They have no clear time management. Theres lot of dilly dallying. They provided a very layman service & for the cost it's just all very mediocre. They need more professionalism. Edit: Reply to the "response". Didn't tell you?? The first thing I said was I have hair trimming. I also reminded your staff 3 times. So did my sister. And I wasn't talking about professionalism in my hair trimming. I know it's a basic service. I was talking about my sister's haircut. I had called twice the day before to book the appointment and the person said it is booked. Not my problem if you didn't write that down. Next time try bettering yourself rather than blaming the clients. Make yourself worth affording the service, then we'll invest in the services. You can keep your 10% discount.

Worst experience ever..the way that hair dresser was washing my hair i got strain on my neck it was so uncomfortable. Also while giving blow dry setting the heat level was max which is not good for curly hair,as a hairdresser they should learn this things first .I would not recommend any one for west branch

Went for a haircut which was done by Jagruti. Amazing service. The staff is very friendly and sweet. The ambience is pretty good too. Would surely recommend.

Today I visited zuicch for the first time with my mother and it couldn't be any better! Amazing experience! All their staff are so kind and polite.. We did a couple of services. We both did facial pedicure manicure head massage and wash threading waxing etc. All of the services were delivered with lot of dedication and very professionally by the staff. Shweta did most services for my mother and she absolutely loved it. Head massage and threading was done by another staff which was also very nice. Mayuri did all the services for me, I was so so relaxed and I thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it..so much that I slept through all of the massages..haha..Mayuri you have got magic in your hands..God bless you my dear! Will see you next time 🙂

I am a regular customer for the zuicch salon bcoz of their service. I just got my hairspa and haircut . Evrything went smoothly.i love the haircut. Members are very friendly here. One can be in their comfort zone. Ambience is great too. Must visit.
