Located at the Ritz-Carlton Doha, on the 23rd floor. Staff was absolutely amazing. We ordered the Green Corniche salad, Prime NY Strip, and Corn Fed Half Chicken, with a passion fruit mojito. The salad initially tasted odd, but it’s an acquired taste, and was eventually marvelous. The steak was almost perfect, and the chicken was above average. They also brought a cake at the end, and that was very delicious. Great restaurant located at a 5 star hotel.

Looking for a fine dining with an amazing view....Say Less! It is an exceptional place to celebrate special events such as birthday, promotions, anniversary or more. The ambience when walking in the place is something to look forward with high ceiling and spacious room. The service from the staff are professional and no doubt you, as a guest dining in, will feel special such as the service from Aidana and Alika. They definitely made us feel welcome and service with quickness and accurate. No complaints from my side only praise. The quality of the food is 5/5. I like the cream spinach as a side and surely I will order it in the future when I visit again. The steak is phenomenal as it was well-seasoned. The big portion of the food is always a great upside to the restaurant Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant and I will definitely come back in the near future.

The food was great and the drinks were even better. Unfortunately, the majority of the the drinks were alcoholic which limits those who do not consume alcohol. The food was amazing and the staff were very friendly and open. Depending on the type of dish you order, they will cut the meat in front of you for you to record. The environment was dim, dark and relaxing especially for those who come at night. It does feel like a club, to a certain extent due to the music being very loud. There’s a DJ playing music, usually. The view at night is beautiful as you can see “The Pearl” from above.

The best steak in Doha. It's very juicy. The portion was perfect for one person. I also loved the wine that was recommended by the waiter. Very good vibes and chilled during weekdays. The staff were super friendly. The location is great at Ritz Carlton hotel. It's a must try if you are a steak fan.

A very delicious Sunday Roast on a Sat! The portions are huge so expect to not finish! The quality of the meat was really good and the Yorkshire pudding was very nice. All the sides were exceptional.

Very nice place to have a memorable evening. The staff was great, very courteous and cheerful. They really made us feel comfortable, even though we went there for the first time. It was a special occasion for our family and the staff made it really special. The food was very fresh and delicious. Properly cooked and well presented. On average, we spent about QR 50p per person, without alcoholic beverages. But, it was worth it. The view was nice, too. We would definitely go back there.

STK Doha exceeded my expectation. We have been to different steak houses and they are at par when it comes to service! Kareem was so attentive and accommodated us and it felt royalty! We were so full starting from the on the haus Brioche bread, to the Steaks that were cooked to perfection on our liking, to mouthwatering side dishes, to the savoury rosè, until the dessert.. perfect date night to remember!

Really enjoyed my time here and the food. To start with the service is top class, when we got in the lift in the hotel that takes you straight to the restaurant we were welcomed by front of house who took us up and got us seated. We were then welcomed by our waiters who introduced himself and talked us through the menu. He was attentive through our and food came in quick time. The food was great, starters were great and the steak was really tender and flavoursome in have to admit was sceptical about the reviews but real good quality. The environment was loud but I enjoyed it, not for all I appreciate but it’s a great vibe. Oh also amazing view. If in Doha definitely have to visit this place.

We visited STK with visiting colleagues. It does not disappoint! We were welcomed and taken care of diligently by staff. The dishes were delicious. My husband was over the moon with his ribeye. Even my small sirloin was delicious, as were the sides. It's definitely on the pricey side, but worth the cost.

What a great experience! The restaurant is located on the 23rd floor with beautiful views,the ambiance is elegant with an amazing fragrance in the air..even the perfumed hand sanitizer is a cool touch!Noor in the reception was very welcoming while showing me to my table. I went there late afternoon and ordered the “business lunch” of 3 courses and was lucky enough to be on time for “happy hour “ with great prices .While waiting for the 1st course I had a surprise coming up,when their signature brioche bread with garlic butter arrived! what a treat..Mini slider burgers where very tasty, but the best part was the New York steak grilled to perfection..so juicy and delicious! Funny facts:1) I asked for ground pepper and the waiter arrived with a big pepper mill of 1m length! 2)As I told them it was my first time there,they made an inscription with chocolate saying “welcome to STK” in the churros plate! What a wonderful gesture..Special thanks to Andrew and Thu Ya and all the team for being so attentive and accommodating! It’s definitely worth visiting and I will surely go again 😊

We had such a lovely lunch experience at STK in the Ritz Carlton. It is one of the few places around town where you can eat privately during day hours in the holy month of Ramadan. The staff were lovely; we had the business lunch and it was significantly less expensive than the other STK location we've visited in Orlando, Florida.

