BAD ONE EVER , I sent a paper to Turkey , I paid for Express service they told me two days and it took more than 8 days to deliver the shipment. And I had to follow up with company many times . Inorder to get my shipment. It was one of the worst experience ever. And they are not even try to fix it by anything

Customer service was quick, today there were 2 clerks and the procedure was fast eventhough it was my first time here. Be aware that they are no longer at gate 4 but at gate 5, next to Wooden Bakery. Called the customer service in advance and they also have the incorrect location of their booth.

Very disappointed. If we going to pay cash we have to pay same bill amount because that don't have change money. Today I visited DHL outlet around 1:40 pm. There is no staffs available at the time. Yes I can understand if he go washroom plz mention his mobile number in counter so we can call. My billing amount QR.306. I given 310 he told me he don't have change go and ask other shop it's really feel bad then I told for 1 riyal I have go and ask for other shop better you make my bill amount 310 QR and give receipt. Then he make write on that bill. Once again I feel really bad experience with DHL
