Not happy with the after-sales support for Samsonite from Al Mosafer. I purchased a Samsonite trolley bag from the DFC branch a month back, and on my first trip, I experienced a wheel complaint. When there is a laptop inside the bag, the wheel wobbles and pulls it aside, I dropped the bag at Al Mosafer, and the staff said the handle should be at a lower level while pulling, even though it wobbles. Lucky, they didn't say to use the bag without any item inside so that it won't wobble. He then said he would order the wheels but couldn't say when they would arrive as they were getting from another country. It's been six days, and they have no news. A brand new bag, and there is an issue, and the dealer doesn't have any spare parts. Now, wait for their mercy to get the wheels replaced. Mosafer is understaffed, and twice I went there, I saw the single staff struggling to attend to complaints and customers. I never thought Samsonite after-sales would be disappointing.

I just had a very bad experience. As I attempted to speak to a member of staff, he immediately shouted over me to other people, then ignored me. He didn’t even look up as a I left the shop in shock, neither did the staff member next to him. They need serious customer service training, I’m appalled

Staff here are deaf and mute. Not even a simple greeting when you enter or purchase stuff. I greeted them some pleasantries and there was no reply from them. Will never again come back. The Filipina staff looks and acts like a witch.

Can't fix zippers!!! I mean really? , even though Samsonite dealers fix them abroad, they call and tell you the bag is ready but it's not . I gave them a full day !!! They need the warranty card but where else I'm going to buy Samsonite luggage except from them .

Samsonite luggage, low quality the wheel broke after 3 months, rude staff when go there for fixing, only good point is they fixed it in an hour

They are selling bad quality bags putting the name of famous brand I have 2 bags from this shop paid for a good name ( Geuss) and quality as they promised, unfortunately the lock is not working after the first use I brought them back for repair Now over 3 months I have not get them repaired Nobody knows if they will repair and when not only bad quality , also bad service

I had to bring in a suitcase for an urgent repair. Needed the zipped fixed and the puller either replaced or made so it worked. I was travelling urgent and just needed the suitcase to last that one trip! The staff at Mosaffer Royal Plaza branch were just all superb. They didnt look to just charge for a complete zipper replacement which would have been dearer, but advised to wait for the repairer/technican to review in detail as it may be cheaper for a quick repair instead of complete zipper replacement. Edwin who is in charge of all the repairs looked at the suitcase, promised to do the job and even though there was a slight misunderstanding concerning the time for completion, he was just excellent in delivering. In fact the whole team was superb and their customer service ability showed they cared about their customers (Edwin, Usama and Emauel to name but a few). Definitely recommend their services. Again, thank you Edwin for such a prompt, quick repair helping me to get on my way!

Good place to get your luggage fixed

Friendly staff and great service. This branch includes their bag clinic for any bag repairs. For some brands their prices is high so it good to check them out during the sales period which sometimes includes 50% off the original selling price.

5-Stars customer service. I brought an old suitcase to repair. There were no spare parts available however Angel fixed it, quick, high quality and cheap. Excellent!!

I came to fix the handle of my Delsey bag but it was an honest mistake from my side that I didn’t know they don’t fix Delsey brand. However, the Filipino staff can lower down his voice (he was annoyed with another customer), and talk with a polite manner. Customers is definitely not your backdoor neighbour and should be treated with respect regardless of their nationality.

Over priced I was looking for a travel stroller and didn't find it. It turned out that they stopped importing them. Limited collection for kids.

A small shop in a classic Royal Plaza Mall at Al Sadd in Doha city. The goods for sale are very high quality and some of the best brands in the industry. The items are very well organized and the staff are very attentive and helpful. The number of items for category is less so your selection has very limited options. Expensive store with high quality branded travel accessories. This store happens to be inside a mall. There are public toilets and wheelchair access and parking well organized.

A very nice chain of stores for all relvant travel accessories , luggage .. etc at different range of prices , located at several locations and primarily can be found at several shopping malls, its unique business model serving very unique segments, their product at high quality and offering for travelers a one stop shop at one location, they occasionally have a good sale where prices dropped dramatically and can get good bargain deals , highly recommended.

Wheel of my luggage broke and they replaced it instantly free of cost. Best part was that they did after service hours which was sweet of the person.

I've always loved shopping for travel items in this store.