This time STK did not disappoint at all! We went there about a year ago & I refused to submit a review because I knew something was not right & yes this time they proved it the way you expect! This time it was a group of us around 10pax & had a great experience from the staff who greet us - customer service - bartender & manager 👌🏼 on point Great vibe - good live DJ music - great selections of food... My only comment I would have is the service was a bit slow - & especially when ordering steaks they take 20-30min!!! The Tomahwak we wanted they said it would take 40-45min to prepare 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ my advise is the customer service inform the customers soon as they have their seats to inform them about the time to get the steaks ready...then atleast they can get their steaks on time & without any delays Other than that - food was amazing: - Seabass Ceviche was crazy good - Beef Tartare 👌🏼 - the truffle wagyu burgers 👌🏼 - steaks (Tbone & New York Strip) were done exactly the way we wanted - the green salad was nothing special - mix of steak sauces were nothing special... Yes Defenitely recommended & Ill defenitely go back again to experiemce the other items on their menu! I feel there are few I want to experience

Was staying at the Ritz for a work event and decided to try STK for lunch the first day. I was pleasantly surprised as the staff were absolutely amazing. They were extremely welcoming, on top of the service and never had to wait for drinks. They even remembered me throughout the hotel and subsequent visits to the restaurant. The steak was cooked to temperature as ordered and nicely seasoned. The next visit I decided to try the Smash Burger… it was GREAT. Best burger I have had in a long time. As for the ambiance, very nicely done, good music and comfortable environment. I look forward to returning next time I am in Doha.

My husband and I had an incredible day here trying their Saturday roast, celebrating our honeymoon. It was such good value for money and we were absolutely stuffed by the end of it, but the food was too good to stop eating (with so many complementary dishes). Our servers Hajan, Andrew, Phu Ya and Dinreu made us feel so special and well looked after, attending to our every need. We will most definitely be back here, an absolute must try for a special occasion in Doha!

Service is on a next level, everyone is so friendly. Restaurant is on the top level with a thoughtful private lift to serve the customers. Cozy but lively dancing music uplifted the mood, different from the relaxed sometimes romantic steak house experience. Thank you for the nice steak and amazing service once again. (We came back from the desert safari in my khaki shorts, and they welcomed us with the best service!)

The food here was very good and presented excellently. All of the staff was focused on providing exactly the food and service the customer wanted. The lamb was beautifully prepared and cooked perfectly as requested. The salads and deserts were also very nice. The wine list was not extensive but had a wide variety. Our waiter Abdul Karim was excellent, very knowledgeable and provided the fastest service we have ever had.

The brunch selection was pretty good, it was table service and you get everything in the menu and can request additional items that you liked best. Mocktails are included, dessert pearl was our favorite. Music was a tad too loud, but lively and fun. They originally sat us in the front room near the smoking area, we asked to be moved farthest away. All the employees were attentive and provided amazing service. Recommend going with a group as this can only be described as a “party brunch”.

Wow what an experience! Not only was the food incredible but also the staff. I highly recommend the truffle Mac and cheese. Our waiter Ashish was spectacular! He was constantly smiling and was an expert on all the food choices. Nadia the supervisor was incredible as well. Always coming into to check up on my friend on I. She found out we were having a reunion and surprised us with a delicious cake. I highly recommend STK not only for the food but for the experience!

The steaks at this restaurant are really good and the sizes of the steak are perfect. The steak sauces are great also. I would recommend trying all six of the steak sauces. The side dishes that the offer go perfectly with the steaks.

