Baby shop located at City Center is one of the best shops in qatar. It contains wide range of clothes and items for infants & kids at a reasonable price. The staff's are friendly and very helpful in assisting customers. I would recommend this place to all.

Very less staff, no sense of handling customers. If the customer que goes out of shop also they still be having only 2 people at the counters. Don't know if any higher or their senior officials are looking at this then they really need to work at it.

Very bad costumer service we tried many times calling all the contact no. No one answers we have cpncern about the stroller we bought/paid lst june 2 expected delivery today June 8,2022 afternoon .. we want to follow up abouth the order but nobody answers 😡

We paid in the shop for a bassinet and they said they will deliver in 2 days. Nobody delivered anything even after 10 days and nobody answers in the advertised phone. Very bad service!!!!

Very poor communication between the seller and the buyer, I make complain month ago and still my request is pending, they sell perishable products, the price/quality ratio is terrible. Bad service. I don’t recommend.

A shop for all what you need for babies, children, and toddlers. They have clothes, garments, gear such as strollers. Also baby feeding bottles and accessories. The only problem is the long lines of queue during the weekends. They should provide more cashiers to serve customers.

Customer service in-line waiting kinda sucks, long waiting lines usually they have 1-2 cashiers. With that being said, the customer service from the floor workers is awesome 👏🏽, we were helped rather quickly, he answered all my questions and showed me the ends and outs of every piece of baby gear I had questions to. So we ended up buying our baby’s Crib/changing table, and rocker, A few baby clothes and a high possibility of coming back and buying the car seat/stroller combo. After our purchase the store owner and the store manager congratulated us, they gave me a box of Godiva chocolates, they Thanked Us for choosing their store. I had a great experience at this store. 🤗👏🏽👍🏼
