I
have
visited
them
last
year
and
I
was
very
pleased
with
the
clinic
but
today
was
an
absolute
disaster,
the
waiting
room
was
very
hot
and
even
though
they
didn’t
seem
to
be
busy
at
all
I
didn’t
get
the
same
service
like
the
last
time
,
the
Dr
was
very
friendly
with
me.
But
the
regulations
of
the
MOPH
weren’t
followed,
at
any
clinic
or
hospital
the
patient
would
be
presented
with
a
consent
form
before
any
procedure
,however,
that
wasn’t
the
case
for
me
,
after
I
was
done
and
paid
for
my
procedure
and
just
before
leaving,
the
nurse
asked
me
to
sign
,
I
said
‘
that
should
have
happened
before
not
after
‘
and
before
finishing
my
sentence
the
receptionist
(
Mariam)
jumped
in
the
conversation
saying’
it
can
be
signed
before
or
after
she
is
very
busy
and
has
a
lot
of
things
to
do
‘
when
I
clearly
mentioned
that
my
conversation
was
not
with
her
(
the
receptionist)
she
said
‘
she
is
our
colleague’
,
when
I
turned
back
to
ask
for
the
name
of
the
receptionist
I
found
them
laughing
(
two
receptionists
and
the
nurse)
,
that
tells
me
that
the
regulations
are
followed
based
on
how
busy
the
nurses
are!!
As
a
patient
I
need
to
be
informed
and
explained
about
the
risks
before
any
simple
or
major
procedure
regardless
how
busy
the
staff
are
,
not
only
to
be
transparent
but
also
to
comply
with
the
ministry
of
health
regulations.
Not
to
mention
the
poor
customer
service
as
well
.
