This is a Super Chicken Philly for 14.99 and I am disappointed in size. Leaves me wondering the size of the regular. The chicken Philly is different then it use to be. Over all not work the wait nor the price.

I ordered an Italian beef dipped with nacho cheese and hot peppers, a philly mix with just American cheese and peppers dipped, mild sauce on the fries and a watermelon lemonade. NONE of the stuff I ordered was correct. My meat was undercooked, my watermelon lemonade was strawberry, and my fries were undone and DRY, and my philly wasn’t even a philly. I’ve been coming to this location for years, but this is the first and last time I will allow them to disappoint me. In the photo, the meat is dark on one side and pink and gray on the other. The pic of the fries speaks for itself.

Terrible place to order from! I ordered through DoorDash and they didn’t give them my drink or the cookies that I ordered! DoorDash was great and had the order redelivered and they didn’t give them the drink AGAIN! They gave me some random cake when I clearly ordered cookies and now they won’t answer the phone! The Italian beef was dry, and overcooked and the fries were not seasoned at all and soggy! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! It was my first time ordering from them but never again. DO NOT waste your money here!!!

Came night of Sept 8, 2023 and was very rudely spoken to by an older unattractive slim female cashier of Caucasian/Hispanic decent wearing baggy clothing and working the drive thru. SHE ALSO MADE YOUR BUSINESS LOSE OUT ON WELL OVER $50 because she thought it was a good idea to be disrespectful behind the window ….key words…. “Behind the window.” The first red flag was when I pulled up to the menu screen & microphone, she wouldn’t let me finish my sentence. The second was when I arrived at the window, she refused to bag food separately for two separate customer orders. As she declined doing so she was extremely rude in her tone & also used the word “babe” in an attempt to be demeaning. I asked her not to speak to me like that or call me that again and she chose to respond by saying “Okay HUN!” as a ploy to be sarcastic and disrespectful once more. Very ignorant. I never once raised my voice or even cursed so to be spoken to in that way let me know right away not to patronize the business and I cancelled the entire order as it sat ready to be bagged. She wasted customer time and the business’ time/money and didn’t bat an eyelash as she did it. Im a business owner myself and would NEVER hire someone who would happily watch MY MONEY go down the drain. People like her prove why they are where they are in life. I’ll refer back to visiting the Baba’s on the other end of SIBLEY, which is barely 5 minutes away and I’d suggest the same for those reading this review. You’d hate to wait a half hour in line just for it to happen to you too!

Y’all always tryin to come for my girl in the window! Leave her alone! She do her job! She’s a sweetheart YALL just be rude as hell so wth you expect her to act! Food be bomb as hell for me soo I got no complaints! She knows me from door dash and regularly coming! I stay coming back soo pffttt!!

They said that they would give me a really big chicken and they did but they told me to go in the back and it tasted really good i would recommend the white sauce because it comes out warm Really good place 10/10

Crispy Philly steak and chicken mix terrible more cheese and onion than meat and it’s not crispy at all. The worst I’ve ever had. I’ve also call 10 times back to back and no one answered.

I ordered a Philly steak with fries for 10 bucks and wish I went elsewhere. Sandwiche was a nice site but was filled with more veggies than meat... they told me I should of got the super Philly.... I guess for 10 bucks you only get lettuce tomatoe and a hint of steak

I ordered the chicken special the chicken was under cooked. The chicken and fries were old made me sick. I took it back no apology or anything.

Chicken tenders taste like yo great granny fried them. Seasoned to perfection! Didnt care for the italian beef. It was tasty but the texture of the meat I dont like. I got it w mozzarella and nachos cheese. It tasted really good the 2nd day Next time I'll try the gyro cheeseburger. But I always get the chicken tenders growing in mild sauce and extra lemon pepper. Too fye! And a blue/mango or peach/mango lemonade

Have always enjoyed their food. Google states they close at 4am. Staff states 320am. Will not take order even if you have been waiting 20 minutes to place order. Google stated time should be adjusted if this is true closing time.

THEY ARE THE WORST! My order was not correct and it was missing items…Poor Customer Service.

Called to order 6 orders over the phone. All the fries were cold and the steak philly lacked flavor. Called and was told to bring it back and they would make a new one. When I got to the store they refused saying I ate some of it which was only one bite. Customer service was horrible and wasted $80. Never again!

Food is not the same as it was when I was growing up. I had my usual Chicken Philly with everything plus mild sauce as I did back in the day. There were more veggies than meat. Sauce tasted watered down.

The food was great the service wasn't so good. The young lady had an attitude.

Ordered a chicken philly with fries. 3 bites into my sandwich I feel something sharp in my mouth. A big piece of a darn chicken bone I hope. Like how does that happen with white meat chicken. Never in all my years has this ever happened to me. I would never order from this place let alone have my family members either. Just sickening

I was there tonight…. The cashier had a terrible attitude. I have never experienced this from them ever and I frequently eat here. The food was great but if I go back I just won’t go late at night because the staff seems a bit on edge and confrontational.

I think they have new owners? Food is not the same but the customer service is better. Cheesesteak does not taste as fresh or flavorful and portions are smaller. This place used to be my go to :(

They charge for mild sauce to be put on food but then barley put any on the food. The prices on the menu are different from what they ring you up as. I been coming here to long for that. The fat light girl got a attitude problem too. I won’t be coming here again. I’ll go to big babas down the street

Food was good fries as well. I also got the loaded fries. Just needed a little more season in the meat but everything was very good. Lemonade was good too.

Bad staff. Quoted contents of meal package incorrectly. Very, very, very slow service. This happened at lunch time. I ordered the corn beef meal. The person who took my order said it came with a drink. After paying at next window she told me it didn't come with a drink and that I had to pay extra. It was a 30 minute wait.
