I recently visited this hotel with my daughter and her cousins for a swim and lunch, excited to experience their newly refurbished bar and pool for the first time. Unfortunately, our visit was marred by a safety concern at the pool. Upon entering the pool, I slipped at the edge of the steps, resulting in a painful injury. The edges of the steps were unexpectedly sharp and hazardous. I immediately informed the pool attendant about the danger, suggesting that a redesign of the steps or the addition of rail guards could prevent future accidents, given the narrow and sharp-edged nature of the steps. Regrettably, my concerns were underscored when, about an hour later, my daughter sustained a deep cut in the same spot, leading to significant distress and a lot of bleeding with a swollen foot. While the staff administered first aid, no further gestures of care or concern were extended to us during this upsetting incident. Our hope for a kind gesture or acknowledgment of the accident was unmet, and full payment for the services was demanded without any consideration for the incidents. They clearly don't give a hoot about their clients, they just want their money. They don't prioritize the well-being of their guests. This pool is clearly horribly designed and is a danger to users. They have this policy where you pay for the use of the pool plus another 10 Cedis per head which is refundable when you're done and leaving the venue. I paid for four meaning they were to refund 40 Cedis. They did not give me the money. Really horrible experience.

Excellent place to spend some time with loved ones in Accra. Their recently added pool and restaurant area is top notch and relaxing. Professional and supportive workers. I highly recommend this place for your weekend getaway

Stayed at Park View when I was in Accra and I really had a nice time. Right from booking on their website, they were very responsive. The rooms are neat and the staff are courteous. I'll definitely use them again when I'm in Accra.

It's a decent hotel overall. However 1. They gave me the wrong room on my first day. 2. One of their receptionists was consistently rude and unprofessional. 3. It takes too long for the restaurant to serve food ordered. 4. They don't give you change at the restaurant unless you ask for it. They feel they're entitled to a tip even without your consent.

Very polite and welcoming staff. They clean the room very well each day. The breakfast is simple, but sufficient and high quality. The entrance is gated and there is a 24 hour security guard so it feels very safe. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked very nice & we saw people cleaning it frequently. The location was nice because it is in a quieter part of the city, but still easy to get around (10-15 min drive to university of Ghana and 20-25 min drive to the airport). I would definitely stay here again.
