    Worst dental doctors in fereej abdul aziz qatar red crescent they don't have the knowledge of the dental they will decide own time and they will suggest to go other hospital or home country they will do nothing.biggest stupidity...and even receptionist also is showing his attitude and arrogant behaviour like animal...

    First of all, this is a government facility, with almost free of charge if you have Hamad health card. So we should expect some waiting there. My tocken was 40 for triage GP department and it took around three hours to see the doctor and then around one and half hours for the Xray, review and pharmacy. So total around 4 and half hours. I felt little lag there but I won't complain that much as this is a service from QRCS. But one thing I felt worse is the security personnel on duty at triage GP area. When seeing his behaviour to the patients, it feels like he owns that department and he giving us service. Such a bad experience. He told doctor that tocken 40 is absent when I am sitting behind him just for argument I had with him for asking which tocken is consulting now after waiting three hours. I won't say all the security staffs because of this one person. They are good staffs also doing sincere job. It you are planning to go, try early morning like 6.30 or 7.00, especially if you want perticular department like ortho, ENT or Dental. Also one more that please keep ATM card (debit or credit) with you for pharmacy. They won't accept cash.

    I visited today (20/06/2021) at 05:41AM with 23 waiting. But till 7:00AM. my no. didn't come to see doctor. Because of reception R1 and R2 were busy on personal work. They registered 1 patients and resting for 10 minutes. When I asked them why its taking long time they told if you cant wait retune token and get lost from here. They were talking like labour . I already have put the complaint in suggestion box also. He should work only like employee not like owner. They are taking haram income. Their behavior is like road side people, uneducated. Very bad experience in Reception staff Please put your complaint in suggestion box or send by email to ministry of health.

    I had a bad experience here as I was not allowed to get treatment for my severe back pain as I was not having my health card. I had no friends to support here and I came alone to the hospital and I wasn't able to walk at that time. It was the worst time of my life. I wish Qatar hospitals should be open to treating people without a health card. Or The government should make easy steps to get a health card or instead use the Qatar ID card as the health card too.

    Dental services very very poor. my root canal tooth is infected by infection that why i went to Red Crescent Hospital 2 times but doctor said there is no have treatment for this problem. he suggest me that go to private hospital. in Qatar teeth treatment is very expensive, labors people cannot take this service because they're salary not much. finally I went to private clinic and they said cost will be 2000 Qatari riyals and it is not possible for me because my salary not much. If possible anyone can suggest me please, I need treatment my tooth with low cost. thanks

    Hello sir, I come for check up on 16-10-2022 at before 11pm they say doctor not available. And I ask them for doctor time for check up they inform at morning 5:30 am to 7pm and security say last 10 pm. Now I am available at 5am here but now security say they open 6:30? Is it open 24 hour? No doctor time table.

    To whom it concern, As moving forward with Qatar best health facilities. Primary health center are sill backwards. Lack of health personnel, keeping patients to waits for hours and hours. Or there should be way of appointments thatโ€™s we donโ€™t need to be waited for hours. We loosing value able time and health. Management should focus on that. Each patients should not wait for hours and hours.

    I don't know how extend people will relay on this comment. Before I going there, I also read all the reviews from the people who visited there. Then realized and wished I should not experience the same as they did. However, it happened to me as well. I never thought there would be a hell place like this in this peaceful country. Patients were treated rudely, sometime depends on the nationality, sometimes depends on their mood. My experience here was wallahi too bad. Dr. Kazeem from Jordan treated me for the tooth. I was treated too rudely by him. I was waiting outside and he was inside the room on his mobile talking to someone. Before myself, there was another man, he also blamed the doctor stating Ya Haiwan....( patients were treated like slave here) I should say this. I will not excuse and never forget Dr. Kazeem and his helper who was assisting him. I pray that May the responsible officials take a prompt action regarding this hell place ๐Ÿคฒ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿคฒ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿคฒ๐Ÿผ

    It usually takes time due to many patients but today i am witnessing some serious lethargic staff from Security to all the way upto the Dr. Took token from entrance and stayed 1.15 minutes. Security came to ask for ID and health card and gave me a new token. Had to wait another 1 hour. Finally met Dr. Nurse checked my pulse rate and fever. Dr asked whats wrong and symptoms. Gave me a receipt and asked to go out. Security again asked me to have a seat. After 90 minutes of waiting cashier came from somewhere and started issuing payment receipts. Made the payment and asked me MC but they said take medicines and come back. Went back to Pharmacy and took medicines, came back to clinic. Submitted Payment receipt and had to wait for 90 minutes again to get MC from Dr. Absolutely ridiculous service standards from them. Patient comes to clinic for medication and consultation. Not for a JOYride. They treat patients so bad including the security staff. Disappointed with this branch. #hamadmedical

