- They delivered products that I never ordered to my suite and they are going to charge me for it ! - if you try to log in from mobile , the website will refuse the password and consider it incorrect. Staff member and I tried to change the pass but the website rejected all our attempts even if the new pass was typed right In conclusion , horrible service.

Today Friday 1:05pm is.closed. it is not true that on Fridays opens from 1pm. In fact I asked other people and they said that they used to open at 3pm on Fridays. So googke should to update the time tabke and DHL should to put in its time table the truth

As sending package through DHL you want some sort of comfort and confidence in staff, making sure that package will be safe and most importantly it will arrive to final destination, DHL agent Jimbo had exactly what it needs to ensure all of that. He’s professional, polite, confident and knows his job and craft in and out. It was the best experience I’ve ever encountered with shipping companies. Entire process was smooth, flawless fast and funny in the good way. Appreciate Jimbos help and professionalism.

The sales guy refused to cancel my shipment one minute after i paid. When I finally got him to cancel, he did not cancel it in the system, did not give me cancellation paper. When I follow up for refund they say shipment ( which was never sent) has been delivered, no refund. Severely unprofessional for the price they charge

Worst service. DHL committed ti deliver documents after 3 days and when called for enquire they mentioned it would take 5 days. Customer service is awful as they have no answers but to make excuses. Very disappointed
