This is one of the best Clinics Doha has to offer! The staff and team are so exceptional, the service they provide is incredible every single time. You are greeted with a warm smile every time. I have been going to the Wellness Lab for a few years now as they continuously offer new services and state of the art machines. I highly recommend ‘The Wellness Lab’. Fantastic medical professionals and staff, caring and knowledgeable. I booked for a session and had a great experience with their Iyashi Dome. Although the number of calories burnt was not that noticeable directly but my skin felt cleaner and softer. It’s a stress-free experience and weight loss benefit. Its best recommended for those who needs a rest and relaxation. Wanna try another service in my next visit.

Very bed experience with this place, went for acne treatment but the way the doctor took action and result was very disappointing. Also the nurse who did my extraction was very not professional.

The place offers you a relaxing, ambient atmosphere with high-quality facility. It has a peaceful surroundings reflected in its walls painted in fresh colors, along with nature themed lighting. It was a pleasure to deal with the nurses inside, who were very welcoming and professional.

Beautiful place, super cozy. Very nice people. The Dr. Bailasan is the best, she has an excellent hand you can barely feel the injection. During EID they had great promotions. Eunice one of the nurses is amazing. She is super delicate and treats you super good.

Purchased a package for bodytone, its complete waste of money. Finished 5 out of 12 sessions, and as I found it very ineffective and ladies who were attending sessions quite incompetent, Asked for refund of remaining 7 sessions or at least to provide another service instead of body tone. After around 1 month I was offered alternative for the remaining amount. Overall place is super clean and pleasant, co-workers there are polite. Just be careful when you purchase packages for Bodytone, it might disappoint.

They were very rude and tough with me and they did not accept me as a new patient for laser treatment because they told me that you were living with people who is in a quarantine period , and i am in a good health , and already have negative results for coronavirus. They are the losers

The Wellness Lab is without a doubt my favorite clinic in Qatar. I've attended other clinics, but none of them have always had very satisfactory results like I have at the Wellness Lab. The professionals were always very attentive and professional in all the procedures I used. Going to the Wellness Lab for me is a guarantee of being satisfied with the result!

The personnel here are always welcoming and listening to clients needs. Each time I visit them I am welcomed with a smile and the employees, from reception to nurses, are always ready to help. The personnel are well trained on the services they provide and inform their clients on the new and advanced services The Wellness Lab has to offer. I recommend their services to everyone!!

I have visited them last year and I was very pleased with the clinic but today was an absolute disaster, the waiting room was very hot and even though they didn’t seem to be busy at all I didn’t get the same service like the last time , the Dr was very friendly with me. But the regulations of the MOPH weren’t followed, at any clinic or hospital the patient would be presented with a consent form before any procedure ,however, that wasn’t the case for me , after I was done and paid for my procedure and just before leaving, the nurse asked me to sign , I said ‘ that should have happened before not after ‘ and before finishing my sentence the receptionist ( Mariam) jumped in the conversation saying’ it can be signed before or after she is very busy and has a lot of things to do ‘ when I clearly mentioned that my conversation was not with her ( the receptionist) she said ‘ she is our colleague’ , when I turned back to ask for the name of the receptionist I found them laughing ( two receptionists and the nurse) , that tells me that the regulations are followed based on how busy the nurses are!! As a patient I need to be informed and explained about the risks before any simple or major procedure regardless how busy the staff are , not only to be transparent but also to comply with the ministry of health regulations. Not to mention the poor customer service as well .

Update: I received a call from the management, offering their apologies and a complimentary session with my preferred therapist. I appreciate this thoughtful gesture. I apologised as my intention is not to seek free services but to ensure that I am treated with the same respect that I have for them and their appointment system. This gesture reaffirms that the management truly values and appreciates their customers, and I'm grateful for it. I'm a loyal customer who appreciates the clinic's excellent service. However, there's room for improvement in their appointment system. There have been instances where, despite arriving on time, I've had to wait due to another customer requesting the same therapist and being given priority ! As per the receptionist, you can wait if you wish or book another appointment , so I had to leave .

I had a great and positive experience visiting The Wellness Lab recently. Clinic was clean, easy to navigate to with a beautiful modern interior. The staff were professional, caring and respectful. I appreciated their attention to detail and expertise. I will go back to try more of the wide range of cosmetic and dermatological services the clinic offers. I recommend them to everyone around Doha!

Dr Nahed is always sweet and professional. She always gives me proper advice on beauty. I trust her a lot. All the receptionist and nurses here are very kind and approachable. All the products are super reliable and high end. The atmosphere and environment is so warm and friendly. I do recommend all ladies to come for your beauty improvement.

Their team responded fast and precise to my questions. There was a doctor who examined my skin but since I requested for a female nurse or doctor to do the procedure, they also happily granted my request and let a female facialist do my facials. I had Hydrofacial procedure and it was perfect from the beginning till the end. The machine they used was very effective and I felt the results as soon as it finishes, my skin was glowing right after.

Only great comments for this place! I have been visiting them for four months in a row and i have to say they’re quite amazing! All the staff is very attentive and professional. Thanks guys!
