Sadly the staff at this branch lack training, common sense and product knowledge, letting the side down badly. "We are short-staffed" "I''m new" "We are restocking" and even "Its Ramadan" are no excuses. I'm surprised you manage to stay in business. If you need a retail operations director, call me.

There’s only ONE person working in the cafe on a Friday (03/02/23). We’ve been waiting 25 mins for a coffee and a cake and there are only 3 other taken tables here! This is the worst M&S cafe in Doha and the only one who doesn’t offer the scones and tea as part of their deal! I don’t recommend coming here at all unless you don’t mind waiting 30 mins for a coffee that eventually comes out cold and a piece of stale cake that should not even be served!

BEWARE of the M&S Cafe in Landmark mall. A male cashier at the cafe charged us extra for what was a buy one get one free item. Could have been an honest oversight, can't really say. When it was pointed out on the bill, he apologised and refunded the amount. However, on another visit of mine to the same branch, a female cashier billed me extra for what I had ordered at the cafe. She crushed the bill immediately instead of handing it to me. I later realised what she had done but since I had no proof, I let it go. I decided never to go back there again. Once could be a mistake, but twice makes me very suspicious of what's going on there. Management, please take note!

I purchased discounted underwear from M&S Landmark branch., hoping for a good deal. At first glance, they appeared to be of good quality and seemed like a great deal. However, I was quickly let down. The fabric stretched and became loose after the first use, resulting in an uncomfortable fit. It's clear that the brand should remove this product from their lineup rather than attracting customers with discounts. I advise others to be cautious before buying. Overall, my experience with this underwear was highly dissatisfying.

First time I registered with blue rewards (M&S app) was in KSA. Last year I moved to Qatar and I cannot use the app because my first residency country is KSA and not accepting to change to Qatar. M&S's IT department refusing to support and fix this issue.

We received excellent customer service from Haitham without even searching for help. It’s hard to remember the last time we had someone help us who actually knows their departments.

A big store where you can find clothes for the whole members of the family . Nice modern shoes and pijamas can found here. Nice covers for bed towels as well as house accessories. British style .Hi quality material , prices are medium . Very helpful staff.

I remember the days when M&S was good quality. Or maybe M$S is distinctly better in the London stores. The items selling here in Qatar feel cheap, equal to or worse than H$M.

What made me happy in this place are several things. The most important of which is the reception and hospitality of all employees in the place and the appropriate prices in addition to the availability of everything that the customer requires from all aspects. I was looking for specific trousers which I could easily find on the public inventory system displayed at Villagio. Recommended.

Very bad , your system . Today I saw that there is promotion of food items . 1 * 10 times . I buy 34 qr. Food items and redeem for point , your cash counter staff did it , but finally I don't get any point . It's like chitting or frad.
