Beautiful hotel, big rooms and appartments, very clean, beds are so comfortable. The roof top pool is amazing with great views of downtown Doha, the staff are professional and polite always happy to help you with what ever you need. Highly recommend this hotel. 🫶🏻

We went for the World Cup. Rooms were great. We had an apartment style room with 2 bedrooms and a front room area. It also had a full kitchen. What a great stay. Staff was awesome, room service was prompt and always on point. Anytime we left for a game and came back, the room was spotless. The mood lounge was great. We watched some games there and also swam. Staff was really nice.

A great value for money 5 star hotel apartment. Ideal for families and nicely located at reasonable distance from key landmarks. Cleanliness and housekeeping is remarkable. Newly built so rooms and hotel facilities are a delight to use. The kids playing area is a blessing as kids can enjoy hours in the hotel.

The 2 bedroom studio was big , it can take up to 5 individuals, it was clean with good service and friendly staff. The studio had all amenities from kitchen dishes , silverware , pots oven microwave and dishwasher. Iron, ironing table and blow dry were also included. It was a pleasant stay

The guy at the pool, the guys at the door. The team in the dining room . I can't thank you all enough. Please know that you are all appreciated. People raved about the breakfast in their reviews and I can't argue with them. There's an array foods to choose from plus a menu where you can order your eggs how you like them. There are also crepes and their French toast. Oh man the French toast!! The closest metro station is Al Sadd. It's about a 30 minute walk. Crossing the roads can be tricky, particularly because there is one lane for u-turns so be careful. If you're not dining at the hotel there are options galore within walking distance. There's a good gym, sauna, steam room and I think there's a spa. The rooms were clean and well maintained. I didn't find fixtures falling off. If you have little people, there's also a kids club for kids up to the age of 12. And if you want club night, there's the Mood Lounge Yes, I would stay here again!

The building new is aesthetically pleasing and nicely furnished. It had a family atmosphere. Almost all guest are. I booked the two bedroom suite. Nicely furnished and housekeeping was very good. Kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to cook a meal. Two problems with that suite was the bed, only for my partner, I found it ok. The noise from the Main Street. I highly recommend that you ask for a room looking over the parking lot or the the hotel entrance. I was granted a late check out, so that was a nice gesture. No nearby service , supermarket, coffee shops, cleaners. Although some can be found at a good walking distance, only for young sporty guys .

great location for Qatar World Cup 2022 stay, for first week of the tournament. The staff at Le Serre restaurant were outstanding. The rooms were clean and ample room as a studio suite format. The one bedroom could comfortably fit 3-4 people, although we were only 2. Adequate gym with friendly staff - the sauna and steam rooms were an added benefit to detox after a night of world cup revelry. Very nice rooftop pool and bar/restaurant - we didn’t fully take advantage given we spent most days out for world cup matches enjoying other parts of Doha, along the Corniche board walk. However it was a great place to unwind with cocktail to top off a night (licensed). The location of the hotel is a bit of ways out from most of action in Doha, but for the price more than adequate. Overall a great stay.

We are a family visiting from Canada and honestly, this hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff are very professional, helpful and polite. The reception welcomed us very nicely and guided us to our suite with an explanation of the available amenities. The room service makes our suite very clean and tidy. The only cons I need to mention here are the rug and Wi-Fi. The rug makes a lot of lint. I already mentioned that to the helpful reception team and they immediately took the right action, thanks to Ashraf. Also, sometimes the Wifi disconnects. However, the communication team are supper attentive and helpful. Breakfast at La Serre was terrific because of the lovely staff there, Manal, Charles, Ghada and Suhaila are very professional and extremely nice. They really made our mornings with their beautiful smiles and warm welcome. The food is tasty too. Overall, as a family, you will love and enjoy your stay at Doubletree Downtown Doha!

Had been for my Birthday to Mood Rooftop lounge it's an amazing place to be the ambience is very good . Nice place for photo lovers. The service given by Ali was amazing as my friend is pure vegetarian we had requested for a veg burger and he arranged it for us even tho they did not have it in the menu. Thanks Ali

We had a very pleasant stay in the hotel. When we arrived in the hotel our check in was delayed for a while since the room we booked was not available in the moment,but “Seray” (not sure if i spelled it correctly😁) of front desk took care of it immediately and upgraded our room right away so we can go to our room and relax. Since it was a birthday gift for our daughter, we are very happy with the upgrade and our daughter was so thrilled when she saw our room! She roamed every corner of our suite and runned across all the rooms with excitement!All our request was attended swiftly by the staffs and you don’t even have to ask for house keeping since they are the one who will offer to clean your room!Cool!Overall,this hotel is highly recommended. Staffs are accommodating and warm. Definitely coming back for another stay.👍

We had an absolutely fantastic experience during our two-night stay! We highly recommend it. However, there is one minor aspect to consider: the food options, especially during breakfast, could benefit from more variety.

