic communication and should not be said to the patient. The patient only knows how he/she feels, you should not be judging her/his feeling on based on what you see.

I was a regular patient of Naseem clinic, Doha from March 2015 to November 2016. Then i found that doctors from Naseem always suggested tests and costly medicines. Because i have an insurance card. Then i changed my treatment to Appolo clinic. Now the medicines rate and tests frequency came down. I hearty recommend Appolo for every one, who is trying for a quality treatment in cheap rate.

DO NOT GO FOR RTPCR or RAPID ANTIGEN ! They made all the RTPCR customers stand outside the hospital in a long queue although they have lot of waiting space inside for all. I don't know which other hospital would do that on a winter morning. Already people who come for RTPCR suffer from fever or cold and such a ridiculous attitude is to make them standout in open where in its 15 to 18 degrees. I don't recommend this place. If they don't have enough facility to accommodate the customers then they should withdraw the RTPCR testing and go ahead with internal or appointment patients only.

I consulted Dr. Uma Shankar Ganti. Very Skilled and experienced Surgeon.Consulted him for a infected cyst which needed drainage. Did the procedure with utmost care.A really pleasant Doctor who listens patiently to your problem.Highly recommended.

I came with my sister today to get checked as my sister is having a sore tummy and she was vomiting. She was in pain and can’t wait to get checked to get the proper medication. She was dehydrated and very weak. We waited for almost 2hrs , and the nurse just kept on telling us to just wait. Just keeps on walking around , and it’s not even busy. And then after all the waiting she just gave us the wrong prescription, I paid for a high blood pressure pill , a nasal spray and a claritine (for allergy pill) except for the Nexium .Got so confused cause I know my sister has sore tummy and vomiting not a high bp or allergies .So I checked on the prescription again and its a different patients name and not my sister’s. How can they be so careless, and just said sorry after. I don’t know whose fault was that, the nurse or the doctor . We all do mistakes, but I think we also need to be very careful especially in giving patients prescription . Cause us patients we go to the clinic to get the treatment we need not to get worst. I’m not gonna expose any names but I hope this won’t happen to anyone again.

I would like to thank Dr. Nupur yesterday I had gone to Apollo for severe pain in my teeth. Iam really very scared to go to dentist so almost after 12+ years I did go. Dr. Nupur changed my mind about how a dentist experience can be she is so professional knowledgeable and understands us so well. I wasn’t even the patient when I went here but because of this one Doctor that seemed really lazy and wasn’t doing his job to assess patients properly before making a diagnosis and telling the patient to “go to Hamad Hospital if you want long sick leave” gave me a reason to tell that patient to not go back here, he should either change his Doctor to a better one or go to a different clinic that will assess him properly.

We went to paediatric doctor. She was not confident at all. More than treating the patient, her worry was that her recommendation for blood test will be rejected by insurance. The gynachologist Meenakshi was very rude. In the evening shift she was in hurry to go and so no good consultation. Also there is only male staff for ultrasound. Why they can't have female staff in afternoon shift?

Visited Qatar Apollo hospital as my husband's chest x-ray was abnormal but doctor rakesh has his rules of taking xray only if patient is showing any symptoms . Shocked with the way doctor is taking the things worse experience. Will never visit again doctor Rakesh even cancer patients don't show symptoms but it does not mean we don't take preventive measures....

Is there any protocol or rule to buy medicine from apolo after consultation? They did not give medical certificate because i did not buy medicine from there. That time i don't have money its 92 riyal. So please don't run the hospital only for business it is a service also. 110 riyal paid for consultation then buying medicine its consumer right. In my experience with Apollo is very good . The facility given are extremely good and the staff's reaction to patients are amazing. We like it very much. We would love to see more stimulation machines so that patients will not have to wait for each other.

they posted in doha clinic b ring road thursday 6am - 11pm but when I called about9:30pm no one s answering twas emergency until my nothing left in my load. until 10:30-11pm im still calling but no one is answering

They should update the website for the avialable doctor's. I book my appointment today with the particular Doctor, but when we reach at the clinic they told us the doctor is no longer working at them. And another thing they should maintain the hygiene of the machines they are using. Alcohol, sanitizer are not available at all. Thanks for the staff who accommodate us., she tried to contact the clinic of the Doctor we want to meet.

Ridiculous. From reception to nurse who avoid to give an information. I not gonna step in again.

1. Parking is an issue.. u have to park near the sidelane and walk 2. Generally on weekends the crowd rush is too heavy. We took the token at 830 and met the doctor after 1 hr.. 3. I tested my kid s stool n urine 2 times and they got it wrong.. had to go to another hospital finally. Few doctors r good..

Been visiting this clinic for over 7 years. Services levels have ups and downs. But calling them on the phone is a nightmare.

Terrible customer service. Took an appointment to meet Opthalmologist four days in prior and on the day, had to wait for almost an hour to meet the doc. The frustration point was that they met people who came after me. While asked, was given lame excuses. Totally upsetting.