STk has really changed with the new appointment of Esa as the operations manager. He is so involved with all the guests, checking on you on couple of occasions but didn’t do it over. Over the past several years that I have visited you can visibly see the difference in terms of service by the staff and the atmosphere of the restaurant. They have improved in the quality of the meat, and the steaks are juicier than ever. Staffs are attentive and follow the book. The lamb chops were perfect. Crab cakes and the Mac and cheese were not much to my liking. The restaurant is excellent for any special occasions. Over the years they never got the crab cakes right, it just lacks flavor and is bland.

Made my daughter feel really special for her birthday so that was 5*. Did a great job with Gluten free Yorkshire pudding for my wife: 5*. BUT - for me Sunday roast is characterized by lots of things. Presentation meant food was not streaming hot which was a shame. Beef cuts were very fatty and a bit over cooked. Sticky toffee pudding with no sauce is just a date sponge. Staff were great but room for improvement on the food

Came for a special occasion and the experience exceeded expectations. The food is excellent. Everything was beautifully cooked and the presentation was beautiful. The steak was perfect and the sauces and toppings were amazing. The fois gras is highly recommended with the fillet! The staff are very friendly and attentive. The manager Issa is very lively with such positive energy and attention to detail. Great place and highly recommended. I will be returning for sure.

The Place is super nice, but the service and dishes respect of the price is not align, i should wait for 20 min just to order my drink , and however they are a lot of person that they work there ,i expected more delicious food . I just recommend the lamp slow cooked

Today’s menu was Ribeye, though received roast beef. However my daughter’s birthday and school prize giving celebration was not spoiled with the surprise for my daughter. Staff was very friendly and food was tasty.

I’ve heard mixed reviews about STK, thus I was pleasantly surprised by my first experience. Not realising it was located atop the Ritz Carlton Hotel, the view from the restaurant at night is quite lovely where the lights of downtown Lusail make a beautiful backdrop. Of course we were there for the steaks though, & the famed Tomahawk with assorted sides did the trick. Let’s be honest, it’s pretty hard for a steak restaurant to differentiate itself from another (unless you sprinkle your salt differently), but STK certainly held its own & I will definitely come back when I’m in need for another meat feast.

Came here with a group of friends for a afternoon brunch experience. Did not disappoint! Located at the top floors of the Ritz-Carlton, northeast of Doha city close to the beach, the ambience is already breath taking. Brunch consisted buffet style food including appetizers od wagyu beef, mushroom tacos, guacamole nachos, garden salad, plus tuna tartare. Main course includes meat platter, duck waffles, potato gnocchi, grilled salmon, and friend chicken. Amazing desserts including butterscotch ice cream, snickers bar, cinnamon churros, and junk chalice. Unlimited drinks to top it off. Food is pretty decent but not extremely superb. The experience is definitely the highlight of this restaurant at brunch. Live music, almost like a day-clubbin experience. The waiters will come and sing a extremely upbeat happy birthday song with drums and give you free shots. I’d especially like to recommend Thuya, Elena, Buny and Kevin. They made our experience even better with their attentive customer service, great attitude, and fun spirit. The manager, Isa/Jesus, is especially accommodating and welcoming. Will definitely return for more brunch experience. Keep up the good work STK and staff!

Let me Tell you something, I’ve been to brunches, lunches and dinners all over Qatar, but there is one or two places that i could say even compare to STK. The food is fresh and delicious, the prices UNBEATABLE, the atmosphere is serene, the food portions are big enough, unlike other overpriced local places who serve 2 spoons of food at the cost of your liver. Must try the mushroom gnocchi, only available with the brunch, not on the a’ la carte menu, tastes amazing. Last but not least, their staff is properly trained to attend to customers, they are kind and smiling, they check in with you for everything, from reservation desk to waiters, they are all spotless. They don’t rush you, or ask you how the food is while you are still chewing, they make sure you are satisfied with the service and the food, the accommodate any special requests. Truly a fantastic place. I sure hope this standard will remain the same over time. Best stake house in Qatar for sure!!!
