I bought Rayban. with in a week the Rayban logo on the glass vanished , they reprinted the logo and handed over to me. again after one month the Rayban logo vanished. this time they rejected my glass without considering the complaint. it looks to me they sell duplicate Rayban. Its so strange that they accept insurance but if you use insurance you dont get any other benefits. Sale assistant told me today if you dont use your insurance card you pay less! How come?!

Good Service and Quality. Staff also professional and calmn attitude. Went for Contact glasses expensive but paid by insurance.

Good services

One of the worst experiences in a store. Went inside and when I asked the sales guy about a particular type of glasses the Arab sales guy rudely started looking at me up and down in an insulting way. Walked away from the store and ended up buying from another store in the mall. Would never step into this place again.

Visited shop for a pair of sun glasses. Asked staff if they have a specific model, they could not check because their “system is closed”. What a joke.

Their customer service & care after sale is ZERO I regret that I made my glasses with them … never do it again