It's not bad for short stays, although it's not the best place either. It has good qualities in the rooms, the customer service leaves a little to be desired, it is not a hotel focused on food and beverage, and this should be at least indicative. The gym is closed until further notice, something important, especially when you can't do much else in this city. Disappointed The breakfasts are scarce, they need to improve the presentation, distribution, menus... The cooks do not shave or wear a kitchen hat, it is Interesting to see that they do not keep their hygienic measures up to date, especially in the restaurant called "la serre" and represents France. The management has a big job to do.

Breakfast it's horrible like 3 star hotel, spoil food like beef bacon, it's off, yogurt, it's not natural. Missing items like Greek yoghurt, gluten-free items, sausages, mushrooms.... After numerous complaints, breakfast still not improved. Updated 12 sep not improved Chefs not maintaining hygiene standards, no wearing uniform, no wearing hats, not shaving. I hope they wash their hands at least. URGENT!! Wrong order to my wife who is dairy allergy, chefs and service still providing dairy even after the advise, this is very serious. The gym is fully functional. During the day, you can not order drinks in the pool. Servers said you have to wait 45 minutes, at least

The hotel was really great. We stayed for three nights at a studio. The room had beautiful view of the beach and the old port. The room and bathroom are spacious. It is really clean. We had an extra bed which was not comfortable. It’s located near Doha’s downtown, souq waqif, the old port.

Great for family that needs for a peaceful and silent place. For group of friends who wants a party like singing and other noisy stuff, this may not the place you want go. Speakers are not allowed here.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights celebrating our kids' finishing their school year and our youngest's 11th birthday. We all had an amazing time! From the minute we walked in, Swetha from the reception was all smiles and was very accommodating and kind. She even arranged for a birthday cake delivered to our room for my son's birthday! The welcome cookies were also appreciated. Iljomor from the concierge happily showed us to our suite and was very helpful with the questions we had. The extra pillows and blanket we requested were provided immediately. We had a wonderful time at the pool. Housekeeping was great. Everything was perfect! We will be considering DoubleTree by Hilton Doha Downtown for all our family celebrations and milestone events from now on!

This place is absolutely stunning, it's perfect hotel for a family. The rooms are spacious, beautiful, neat and has all the necessary amenities with 24hr room service. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were amazing and very helpful, Suren checked us in and he was super helpful. The only thing lacking in the hotel is the breakfast standards, it's not up to scratch at all. The hotel is in a good location and easy access to most to places through uber, uber is reasonable in doha. Will recommend this hotel.

I always travel around for work …but what i faced here ,never happened before …first of all no king size bed as all the rooms with it were given ,they gave me 2 double bed combined and it was the most uncomfortable sleep i ever got …second i called the reception the second day morning as i wanted to have an urgent local call in qatar and she was like no sir you cannot have the call you need to deposit on the room first and i was like seriously the call of 2 minutes that will cost 5 riyal you want me to put deposit for it ???as if i will leave the hotel without paying the 5 riyal 😅that was so funny …so unprofessional..and one of the worst experiences…

Greeted with smiles from all staff. Rooms were spacious and clean, the bed was so comfy it was hard to get up everyday! The bathrooms were spotless. Kids loved the pool area. The two bedroom apartment was on par with executive suites at luxury hotels we have stayed in which demanded a higher premium with the added convenience of a fully equipped kitchen and clothes washing/drying facilities. Great family apartment hotel.

I was a Hilton fan until I checked in this property. Duty Manager needs training on ‘how not to talk to customers and ruin their night’ Stayed one more night just because I paid, Cancelled next 3 day stay with Hilton. No Hilton Anymore.

Perfect stay. Amazing breakfast with the best staff and special thanks to Manoj for the dessert. Check in was done smoothly (though there was no cookies😞) and the bell attendant Nicholas was very attentive and polite. The room was spotless, thanks to the housekeeping team with all the amenities set in the room.

