This shop is quite big and staff is not keen to help any customers. You just need to go and search the items yourself. Especially in clothing they sell all non branded items from Turkey with poor quality. It's not easy to find your size as all clothes will not be arranged properly.

If your planning to buy electronics kindly don’t after your warranty expires even if your ready to pay for service cost for maintenance or repair this people will not accept it and asking to look for service center, am shopping from other centers as well even after warranty expires they take our product purchased from them and tell us the charges and get it done if we are ok to pay . If you buy from them and any complaints after 1year of warranty you have only option to throw your product as per ansar , poor customer service. We buy from you not from brand warehouse!

It’s basically a Hypermarket with G+3 floors with almost everything inside. It’s heavily crowded during weekends and parking will be very difficult in this area.

Regular customer of Ansar , there is less staff but experienced last visit as a rude behavior of lady staff in electronic section. staff is not willing to help they comment as “if you have any problem with me make an compliant in customer service” and left .

To compare with their Barwa city branch, this is pretry medium level on the size . But I prefer to come always here because the timing and the decision-making will be easier than that. I'm a frequent customer at Ansar Gallery. Recently, I left my mobile phone on their trolley before getting into a cab. When I went back to ask for help in locating my phone, I was surprised to find no security personnel present. The employees at the token counter provided a very poor response, showing minimal concern for customer belongings. They didn't displayed any little interest in assisting me in finding my device, resulting in a very disappointing experience.

Recently they renovated and increased the stuff and variety, but in some section you will feel so congested like only one trolley can pass at a time. Otherwise overall it's good for grocery but in case of garments don't expect brands and nice quality, it's my personal opinion may be it varies🙏

Great shopping experience... Many items having good offer. Many varieties of products. Stock was plenty. It was so cold inside the shopping centre. There is basement parking along with surrounding open car parking.. so parking is not an issue. You may also download Ansar smile and accumulate points on purchase. On first download you may get 5 QAR offer. Friendly staffes at POS and while shopping. Overall it is nice shopping centre and pocket friendly family shopping.

One of my favorite places for Shopping 🥰. Apparels are little expensive, but very good quality (Turkish made) you must Shop there during sale if you don't want to spend much on expensive stuff 👍🏻

My every week shopping place. This is very good for low budget people. Their products rates are affordable. People should visit at least once.

Though the offers were amazing, very neatly packed mechandise and easybto navigate, some of the staff were not cooperative. We had to roam around and pick our needs ourselves. Asking one of the staff for directions was met with a cold shoulder especially in the pretty quaint toys section.

It's a hypermarket so you get almost everything under one roof. They have a huge selection for everyday cheap but awesome Arabic fragrances. Everything you might need to furnish your home (and more) , you can find it here. They have offers and sales frequently and I suggest taking advantage of that. Not that the place is expensive but you can get a lot of bang for your buck during sales.

Good place for almost complete shopping under one roof. Healthy range of products. Think twise if you buy clothing and accessories because they are not great in quality though they look good. Electrical goods are very good with lower price tags with best offers in the town.

Overall it is a great place for shopping for those who value their money.

This is a good place if you need to buy a lot of things. It has almost everything. I wouldn't say the products sold here are of the best quality but they are not bad either. The only thing you need to worry is the quality which is questionable but it is also cheap so that kind of makes it fair,and they have bad customer service.
