Be aware- This is the worst hospital. Team of doctors has zero co-ordination. Huge and unnecessary cost (6-7 lakhs for Angioplasty). They don't take actions for many days (just wait and watch telling to stabilize the patient).Go for second opinion outside immediately. these doctors don't have any anticipation of treatments they are providing. Doctors don't fix time schedule for visits and don't provide any inputs, course of action to the relatives. Cardiology doctor Dr.Anuj Bhasin is THE worst - he will take 5-7 days holiday/off , once he earns money with initial treatment he don't care if patient will go critical and you loose your relative for sure. Pathetic doctors and administrations. As soon patient's bill crosses 8-10+ lakh, they will ask to settle the bill and re-admit the patient again with next huge cost.

I was resisting myself to write a review for the Hospital but now I have to due to unnecessary headache and hence this review. Misplacing the files, not knowing the protocols for icu procedures and other procedures too if required, and the top of it not having the correct diagnosis, we suffered a lot. Always take a second opinion if you are suggested angio. The contact given by them for a cardiac ambulance (do not take their help for transportation) did not even have a monitor working. They charged a lot for nothing. Even the supporting ambulance doctor was not knowing the basics. Not all the doctors and service men or women to blame, but overall what we get is discomfort and headache. They should maintain the quality on all platforms.

Icon Hospital Dombivli Manpada Road operates medical cards of different types of insurance companies.But if you pay in cash, I think you may be charged more. You should decide carefully about it.

Good Experience. Service improved since last one year. Had bad experience in October when my mother was admitted. This time I am pleasantly surprised. Stay was comfortable as possible. Rooms were maintained properly. The nursing staff were great.

The medical treatment provided was very good. The RMO who visited our home to check my father were very polite. The nursing staff were good. The ward boys were very helpful. The food for the patient was good. The rooms need renovation.

Don't fall to trap of fake review. My father got admitted here in the year 2016 or 2017 for Prostate surgery. Their service is bad as well as they are money minded people. And my father got no relief after operation. I have mentioned my review but google deleted it. So use your brain before taking any family member for operation to any hospital. take second opinion also just don't trust any Dr or hospital blindly.

The IV was not removed while discharge and one of the injections which was not to be given through IV was given through IV. Hospital was clean. Overall good experience.

Doctors are good but facilities are only on paper. Poor adminstration . On admission they provide kit but only on paper if you insist then only you will get. There's no co ordination bet admin and diet dept . N3

Doctors did a commendable job on treatment apart from that the best experience was with Sister Priya patil, she was like an angel sent to fix me she was always there to take care of me and assured me that i will get well soon when i was having sleepless nights i have never seen commitment like what she has for a patient Thank you very much for all the care you gave!!! Prompt response and utmost care given from hospital. The doctors on board are excellent who give all evaluation for best well being of patient. All the nursing staff and support staff of ward boys, canteen, security and pharmacy are also good. Cleanliness and maintenance needs to be taken care of.

Bad support staff, Ok doctors. Update: Pathetic hospital. They just want to lynch money out of you. Update 2: Never thought it could go any bad, but it did. They were simply not allowing us to discharge when we got to know there was nothing wrong with the patient and they were forcefully keeping us thinking they got a bakra. After literally telling them its my right to take a discharge and you can't forcefully keep on administering us any drugs you feel like and keep on having any random tests, they discharged. Icing on cake was that they didn't even give any medicines after discharge, literally no sense of responsibility at all!!! All this after charging me with 89k for 1.5 days! Update 3: The happy phase never ends. Now they are causing issues with the final bill as well. Due to work, I am currently in another state and couldn't be with my parents and they said on the call that they gave all papers during discharge but after I checked with my parents after they came back home - The main bill itself wasn't available. So this ultimately caused me a lot of issues with my Insurance. Would never ever ever recommend it to anyone.

A hospital which has some excellent doctors, warm & efficient nurses and good support staff. The care given by the hospital staff ensured my wife, who was admitted with dengue and serve stomach pain was cured and sent home within 2 days. Even when we went for a review after two days, the staff & nurses were kind enough to enquire about her well being. Overall my experience with the hospital has been a very positive one

One of the best hospitals experience I ever had. Complete follow up of covid-19 norms. Clean & hygiene atmosphere. Man to man marking of staff for each patient. All latest equipment. Everything is okay but they don't have parking.
