great when there are sales as they really marked down the prices. wide selection of items for your home needs and requirements. they even got vast showroom ranging from living room to kitchen so you can have an idea on how you could set up your own home with this kind of furniture, its like ikea but they focus more on arabic theme style of home set up.

Worst service ever. I bought items last Thursday which they were supposed to bring to their store for Friday pickup. Yesterday Sunday I called them and their customer service said to call the store. The no. They provided I tried yesterday 7 times and it is been engaged the whole time. Today again called customer service and got the same no. And they said they cannot do anything more. No onw responsible for customer service or for support. Worst ever.

Never answer their calls .. useless and unhelpful .. worst shop .. go to good quality store who really care about their customers

Parking was unavailable near Home Center. I made a round for 3 times of Home Center then still didn't find the parking place. Then I parked the car away from Home Center, near the resident building.

Great variety, but always late delivery dates

They dilever a broken desk without even inform and they left when I called them they said there are a missing pieces we will check. Disappointed by the service and waiting for the response.

Not only terrible service but also poor quality furniture. The doors don’t align, everything damaged. Ordered a wardrobe and 3 dressers. All were damaged and had to be returned. I spent over two days on the phone trying to get a refund. (Still don’t have my money back). People on the phone were rude and not capable of helping me, made over 10 calls to get someone to process the refund. After leaving the assembly people left my house filthy, absolutely no respect. I was also told there wasn’t enough space on the truck to take my damaged items back, as you can see in the picture that’s just not true. Had to make so many calls to get them to take the stuff. Will never buy from Home Centre again, cannot recommend it at all!

Bad customer service they canceled on me they supposed to deliver on Wednesday last week so I am waiting hopefully it arrives today. That was disappointing 😕

I had a very bad experience with the after sales support and quality of the products. We bought a mattress with 5 years of warranty. After one year of purchase, we noticed indentations at various spots of the mattress. The home center team took the mattress and fixed it. After another year, the same indentations but this time Home Center refused to cover it under warranty claiming that we did not flip the mattress on regular basis. Not only they are not covering the warranty, but also accusing us of not flipping the mattress. They simply don't want to fix it. Worst product quality and service. Never buy a mattress from Home Center.

I think it is a reasonably priced store

- Filipino female staff was ignorant and rude...when her supervisor got to know about it who was Filipino as well, he said she is new and she must be scared...but hello everyone in this world knows difference between scared behaviour and rude and ignorant behaviour...and even if there is a confusion a person can always apologize..which she didn't..instead she ignored her supervisor as well...who later apologized to us... nationality doesn't change people there attitude does..good and bad people can be found everywhere...it's upto us what we choose.

I would like to thank the staff working at this branch. I needed some furniture delivered within a day. They assisted me in every possible way and found every available option for me. Despite of having a delivery date tomorrow, they delivered the furniture today in less than 24 hrs. The lady who assisted me was philipino and possibly a manager there along with her team member Mr Suman. Hard working and dedicated staff. They were both so helpful. Thank you both.

The worest coustomer service I have ever been dealer with, no profundity at all , 3 time they give me date to come and fix my bed but no one coming, they are closing the line ilwhile we are speaking(not asingle works from my side is bad) they have philina manage not coming back to call , she keept my number in rejected list. Don't by from home center , Ikea I'd 100000 times better in quality and service .

Is the home center chain going to close?. This is what you will feel atleast at this branch. No customers and even for customers poor staff presence and rude attitude to boot. The attitude says buy what we have here or get lost. We went to another branc ( gulf mall) and bought the same item but with a pleasant experience. I think the management should be careful of this branch or be ready to close it down. The latter is better for their reputation

Its a good place to get stuff for your home. I felt that quality of some products should have been better.

They have almost all styles of furnitures for the house that you might want, stylish and affordable .. they have so many sales or discounted items from time to time. Staff was also good on assisting, really helpful and warm to everyone visiting he store,

Worst customer service. I purchased two humidifiers from their DFC branch four days back and noticed one of them doesn't work well and water is seen on the floor after using it for some time. Upon calling their customer service staff, I was asked to return the unit to any of their branches and replace it. As per his advice, we visited the Jaidah flyover branch and met an unprofessional supervisor who doesn't know anything about the product or the basics of customer service. As per the male supervisor water on the floor is common after using the humidifier. As per this staff, the humidifier should be used at the lowest speed. He knows nothing and doesn't understand anything while explaining. We don't have any problem with the same model second unit which I use in another room but as per the supervisor water will be on the floor after use and this is what the humidifier is meant for. Don't understand his logic and understood he does not know anything and it's useless talking to the such unprofessional staff so we left the place. There is no point talking to the supervisor in Jaidah Home Center branch who doesn't have any knowledge about the product. For QR 150 product if they create such a hassle imagine for an expensive product how much to struggle with these people. We decided not to shop anymore at this useless place.
