Let me start by asking how much are you guys paying people to leave a good review lol… This is the worst hotel I been to for that price, I was better off going on Stoney…first room they put me in had dirty comforters used towels still hanging in washroom, dirty/peeling jacuzzi and the floors was dirty. I wouldn’t recommend this spot to my enemy they need to be closed down and renovated💯 Don’t waste your bread.

Absolutely disgusting rooms🤢. They don't vacuum, the rooms smell like cigarette butts🤢😷. They don't clean the rooms at all🤢. This is the nastiest hotel. They don't clean the rooms. It was still a full garbage in the room when we got in it. The tub was brown and dusty. I mean absolutely disgusting. How is the place even in business. I reported them to several business bureaus and IDFPR of Illinois. This place was beyond disgusting. Beyond. Terrible hotel service, and these rooms range from 70 to 200 bucks. 90 bucks for a nasty refrigerator, stained up sticky carpet, they don't clean the AC/Heating systems and you can smell it. Just disgusting.

My membership was revoked (for life) because I complained about mold and mildew on the cover of the hottub on two separate occasions. And the gentleman I spoke with was very brash about the situation. I had no violations or incidents, just two unsatisfactory experiences after being a member for about 4 years. The nerve.

THE ENTIRE HOTEL HAS BED BUGS!!!! STAYED IN ROOM 109.... I was NEVER offered another room nor do they want to give a refund... ALL OF THE STAFF has a nasty attitude and they SUCK at customer service.... Do not go to this hotel.. . STAY AWAY. . TERRIBLE..... TERRIBLE.... TERRIBLE

Poor experience, inadequate towels(2), the complimentary soap bars were smashed into pieces, the most disturbing aspect roaches (killed 4), ewwwe..

Spoke with Brenda over the phone previously my wife and I stayed there overnight was very fortunate for my wife to meet at interact with Brenda she is outstanding The facility was clean and everyone there housekeeping was polite and attentive to our needs looking forward to coming back there this coming June and a huge shout out to Brenda outstanding customer service You can hear the warm smile through the phone highly recommend this location and introduce yourself to Brenda

Very noisy, party like atmosphere, and super sexual environment! The front desk doesn't do much, but rent you the room so don't expect much more! However, the housekeeping is very nice and hospitable!

This room is not how it looks on the website, really strong cigarette smell soon as I walked in the room .The floors were filthy the people at the desk aren’t helpful for anything .. The covers definitely was a no it was literally a whole in the wall ! Only good thing was the tv it had Netflix , Hulu ,YouTube Apple TV everything you’d just have to log into your own another plus is it’s plenty of stores and restaurants around there other than the tv and stuff that place is a dump literally.

We only stopped at this place because our vehicle was overheating I would not recommend this place to anyone the lobby was locked up so you had to go to the window to get service Just like if you were going to order at McDonald's and the bedrooms were not clean

Most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been to. The toilet had poop stains in it. Floors where gross. Hot tub looked like it had an std. On top of the fact it wasn’t any blankets. Front desk wouldn’t offer a new room or refund. Would rather have slept in my car (was in the area for one night) except it was -20 out

DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!! ROACHES AND BEDBUGS!!! DIRTY AND UNPROFESSIONAL. MY LADY RAN TF OUT OF THERE AFTER A ROACH CRAWLED ON HER AND I DIDNT GET MY REFUND.THE FIRST LINE ON THEIR POLICY IS TO GET A REFUND IN 10MINS.I RATHER SLEEP IN MY CAR OR ON A BUS BENCH..

Worse hotel I ever stayed at in my life and I've stayed at plenty read the reviews and believe them they charge 49.00 for parking because they know there's No street parking. I valet guy offered to help with my bags and forgot to put my birthday bag inside the car which never came back up so they took my birthdayirt just horrible.

Overrated!!!!! Overpriced......might as well had got a room on stony island. The jacuzzi was literally peeling off on my body....not pleased at all.

It served its purpose. The jacuzzi was nice. Sorry we got water all over the floor. Needs a bubble bath packet,My lady friend was tripping over that.

Room was nice clean and decent for the price...the lady in the store was super nice...the only thing is it didn't have a microwave other than that I really enjoyed myself.

The room didn't have the second bolt lock on there you know almost like how you have in most houses as like a chain lock at the top of most doors and u can barely open the door. I didn't like that I didn't feel safe I couldn't really go to sleep n didn't think it was properly clean

Owner disclosed my information to my kids father on whose. Names were on the room. Fridge didn’t work! Bed bug infested. With crackheads everywhere!