    Went to the dental clinic today. In the entrance counter told the staff i am here for dental teeth cleaning. He referred back to the co workers and gave the number. Fast forward joined the line and waited for 2 hours plus. Went inside and got chased out by a very rude doctor. Saying the number has finished go and come back at 2. He wont do the cleaning. But why are you giving out numbers if your not going to do the cleaning. Why treat people such a rude way with a bad body language.

    Last couple of weeks before I went to this hospital and I met the Indian doctor after waiting so many times in a queue he gave me pain relief medicine and recommend me to show my knee to orthopedic doctor, he gave me appointment date as well, finally today was my appointment with the doctor I went on to the hospital I talk with the staff he took me to the previous Indian doctor but I got to know that orthopedic doctor is COVID POSITIVE now and won't be available for more than 10days Are you serious doctor presently number of active cases is only 2752 in whole Qatar, I'm unsatisfied not because of there service but the Indian doctor lied to me so easily. If they're giving an appointment to the patient it should be on a same date otherwise it is useless to get an appointment.

    They are just first aid service. Selection of medicine is very poor. If there is a serious problem better to go to the private as u have no options. Here they will force pain killers only. I have shown to them my medical reports and the medication i was taking yet they gave only 1 pain killer which didn't work for me, i took it before going there yet they give me the same.

    Staff on reception counter is very rude. There is no doctors ther is magician. That doctors don't even stand from his chair and come to see the patients. He only look to his computer and just verbally asking what is your problem by sitting on his chair 3 meters away from patients. No proper treatment. No medicine effective from given there Magicians Dr's. Worst service ever. Zero star deserved.

    When it comes to dermatology appointment the receptionist will tell you to come back again coz the doctor is not available in the morning then after u came back they will tell just come back in other day. This is not acceptable it happens not once but twice to my husband. He just go there by walking and his taking too much time just to wait there for the doctor . Please give an appropriate answer to all the patient. Waiting more than an hour is not a joke. Thank you.

    Went to make my new Health card, no proper guidance and they donโ€™t even care you serious is your condition. Was asked to first make health card behind Hamad Hospital. This needs PRO to process your card. So this center does not generate new health card for Residents with valid QID.

    Absolute garbage. Just come here if you are trying to die quicker. Staff is absolutely trash. Worst experience I had in Doha. You got security talking to patients disrespectfully like they are doctors. They are basically condoning slaveryโ€ฆ youโ€™re sick too bad. Do not come here if you care about your health.     Reception/Admin does not let to see doctors. It's 24 hours open, yes but it's only the building. But not doctors. If iam suffering today they say come tomorrow morning 6AM Next day at 6am you report you must wait until 11.30AM.

    The place is organized, even if you see many people, there is enough staff to work on you and the queueing mechanism here as fast as you can imagine. In case you have a question or need clarification, ask any security guard, they will direct you.

    Was referred to go to this place by hamad gen because it is nearest. Waited for two hours just to be told they will not accept people without physical hamad card. I didnt get my hamad card because they told me that it wasnt being released since covid.

    Worst service since I ever see in my life. The Kenyan guy standing near the main entrance. He don't have manners and he doesn't know how to behave the patient. The guy he is thinking he is a bouncer. PSS security kindly put this guy in a hotel bouncer. Pathetic ๐Ÿฅบ

    Worst health centre experience in my life...The staff are very rude especially in the triage desk.I will not recommend anyone to go this health centre because it's worst. Worst..This is for bachelors and most of the patients are very poor so they don't have any other option that is the reason this health centre is busy.. Dear Red crescent team please have a look on the working system there are many reviews related to staff attitude and till now I don't see any changes.if it's just a business I don't have any comments.

    My dental filling had come off so I visited Abdul azeez health center and I was surprised to hear from the attending doctor that they do not do dental filling in their center. He even advised me to get the filling done outside from any private clinic. This approach is highly appalling. The basic treatment such as dental filling is not done at the dental facility in this center. This is hard to believe.
