If i can make the rating zero it would not make it justice. Waiting for almost an hour to take the vital signs after doing the covid test to see the Doctor. The receptionist stated go to station B and “ they “ will call your name when they receive your papers. Stayed there for a whole hour before asking them in Station B if they got my papers cause it clearly says on the board on the door. Stay until your name is called. And people coming and going and still my name is not called. When asked them is my name or papers are there ? I’ve been here for an hour. They stated “ I “ need to tell them the results of the covid test. Which is not what the procedure is and not what the recipients has told me and what sign clearly say. Save your time and money and go to a proper hospital. You will thank me for this.

Dr. Shehla is the best doctor in Al-Safa. For the past 2 years I was going to different doctors for my high liver enzymes. Once, consulted Dr. Shehla, she did correct adjustment of my chronic medicines. Now my liver enzyme come normal. Thanks God, God bless her!!

The worst ever counter staff filipino lady ,they are prioritising their nationality only .colour discrimination in qatar only in this hospital .very bad experience. 1st time I had bad experience. Dr Shehla Ovasi is a great doctor. For the past 2 years, my whole family has been visiting her. Even I bring my children to her. She properly examine us and resolve our all queries related to our medical problem. God bless her! Dr Shehla is highly recommended!!

The laboratory technician on duty today, 28.12.2021 (5pm) is so careless. My wife, Emelda had her antigen test. The way your nurse took the specimen was as if he's whisking an egg in a bowl. It was so painful to bear and caused her nosebleed. The more my wife reacted to the pressure when he swabbed the first nostril, the more he did it pressured to the next. We understood that your staff are tired for the whole time duty. But putting the pressures to your patient is not reasonable. Your duty as a nurse or caregiver is to care and not to cause hurt.

Average Experience. I requested for doctor change and Head Nurse Fatima tried her best to convince me to not change the doctor. She even made false rules that their is no way to change the doctor. Quite misleading and way alooot favourism for Philippines people.

Uff very very un-profesional place had a nightmare visiting this place... but actually doctor is good a lady dr.may mohamed ali doctor was very nice amd coperated.. but the hospital service is very bad.. went at 4pm and finished at 9pm and only for 1 injection and a tablet many patients suffering from pain i saw shouting and foghting with attendents bcoz of their lack of consideration and assitance ...need to improve many things... really had a worst time... ( in the pharmacy medicine is much expensive than other places)

Their treatment is another level. You’ll be alright when you reach to meet the doctor. You’ll have to wait for an age to consult a doctor. I went to the hospital at 4.30 PM. And it’s 7.20 PM didn’t yet to consult the doctor. DR. May Mohamed Ali went for to have her dinner at 6.30 PM while her patients are waiting here.. Still enjoying her food..

Poor service, Can’t see a doctor unless you do an antigen test, I had to do 2 antigen tests within 3 days. Unacceptable waiting time : They are so disorganized that it will take 3-4 hours, this for a simple cold or flu diagnosis. Antigen test - wait for results 30 minutes minimum. Go to station B to check vitals - 30 minutes including waiting time to meet the doc. Post check up blood tests - this will take upto 2 hours. Go back to station B and wait for 30 min to be called by doc. And then finally 30 minutes at the pharmacy. Worst of all doctors don’t seem to know what they are taking about , lol 😂 In conclusion : customers are not valued in this place. NOT RECOMMENDED UNLESS ITS THERAPEUTIC TO SPEND TIME IN HOSPITALS.

I went to Al Safa Polyclinic at 4:30pm and I finished at 9:30pm while my daughter has been feverish since last night. The services are poor and slow. I do not recommend this place. Do not waste your money to this clinic. The nurses and doctors are not accommodating.

The worst dermatologist ever! A failed treatment from Dr Nova Christine, she burned my face and now turned into a big scar! Now I was forced to go to another clinic to perform laser treatment without any guarantee of recovery. All the dermatologist commented that the method used was incorrect. She didn’t wear face mask and even eating during consultation, what an irresponsible doctor!

Went for gynecology. Dr.Princess was sitting in her phone when I entered and sat in from of her, waited for some time. No sorry. Poor empathy, showing negligence, waiting in queue for 40 mins to 1 hour to spend in doctor's cabinet for 3 mins. But only 2 customers ahead. She mentioned tests are not covered by insurance, so I paid for tests which supposed to be covered by insurance. Because of her mistake, I spent hours on reception explaining reimbursement policy to their staff on the phone with call center of insurance. And the doctor just left because her shift was over and didn't even spend a minute trying to help. And I wasted my time there because of her lack of knowledge in insurance guidelines. I don't I will come again

I just had several lab test in the morning but when I came back in the afternoon to talk to the doctor on the result, the Egyptian receptionist told me to come back in another day because there are many patients, really???!!!! Since you already got my money you are driving me awayyy???!!! Now I transferred already to another clinic across the street so you cannot get any single penny from me and my insurance. I am also spreading to my friends and colleagues that you are not a good clinic. It's your lost not mine, because of your over profiteering policies!!!!!

Dr. Sherwin, nurse marvelled as well as reception staff was so nice. I received very good consultation from Dr sherwin. He examined very thoroughly and clean my ear. If you have any problem with your ear, throat , you can meet Dr. Sherwin. I give 5 star.

The cashier keep telling the system is down we’re waiting for half an hour and she couldn’t help us for anything she waste our precious time even we have work. She’s sitting in c-1 this is a bad service. She’s a Filipina nationality. And they can do better than this service.

They Even dnt deserve this one star also.The reception is absolutely useless. I was suffering frm hypertension and went to reception after waiting 40 mins. They are saying to wait and if it is emergency i can go to other hospital as they dnt hve any emergency service even patient die waiting for his turn.

The hospital is good the only problem with this clinic is the Filipina doctor (Dr. Carolyne) who is assigned at internal medicine, she has a bad attitude, how will you tell your patient that "doesn't you have a government medical card because you might not afford the expenses". no one will visit a private clinic without money first of all and we have insurance to cover the expenses. I will never recommend that doctor to my friends and relatives.

Physiotherapy department was awesome few years ago. One helpful Indian Dr. Dermatologist Nova is really bad. She can't inject Botox. Had to pay extra for another dose, but still the same problem . She blames my muscles now !! Will have to pay for the third time in a different clinic.. avoid her.

I went to see Dr. Sherwin Abubaker for my throat and nose issues. He explains clearly the causes and gives treatment plan accordingly. I can feel his compassion and sincerity to treat me. His Nurse, Ms. Marielle was also very helpful and guided me accordingly through out the process.

One of the few clinics where doctors have patience and listen to our complaints and advise properly. Not only the doctors, the nurses are very friendly and make us feel relaxed. I underwent physiotherapy for my neck pain as per Dr.'s advise. The physiotherapist was very friendly, enquired and advised what to do to lessen the pain, she was very patient and understanding throughout the sessions and taught me exercises and advice keeping in mind other health issues also. Overall I am very happy and satisfied with the service the clinic provides. Definitely will recommend Al Safa to anyone because of the friendly and efficient staff.

It took me 1 hour to get my Covid rapid antigen test and 1 hour to get the result, before I was able to get and see the doctor.

I'm going to rate this place 5 stars. The staff is no-nonsense and know their stuff. Go in, say what you need, and you'll be helped without issue. The lab staff is great, the doctors and nurses are also clear and fluent in English, and when things aren't crowded, you are taken care of almost immediately. I've been here 3 times now and it's smooth sailing from start to finish.
