My father had a surgery in Sparsh hospital. The hospital is very neat and and hygiene is very well maintained. The admission and discharge process was also very smooth. The staff(Nurse,RMO,sisters) were very cooperative and would handle patient with utmost care. The doctor(Mr. Sonawane) was also very supportive and would attain every patient with care. The overall cost is reasonable. Only 1 thing I observed is for emergency patients there should be elevator on the ground floor which would take them to ICU.

Dr. Amol Sonawane guided my father for his hernia surgery and did a very good job. The hospital staff and everyone is very cooperative. The in house food served to patients is also of very good quality. Overall I will recommend this hospital for medical services.

The diagnosis and treatment is excellent. Facilities are top class. The services rendered by staff ( mamas and mavshis, sisters, RMOs) are prompt and without delay. Cleanliness and hygiene is very good. Admin department is efficient and smooth and very helpful. Overall the patient and relatives need not worry about the patient care and follow up. Sorry to say but the hospital is ok but i admit their for my cystro with rt ursl surgery in this week for this dr vivek jadav who done by surgery is very arrogant in taking while when i m in operation theater he talking very nonsense thing with me . I m not in that condition in operation theater but is no sense to talk with patients. He feelme that he is doing my operation in free of cost. I never seen such a arrogant dr on my life.

One of the best facilities in Dombvli Staff and Doctor both are co operative. Most important Dr Amol Very clear thoughts and diagnosis whatever I had experienced with him in last 2 years.

The Chemists loot like anything!! Everything is triple the price. Same medicine/equipment outside would cost just 170, they charged 370, NOT RECOMMENDED ❌❌❌

Good hospital with grate facility.Doctors and nurse are very good and kind but RMO need to change there behaviour specially(second Flore general ward)

Competent Doctors, my father was admitted for over a month He received excellent treatment at par with treatment available in 5 star hospitals. Dr. Amol Sonawane was very nice and has lot of patience. I recommend Sparsh for genuine treatment.

Dr was very professional and thorough on my last appointment. Prior to that nurse practitioner was also very attentive and displayed genuine interest and concern. The phlebotomist has taken blood from me twice recently and I have been very relaxed, and the procedure went smoothly. The receptionists both face to face and during the initial contact were friendly helpful well organised and welcoming. Your service has been first class. Friendly staff & doctors always professional.

5 star is just in 2 opd and all coz of Dr Amol Sonawane-i was recommended for him by my friend for GI Infection. He is quick and with good knowledge, post my moms demise due to cancer (which was lack of patience by routine dr in listening, incorrect next followup and casual on cough, late investigation was reason detected at last stage) i lost trust in Dr which i realised not all are same meeting him.Thanks

Hospital management is pathetic. Lady rmo is rudely behaviour. Mediclaim department that guy is very rudely talking with patient's relative no Politeness. Nursing staff is good. When we return unuse medicine to medical they are not given full amount of that medicine. One of my suggestion to the hospital owner that anyone admitte to your hospital, patient's relatives and friends are coming to meet them so per person hospital will have to charge some amount like rs 100/- and that amount goes to patient's account help in final payment of the patient. That amount hospital will deduct from final bill amount..in that manner craud will less in the hospital.

The Hospital is very clean and neat with all facilities available. Affordable admission cost + room cost too. Free food for patient, no need to worry about relative, if you are alone admitted staff takes care of it. Excellent management with humble behaviour. Smooth mediclaim process, no hidden charges.

Very much clean nd all nurse, mama, mavshi are polite. They maintain good hygiene nd cleaning done for twice a day. I had fracture nd got operated and took special twin sharing room. Overall staff nd treatement is nice. Rating would be slightly more than 4. I will recommend this to everyone.

Agreed that this hospital is blessed with good doctors but then somewhere the professional attitude is missing within the entire administration. OPD is never ever met on time, you are always required to spend atleast 2 hrs (minimum) for your regular OPD appointment. Not sure why a best solution not yet adopted in this front (OPD) when you have good facilities.

Good hospital, staff is very supportive. Doctor also diagnosed my wife's kidney infection quickly.

We have been coming to doctor from last 4-5 years and our experience with the hospital is always welcoming, comforting and nice. Both the doctors are excellent. Staff is proactive and helpful. Billing department guides and helps you at very stage. Reception is really warm and welcoming. Special mention to sisters like manasi sis, Shilpa sis, sakshi sis and many. Dignosis & treatment from the doctors are quick & very good. The admission & discharge process went very smoothly. All the staff is very cooperative & helpful. Deluxe rooms are very specious but Special room with double occupancy is bit conjusted and uncomfortable for the person who is with patient.Overall experience was very satisfactory. It's no 1 hospital in Dombivli. I got a good treatment all the staff is very punctual and quick and taking care also the food quality is no 1. Treatment is also good. I thank Dr Vahane and all the staff and mediclaim dept Mr pradeep sir and Vrushali madam.

I was calling to take info about ENT surgery and mediclaim that girl on call was rude that she is taking like hell. Can we can't call for info again if I lost number. If you are treating customers on call like this then how your are treating in hospital. Worst experience in beginning only then I will not come there ever will chose another hospital for sure. I wants to do surgery in March only. Worst worst worst.

Kavita Goswami was admited on 31st dec23 evening. Hospital is well metained clean and hygine. All staff is too good and patient is treated well on time specialy for lunch dinner. Overall everything is excellent keepit up. do not let this standard down like other hospital. Will love to see same hygine same treatment and everything forever so that on refering to others about this hospital will get same rateing and same happy going patient and same star rateing.
