I had recently visited this hotel, It was my uncle and Aunt's wedding anniversary, so we decided to go for dinner at Qalamkarri, Indian Speciality Restaurant. Right from the entrance we met Satarupa from front desk who greeted us with warmth and smile and offered Traditional Arabic coffee and water, As i was curious to know about the interior of the lobby, She very well explained us about the five elements idea behind the interior, which was very impressive, She also gave us a short brief about the hotel and escorted us to the restaurant, Keep up the good work Satarupa 👍 The staff at the restaurant was very friendly and knowledgeable, they very well explained to us the menu and assisted us to choose the dishes to order, The Bartender visited our table to ensure we enjoyed their unique cocktails, The entire restaurant team, Hosts, Server, Order taker they all were very friendly and created a wonderful experience for us. Sorry i forgot a few of the names, but not to worry, I'll be visiting you guys soon. Kudos to the entire team 💯💯💯

i didn’t like the hotel at all. it’s very dark. everything is black. uncomfortable. also, the cafe’s ambiance is not cozy at all but the service was good. the hotel location is really bad 👎🏽

Banyan Tree Doha nicknamed Banian Jiti is a good place to spend holiday.. My stay there was bad at all interms of room service and other services in general... The location of that place was bad but they would have picked another better location than what they have.

Really recommend this hotels for families as there is swimming pools, Quest playing area & Vox cinemas. Also, pet station that you can visit. As well as, multiple restaurants. Hello, About my experience at Banyan Tree Doha at La Cigale Mushaireb, we stayed at the hotel for 4 enjoyable nights. From start to finish, we experienced exemplary customer service. Reception staff and waitresses / managers, especially (Anas - Reem), truly showcased their commitment to guest satisfaction. The room was spacious with an appealing interior design, and the facilities related to the hotel were wonderful. The location of the hotel was distinctive and close to one of the most beautiful places in Qatar, which is Msheireb area. It will always be my first choice in case I visit Qatar city again. A consistent display of top-notch service made my stay memorable. A strong 5-star

It was my mum's birthday and Qalamkari restaurant provided us with a wonderful experience which was quite memorable. The hospitality was simply perfect and friendly staffs. I loved the dishes and the complimentary drink/snack. The ambience was amazing with spectacular skyline view. We had a splendid evening. 😍

The hotel is supposed to be for serenity as a spa branch hotel.The toilets doors are very heavy, their weight is very big, and they need good muscles to open! My hand hurts when i open it. How often do you need to go to the bathroom, you'll definitely have this much of pain! The reception is extremely bad in communication. I arrived 5 they let us enter at 6! They didn't find our booking!!

I recently dined in a restaurant on the 28th floor of this hotel during a suhoor party and unfortunately, I cannot say that I was impressed with my experience. While the ambiance and service were decent, the food quality was lacking. One major disappointment for me was the lack of seafood options on the menu. As someone who enjoys seafood, I was disappointed to see that there were no such dishes available. Another issue I had was with the limited rice options available. I expected more variety when it came to the starch options. Additionally, the desserts were quite common and nothing stood out as particularly unique or special. To add to my disappointment, the reception staff were not very helpfull. Overall, while the restaurant in the 5-star hotel had some positive elements, such as the ambiance and service, the food quality and lack of options left much to be desired. I hope that they will improve in these areas in the future

Today I had an interview with Miss Sonia front office manager an amazing professional lady. Reception area was very neat and clean and staff on reception was very professional. Hotel is located on ideal location very close to metro station. Highly recommended hotel.

I booked in for a treatment at the Banyan Tree Spa in Doha. From our first communication with the spa team, everything has been excellent. The staff are lovely, really helpful, they advised which treatment would be best for me as I am currently 5 months pregnant. The treatment was amazing! Anise was my masseuse and she was brilliant! Highly recommend! The staff are amazing, they really look after you. And the facilities are really really nice! Would definitely recommend and my next time to Doha, I will be booking again!

Where I will start.😔😔😔 First the good things are the breakfast and the room it self from size to Luxurious. Therefore they got two stars only.😔 From there nothing else is good. first of all the location of the spa is very complicated. The elevators are not working and they keep it running for the customers. Even the elevators for the spa ,for only 2 elevators, one of them is not working but continuously that is the one opening for you. I spent more than half an hour, looking for the gym, then looking for the swimming pool, which was on another building because the main one is under renovation. So it was from obstacle to another obstacle in this hotel it was like a maze, and I didn’t like that at all. Even after all of that, the price is not cheap. Usually if a hotel has any renovation, they will reduce the price and should have a special offer for that particular time. I am not planning to try it again anytime soon. 😒

Amazing Hotel, high quality amenities and comfortable room. The spa was a great experience, The outdoor pool was a little boring. Although everything else was good, the staffs, service, and summer promotions adding value for money.

Great experience Just watch out that if you are booking an apartment, you won't get immediate access to the mall and quest You uave to wait for a buggy to pick you up or walk for 10 minutes (not recommended in summer time)

This place never disappoints. Had a staycation and as usual all was great. Happy New Year to all of you. From the security to bellboys and guest services all of them provided me the great service. Great views, great music. But that doesn't justify the outrageously expensive bar menu and slow wait staff. Food is below average. Tiny portions for twice the price that you would pay at other venues in Doha. Over-rated.

I visited both the Italian and Thai restaurants, they were amazing. Nice atmosphere and delicious food. Thai Restaurant was the best Thai cuisine I ever had.

We had dinner at the italian restaurant IL Galante and it was very tasty and lovely. The service is great, special thanks to Farah and Hamza.

I enjoyed my time there. I stayed in Urban Suite, it was so spacious and well organized. The hotel location is not good though, it should be at the heart of Meshuraib.

Great hotel, with some great staff including some wonderful South African. The rooms are spacious, neat and everything functions . Have some nice options for dining, with great staff. Complement to Mr. Mohannad Nasereddin manager on duty on the day- one word 'attentive'. Nice place worth to visit again and again and again.
