First time coming here and let me say this first. As it is very rare in Ghana's restaurants, WAITER & WAITRESS ARE GREAT.... Customer service is on point. They allow me to charge my phone without requested me to order first. They were gentle and Nice and i love that. The Fooood taste nice. I took chicken and fries and one coke. There are some sits inside and more outside. They said free Wifi but they were a password. Maybe i should ask the code but i didnt. If you like AC and you need to charge your phone, stay inside. They respect Covid security measure. I spent a very Nice time there. It was not crowded (Tuesday 3pm). Kids would also love to come. I definitely recommend.

For all the KFC branches I've been to, this is the place I enjoyed the food so well. They have good customer service and customer relationship seriously. Their chicken is so big and the potato chips has good taste. Even I couldn't eat all the food I bought, I really enjoyed it. I went there with a date and she enjoyed too. That's the branch I really enjoyed the real taste of KFC Anytime you wanna try KFC, eat from this place.

It is amazing and fantastic. It has a place you can eat both outside and inside. The workers are good at their jobs and the place is most of the time neat. The food is read in less than five minutes and the workers are kind enough to give you extra ketchups if you want.

First of all , in 2021 , nice ine for the new design improvement, we do like it The price are correct , the food is fine but the crushers , come on guys , it's awesome , just for 9 cedis Pretty glad to get a little portion anytime I pass by Keep it up (shoutout to mathilda, don't know her personne, but she served me back in March 2021, it was late but still did her job correct)

As with any KFC outlet, the food is standard and great tasting. The house is always busy with customers trooping in and out..I guess it is because of its strategic location at the Mall.

Bush Canteen offer a variety of local dishes in a good location. A word of caution, though. Their soups and stews contain an unreasonable amount of pepper. I wouldn't recommend Bush Canteen for those who cannot stand hot, peppery dishes. Definitely not for children.

very good food even if it is a bit expensive they are open until late and even after the mall closes but what I did not like was that there were a lot of dishes from the menu that was no longer available otherwise I highly recommend

This must have been the most disorganised KFC I have been to in numerous visits across numerous countries. I spotted 7 staff members either on their phones or literally doing nothing whilst there are 50+ orders needing attention. It was chaos for the customers and the staff were observing like we were a zoo. But shout out to Michael who seemed to be the MVP, the only one working with a system.

I always feel at home whenever I go there, I have made friends with one of the staff (Sister Josephine) any frequent customer knows her.... she's welcoming.....I bet, you'll forget your problems 🤣💔 that's if you have one when you get in contact with her Anyway, it's always finger licking goodzzzzzzz🥰 #kfcgh #kfcachimotabranch

Does kfc just thrive on giving out stale food when people order on bolt food? I decided to try a different branch since the west hills branch kept sending me horribly old food whenever I would order but the staleness I received from this branch is beyond me. The food tasted like cardboard. Very bad quality and a total waste of my money.

Nice place, with both indoor and outdoor seating. Service was very good. It's the best I've had in any KFC. Chicken was crisp, but poorly-seasoned. It gets noisy and crowded a little fast. The indoor spaces are too crammed - very difficult to get in or out.

I ordered for a zinger with coke and it came with an expired Schweppes citrus

I love your meals. But I’m confused with the very frequent price changes whenever I try to order. It was highest today when I was told 5 piece streetwise is Ghs56 instead of the 44 on your website. I’ve experienced about 4 price changes in less than a month. Can you please at least make the changes on your website

I must say when it comes to chicken, KFC has cemented their top most spot on the list of all eateries. With the taste and everything, their prices make a lot of sense. Aside the food, I really liked the place. Not very big like most of their other branches. But it looks absolutely incredible. Very neat, quiet and great customer service as well. I spent close to 2 hrs there. And there wasn't any interference like some other places. Really enjoyed my time there. I think I will be going there from time to time. Keep it up Team KFC Achimota Branch!!!

I prefer the Achimota KFC branch to branches at Accra mall and Marina mall. Thier chicken is almost always crisp and fresh from the fire, making it always a delight to munch on as compared to the others, which I usually get the chicken with the skin soggy or taken from the compartment which keeps the chicken hot. The spacing here is a lot, which gives you varied options on where to sit. For customer experience, I can't say much but it's okay.

The staff here are so rude God! It's like they have a caliber of people they're good to and not. I'd suggest the manager at this branch let the staff know they're not doing us a favor. It's a give and take service.
