Share my experience. I went there to make my Driving License . I got very good service from the reception. Fathima is very helpful and kind in 10 minutes she gave my License and she shared her number for other services as well .if I want hotel packages , ticket and insurance. commendable service by her.

Just called Ali bin Ali for Singapore visa. She was an Indian who spoke very rudely and as my husband works for Qatar airways we don’t book confirm tickets. She mentioned we don’t accept FAKE bookings. Just to let you know it is not fake and it is our benefit. Ali bin Ali is one of the biggest company but the staff who spoke doesn’t deserve to work for a company like that.

I was traveling to Dubai after 2 days and she told me the visa processing time is working 3 to 5 days but I request her to do fast. Very poor customer service! I had an emergency and I just wanted to know the availability so I can come directly to book that’s all what I have asked. But she was very unhelpful and requesting me to call back in an hour because she is busy. Would never recommend to anyone. She kept ok asking me if I am ali bin ali staff and I kept on saying no I don’t know why!!

I came to ali bin Ali to book a ticket to Saudi !! I asked for help about the procedures concerning the entry as corona test and certificates ! I received help the first time but it is the first time to go to travel after corona!! I asked to have the info repeated and the attendant refused !! I am really shocked !!! He literally said that he doesn’t have to and he did it because he wants to !! I am a teacher and I do extra things to parents!!’ I mean if that is the case definitely I’ll be dealing with another agency !!! I am extremely disappointed!!!

Oman Air office moved to this location. Unfortunately it is only open Sun - Thurs. Helpful receptionist gave me contact phone number to try on Sunday.

- They don't answer the phone. - In the office, there are no tokens or number system. - Staff are uninterested. Substandard customer service.

The team were very nice and helpful,but the location has very limited number of parking slots. During my visit there was a huge construction work out side the building. Consider using taxi to save time.