The receptionist that booked us in is so kind and helpful. She even enroll us in one of their program. We had a great stay and a memorable party. We’re so glad we choose this hotel

We just checked out of the Doubletree a few hours back. We stayed 3 days as a stop over to our next destination. Our hotel experience was wonderful and we have only great things to say. The breakfast was incredible (my kids really looked forward to it everyday). The rooms were immaculate. Our flight was late evening and they offered late check out at 4. I never heard of such a late check out time (and we travel quite a bit)! Suren was very kind from the front desk. Vijay was very helpful as well. The cafeteria staff were always accommodating. Thank you for a memorable stay with our three kids. We would recommend this place to anyone!

Excellent room, unbeatable throughout Qatar. Bathroom was amazing, the pool was good and restaurant very good. Breakfast was again excellent and faultless. Close to all attractions.

We stayed at the DoubleTree Downtown for 2 nights for a long layover with our 2 children. We arrived late in the evening and we were welcomed very warmly (although sadly, no welcome cookies) and we were ushered to our upgraded room quickly. It was great to have a fast, smooth check-in, as our kids were extremely tired from our flight. Our 2-bedroom suite was very clean and quite spacious. The in-room washer/dryer was a huge plus when traveling with kids. We were able to easily get to the hotel from the airport, as well as going to some of the main tourist locations, using rideshare. Overall, a fantastic hotel for families.

Super nice service and the rooms are amazing. The Philippine doorman, the lobby manager, the lady receptionist are all nice, service-oriented, considerate. The facility is good and the room is spacious! There’s even a full kitchen in the room and a contactless phone charger.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in at Qatar, the apartment was very clean and perfectly sized , hotel staff are very nice and helpful, easily accessible large underground car parking , location is perfect , unfortunately there is 1 big drawback that I really was annoyed with and probably I will not choose this hotel next time because of this , there is a lounge (Mood Lounge) on the top floor ( 9th floor) where I can hear the loud music beat from my apartment ( 6th floor) , the music will stay from 10 PM until 2:30 am , it was really annoying and made me uncomfortable when I was trying to sleep , I called the receptionist ( very nice guy) , he said that he will try to let them lower the volume , but still you can hear the music beat through the walls. I wish if they consider closing this lounge, it is very sad that a perfect hotel in all aspects started from that staff to the apartment and hotel amenities , yet such one single drawback will let hotel guests to avoid this hotels next time

We stayed at the two bedroom suite for 4 days. Everything was amazing! The hotel is very new, everyone at the hotel was nice and sweet and the suite was cleaned every day. We'll definitely stay here again next time. This hotel is a true 5 star hotel :)

I took my parents to Doha for 4 nights and this was our first trip. Didn't know where to book since Doha is filled with hotels. So glad I came across this beautiful and new Doubletree hotel on C Ring Road. From the time we step into the hotel to the time we left, we were warmly greeted and embraced by the staff. Their entire crew of staff are kind, helpful, and always willing to go out of their way to assist us. Thank you to the front desk staff namely Mariaa, Komal, and the girls that took the time to chat with me. Vijay at concierge helped arrange 2 tours for us where we got to do a city tour and dhow boat cruise, and another day of desert outing with dune bashing and camel rides. So fun! Jan, Nicholas and the rest of the valet staff that would bring my food deliveries to our room. Thank you for the great service! La Serra... where we had our breakfast every morning, the staff are so warm and friendly, always a smile and meticulous service. Thank you Manil, Souhaila, Charles, Pari, Rosa, and the rest of the crew. Thank you for the friendship and hospitality. I cannot wait to bring my family back to Doha.

Our visit was made all the more fantastic by the lovely staffs here. Starting from receptionist forgot her name made us very welcome. Shweta at the front desk is very helpful escorted us to the restaurant and gave us information about hotel facilities and offered us if we need a show around the hotel. The hotel is new room are good with balconies, kitchen with everything what everyone needs in a 5star hotel. Thank you everyone for the great service will be back soon.

The staff from the bell boy to the receptionist were amazing and professional. Really liked the cookies had to request for another one.The room was spotless, very brand new and well equipped . The bed was so comfortable. Anas, an attendant at the restaurant was very helpful by guiding us through the breakfast options. I must say they’ll need to improve on the breakfast as there’s no much options apart from eggs, a cheese platter and some pastry. Overall it was a great stay.

Its my first time visiting Doha,staying with my family for a couple of weeks and already could tell how professional the staff are .
