It’s very strange that this place has so many five star reviews when the reality is not even close to 2 stars! This is terrible place. They constantly bombard you with all sorts of offers because their lasers don’t work properly. I got over 10 sessions in both Duhail and C Ring branch and the effect is not even close to what I was expecting. I am now with another clinic and I can see results after the second session. I wasted a lot of money for a quality of the service I did not get. The attitude if the staff are horrible. Completely unprofessional especially from the branch manager who addresses the clients with “Habibi” They pile customers with their “offers” and then they don’t have space for appointments. It is very likely that you will not get an appointment a month after your last appointment and they will tell you that the next available appointment is in two weeks. Horrible! I fell for their offers and I regretted it big time. I hope my feedback will help you decide your best choice for hair laser removal.

They keep calling to sell new offers but they cannot give any appointment for the payment that has already been made. They keep telling that the beauty team will call etc but never call or give any appointments. Very unprofessional and only out there to get your money. Please be aware! Also please be aware of the google rating as it looks like they have been buying those as well.

VLCC c ring road are the worst experience I had. I tried to reschedule my appointment I called the first time and they kept me on hold and then told me that they will call me back and after few hours I called again but still they did the same and never called me back so when I went to the center the following day to cancell and asked for my money back (because I didn’t benefit from anything) they said that they do not refund! (Very interesting way of stealing pple) and the person in charge there did not even want to write an email to the manager to let her know about what happened! And her attitude is really bad... once they take the money they forget about you! I am very disappointed and I highly DO NOT recommend it.

Update - Another 2 months gone by with no resolution. I called them multiple times but never no solution nor a call back. I mailed them on the email id they shared, still no solution. I asked refund for my payment, the answer I got is that they can't do the refund. All I want is service for the money I paid or my money back. Can't understand what is so difficult in that. Absolute worst service. I took a package of full body laser from VLCC C Ring Road. Their outlet is under maintenance and I was supposed to get appointment with their Duhail branch. I have called multiple times to no avail. They keep telling that they will call back but no response ever. Now, they have stopped picking up calls altogether. Overall the quality of services offered is also poor. I paid in advance for my package and therefore I want to use the service and never go back again. Horrible services.

I have very good experience with VLCC.. They have got professionals for the sessions and procedures. Dieticians and the diet advised is easy to follow.. I am happy with the results. The appointments scheduling and communication is done at its best... Each and every staff is always pleasant, smiling and polite. I highly recommend VLCC.

The hydro facial was done by Sara Ghanum..she is trained sap messagist and the facial she did was awesome experience...completely worth the money I must say. Particularly i would like to comment on therapist Mr. Keivom and Dietician Mr. Parthiban who really takes care of your need in terms of loosing weight and provide you the best solution to achieve your weight loss programme a fruitful one. Today July 2, 2022 at VLCC I achieve what I aimed for - I was weighing around 93 kilos, and in just few months I got to my ideal weight shedding more than 15 kilos and a lot of excess around my waist. He has always been accommodative with my hectic schedules and his way of handling people and situation is extremely commendable - He is an asset to VLCC. I also did couple of facial session with Jonathan at VLCC - For years I have had double chin & every effort to get rid of it in the past was in vain. Horrible customer service, way too arrogant. The treatment you receive at their reception will make you think twice that ‘why did you go there to begin with’. Extremely disappointed this brand in India is known for its customer service and here its a shame. This is a perfect example of how not keeping your franchise in check can lead to loss of brand value.

I paid money for more than 11,000QAR for services but can’t make appointment. I keep calling to get my booking but get answer only doctor is still sick. I do understand it could happen so I just asked to move me to other branches for one session to make my treatment proper and on time as it should be but staff said only will Contact me back!! And obviously still disappear. I been calling more than 4 times. They have a good treatment but definitely very very poor customer service.
