My best coffee place, the beans they are using is really different. This is the only place where I can have multiple coffees and I still feel I want more. The place is so relaxing. Especially in the morning, not a crowded place.

The coffee is outstanding but what makes it even better is the service! We were served by Rashid who was so attentive, passionate and patient and helped us chose the best coffee! All the very best to him and Ali who made the delicious coffee!

One of the best coffees, however the management must change the chairs and try to make fresher muffins. .

It was our first time to try illy’s at Al Mirqab mall. Everything was great especially the drinks. We enjoyed the experience thanks to Rashid who was very knowledgeable of the menu and helped us to choose what drink we wanted. He was also very kind to let us taste the creamy coffee to let us know of the flavor. Overall, it’s 5/5!

It's my first time to try Illy Cafe here and the experience was pleasant. The staff greeted us warmly and even helped us in choosing a drink. Rashid was kind enough to tell us what kind of coffee they have and how it differs from one another. The place has a nice ambiance and it has electrical outlets where you can charge. The coffee was superb. It will not disappoint you.

I absolutely love this coffee ❤️ this is my first time here at Illy coffee branch Al Mirqab and everything is going great thanks to Rashid and Abdullah . Abdullah made is beautiful coffee for my brother , sister & myself as in the photo Rashid made it easy for us to choose what we want to try explaining each and everything in the menu. Love the seats by the water feature, feels like an outdoor terrace even in full barbecue conditions! Coffee has its ups and downs, never bad but not always great. Good chilled cheesecake.

Sir Rashid was the one who served my coco mint drink. He was so pleasant and told me that this will be the best coffee for me and it will make my day which made me smile. He also asked me after few minutes of drinking the beverage how was it. The other staff were great as well. The coco mint drink was refreshing but not really a wow.

Nice location in the middle of the Mirqab mall near the singing fountain. Love to have a good cup of coffee there and enjoy the view.

It’s a decent place to grab a cup of coffee. It was my first time to try Illy and definitely it won’t be the last one coz I really liked their coffee! Plus, shout out to Rashid, Najad and Abdulla for enlightening my day. Their passion and service were excellent!! I’ll try one of Rashid’s recommendation next time :)

Illy Cafe experience was wonderful because of the staff here. My friend and I were escorted to the seats by Abdullah. Our lattes were enthusiastically served by Rashid who was so nice and friendly. He was really attentive and with such positivity he really made our coffee experience extraordinary. Not to mention, coffee was great thanks to Najad.
