Very rude stuff and no one knows requirements thay don't care just saying bring other peppers don't care how many times you go not helpful even 1%

Worst experience. The online teller machine tooks so much time to connect. I have waited and fall in line for more than hour just to reach the machine - then after scanning the ID, doing the signature and all, the teller just informed me that they are not still accepting new notes and asked me to go inside the counter yet this security guard in duty did not allow me to do so. They should have kept notice board outside the machine that new notes are still not acceptable and they should have orient their security guard to be more considerate on this situation to just allow me to deposit my cash. What a waste of time

I am very much disappointed with this branch and the worst customer service which they have.
