    Their follow up process initially for a group package was very slow, which made us really worried as we wer not getting a confirmation 2 days prior to the trip as well. But the whole trip was a great experience. We got a good guide who knew her work and the hotel room provided was also really good. And they took us to as many places possible in the said few days. We really enjoyed the trip....the package belonged to houseoftours and i think orbit is just a back office service for them
